各类附加费缩写简析
1、BAF 燃油附加费，大多数航线都有，但标准不一。
2、SPS 上海港口附加费（船挂上港九区、十区）
3、FAF 燃油价调整附加费（日本航线专用）

BAS: 基本海运费。
BAF: 燃油附加费。所有航线和港口均有此费用。
CAF: 货币调节费。仅欧洲航线（包含地中海）征收此费用。一般是基本海运费的一定百分比。
PSS: 旺季附加费。
CON: 港口拥挤费。又称塞港费。
IHI: 又称IHL。内拖费。从港口到内陆门点的陆路运输费用。
SER: 反恐费。目前征收标准为6USD每个自然箱（不分大小箱）
PTF: 巴拿马运河费。通过巴拿马运河到中美州和加勒比海地区港口征收的费用。目前征收标准为115USD每个自然箱（不分大小箱）
OHC: 又称OTHC。起运港码头操作费。
DHC: 又称DTHC。目的港码头操作费。DTHC一般由收货人支付，不过有部分港口的DTHC 需由发货人支付。托运之前确认价格时必须核实清楚。
ODF: 单证费。
AMS: 美线舱单信息费。
FTS: 运费税。目前到尼日利亚和贝宁的港口有此费用。
内容：截补料时间，截重柜期，截港期，截关期，截放行条期，截单期
一、截补料时间
补料：S/I Shipping Instruction= Shipping Details 就是把客人给的货物信息(kgs, cbm, seal/container no.)整理给船公司用的。
订舱截补料：出口到国外的货物，要在截补料的时间内把集装箱里面货物的详细资料提供给船公司，然后船公司统一把资料发给目的地海关。截补料的时间就是提供集装箱货物详细资料的最后期限。如果不提供详细的资料，目的地海关将会有比较大的罚款，所以基本上要按照船东或者货代的要求提供资料，这样，货物就能顺利出口。
补料是指提单补料，有一次性补料(货主提交该资料后不用在核对的)和之后要在核对的补料，船公司在制作提单到一定的位置时，他会给出一个资料，就是提单补料，按照上面的格式填就可以了，填写的资料要跟之前提供给船公司的货物资料一样，填好确认OK后，如果不需要在确认资料，可以跟船公司说一次性的，如果再次核对的，跟船公司打个招呼就可以。还有一个截补料时间，要在他规定的时间内提交补料，各船公司的时间不一样，超过这个时间，会产生罚款，费用每个船公司也是不一样。
二、截重柜期=截港期
截重时间也叫截港期，指重柜返回码头CY的截止日期。该时间之前，装好货的货柜可以入码头货物仓，过了之后就不可以再进入码头，一般是船开日(ETD)前1-2天。(散货是提前5-7天)。
三、截关期=截放行条期
截关期也叫截放行条时间，是指截止报关放行的时间。货物必须要在此时间之前做好报关放行的工作，递交海关放行条给船公司。在此时间之后再递交海关放行条，船公司将视货物未能清关放行，不允许上船。一般是船开日前1-2天(散货是提前5-7天)，而且一般是在截港时间后半个工作日。
四、截单期
截单期是指船公司最后更改提单格式的时间。在此之前，提单格式和资料可以多次修改，在此之后，提单修改将会产生改单费用，这个时间没有标准，各个船公司不一样，有的是开船日，有的是开船后一周之内。
