E.Her car is a Ford2011年英语工作总结本学期我在新课程英语培训中心担任四个班的英语教学工作，回顾这一学期的英语教学工作感触颇多，收获颇多，同时存在的问题也令人发省。
一、认识教材，了解学生;因材施教、难度适中首先虽然今年带的英语班不多，但所教学的这几个班的学生无论是在年龄层次，还是英语基础水平，还是课堂教学互动上都是各有特点，因此在制定教学计划和课堂授课时，就要体现出因材施教、难度适中的教学特点。
学生是学习的主体，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否就显得尤为重要。
于是我根据教材特点和英语的学习重点在教学把这四个班的学生所需接受的重点进行了划分，市实小一年级的学生主要是以读单词为主，在教学环节多开发出创造性的小游戏来提高学生的兴趣。
青小三年级的学生是一个比较特殊的班级。
因此对这个班的学生主要是以听、读、唱为主。
教学互动环节由于是三年级学生尽量增加智力性游戏，提高英语积极性同时也增强了英语思维能力。
培训部的学生属于高年级学生，而且学习目的比较明确，主要是针对于小升初，全面提高英语能力而进行的英语学习，所以对于这一部分的学生对他们要求往往就要高一些，必须从听、说、读、写四个方面统一训练。
在课堂环节就增加了不少儿的听力和笔头训练。
最后就是年龄最小幼儿园小朋友，对于幼儿学习英语主要是以歌曲和姿体语言来吸引他们的眼球，因为我在观察他们平时的课堂互动后，就在上英语课时尽量把所学的单词编成朗朗上口的英语歌曲或者是歌谣，并带领他们每次上课前，或上课后都唱一唱，跳一跳，这样一来，我发现，无论单个看来是多么难读，难记的单词通过这有节奏的不断重复后，基本能唱出来。
比如在学习one到ten这十个数字英文单词时，加入了十个印弟安小男孩这首歌中并配以自编的舞蹈，本来在单读很绕口的情况下，通过这种方式还变得朗朗上口，小朋友非常喜欢唱。
二、敢于想象、大胆创新语言的学习，需要不断的重复，当量达到一定程度时就会达到质的改变，但单纯而枯燥的重复会有容易让学生产生厌倦感，包括看起来很有趣的英语游戏，在重复了多遍以后同样让人感到很乏味，怎样才能改变这种现象呢？出路在哪里呢？出路就在于改变，在于创新，在于不断的输入新鲜的血液，在学期的英语游戏互动环节，我增设了不少新的有趣的游戏，这其中有在网上收集的适合于不同年龄层次和不同的教学要求的输入和输出游戏，还有自创的一些游戏，比如灵感来自于街上的有奖投圈的游戏而改编的英语游戏，把所学的英语单词道具摆放在地上，自制小圈投中哪一个就读出来。
还有球选单词请接住，球最终停到哪个单词实物那里，所蹲在那个单词前面的学生就读出来。
还有适合幼儿园小朋友玩得一些小游戏，红黄绿灯，翘乌龟，123，read-stop等游戏。
另外还有一些是原来的游戏换了一种玩法，比如说像炸弾人原来一种比传统的玩法，而这学期就换成了把数字变炸弾来代替原来单纯的在卡片下放炸弾的玩法。
通过这些改编、或者创新后而成的新的玩法给学生们的英语课增加了不少新的光鲜的亮点。
三、加强巩固、分批对待前面已经提到了不同的学生，在教学计划的制定中应该因人而宜，同样，针对于不同的学生在布置教学任务时，也是不同。
为了使教学计划顺利实施，达到预期的教学任务特别是中高年级的学生。
每次上完课都他们进行现场抽查，对于不过关的学生会再次进行辅导，他们所做的作业都及时批改，并且要求他们重新抄写或听写。
对于那些基础比较差的学生，还进行课后辅导，重新讲解。
在这学期中，一共进行了两次考试，一次是口语考试，一次是期末的笔试，同时，培训部的学生不仅每次都进行听写测试，也进行了一次期中笔试。
从口语考试的收效来看，虽有可喜之处，但也暴露出不少的问题。
因此在后期的教学中，进行了多次巩固。
四、存在的问题和矛盾之处。
一学期的英语教学工作已经结束，回首这一学期所走过的路程。
扪心自问，虽有改变，但改变的同时也还存在着不少的问题。
非常有必要总结出来以发人深省。
1、与家长的沟通俗话说得好，父母是孩子的第一位老师，可见父母在孩子的学习中起到一个主导作用。
因此，孩子学习的好坏与否，积极性与否，态度与否是与家长的思想教育有大关系。
虽与一年级小朋友的家长。
流孩子学习的份上。
应该多做一些电话家访之类的工作，面面俱到。
其次是培训部的学生家长，对于一些学生家长对小学高年级阶段孩子学习英语还没有一个很好的认识，这可能是与我平时与这部分家长的沟通不到位有很大的关系。
或者是没有摸清家长们的心理和要求，这是一个难点，也是一个失点。
一定要达到交心的程度。
才能更好的与自己的教学达到共识。
2、学生的要求和教学要求未能平衡人人都说兴趣是最好的老师，这也是一个人人都能接受的道理。
但是要做到既要保证学生兴趣的同时，又要保证教学任务的完成，这其中其实有一定的矛盾存在。
有些学生的自觉性非常强，学习目的也非常明确，因此对于这一部分学生往往不用多次强调便能轻轻松松地跟着老师完成各项教学任务，并能学出好好绩，当然也与自己的天资有关系，往往这部分学生也能越学越有兴趣。
