文学评论·影视文学目的论视角下BBC纪录片Chinese New Year字幕翻译简析易晋宇 贵州大学外国语学院摘 要：Chinese New Year是由BBC（英国广播公司）录制的一部反映中国农历新年——春节的纪录片，纪录片客观、真实、生动地反映了我国民间丰富多彩的欢度春节的民风、民俗盛况。
纪录片为全球观众了解中国及其文化提供了捷径，同时也有助于国人更好地审视自己的文化内涵。
在此，笔者以目的论三原则为依据对纪录片的字幕翻译特点及策进行简析，以资参考借鉴。

近年来，国外媒体与中国媒体加强合作，先后制作了一系列以中国历史、人文、教育和自然环境等为题材的纪录片。
纪录片承载着将中国文化传播出去的重任，为了更好地宣传中华文明，塑造积极的国家形象，纪录片字幕翻译工作的重要性不容小觑。
纪录片字幕是纪录片作品的后期制作的产物，字幕不仅能够对纪录片所呈现的内容起到补充说明的作用，同时也能够满足不同人群的观影需求。
一部好的字幕不能拯救一部糟糕的影片，但一部质量低下的字幕肯定会毁了一部好影片[1]。
近年来，我国相关领域的学者从各个角度对字幕翻译进行了研究，以钱绍昌为代表的学者认为字幕翻译具有聆听性、综合性、瞬间性、通俗性及无注性等特点，它的本质属于文学翻译但又有别于文学翻译，因此，在字幕翻译的过程中译者只有结合影片字幕的特点及源语与目标语的语言特点进行翻译，才能使观众在最短的时间里获取最有效的信息，从而从听觉和视觉上把握影片内容[2]。
然而，与纪录片的繁荣发展相比，国内字幕翻译依然缺乏系统的理论体系，字幕翻译从业者的水平良莠不齐，这在一定程度上影响了字幕翻译的质量。
