7.2 合同解除在以下情况下，本合同可被解除：一方未履行合同义务的情况下，对方在书面通知后经过合理期限仍未履行；双方达成一致决定解除合同；7.3 合同生效本合同自双方签字盖章后立即生效，并取代双方之前的全部口头或书面约定。
