3. 乙方应遵守国家法律法规和相关政策，不得在房屋内进行违法活动。

If the rental purposes is for residence, from the date when this Contract has beenset up, within 7 days, Party A should go to the Community Service Station for Foreigner and House Lease (hereinafter refers to as the “station”) to have the house lease contract registered. If the inhabitant is more than one person, Party B must inform the situation of inhabitants to Party A. On the other hand, Party A must establish a register for inhabitants, and send it to the Station complying with regulation. If this contract has been amended or terminated, party A should go to the Station to change or logout the registration within 5 days. In the period of validity, provided the inhabitants have changed, from the date of change, within 2 days, PartyB must inform the Service Station and change the registration.Party A should supply the related information about himself and/or the house if there is foreigner from other provinces within the inhabitant, to assist and superviseParty B to handle the Temporary Residential Permit at Local Police Station.
