JK-GC系列UV光解油烟净化器技术原理一、本产品利用特制的高能高出力UV紫外线光束照射油烟，改变油脂的分子结构，使高分子化合物降解成低分子化合物。
二、利用高能UV紫外线光束分解空气中的氧分子产生游离氧，即活性氧，因游离氧所携正负电子不平衡所以需与氧分子结合，进而产生臭氧。

油烟净化器系列使用说明书静电式油烟净化器是根据国家环保总局的有关规定及要求研制生产的，它能有效的清除有害气体，消除异味从而净化作业环境，彻底解决油烟烦恼。
静电式油烟净化器采用静电吸附原理，所以有很高的去除率同时还保持较低的能耗。
一、油烟净化器原理：油烟净化器为双区式静电吸附型，用来去除细微粒径的碳氢化合物和其它空气中的杂粒。
它的双区式是指电离段与收集段，每个电离段由一系列钨钢线组成，安装在一系列接地板中间，并通给高压直流电。
大气中的微粒在通过电离器的强力静电场时，被电离并带有正或负电荷。
每个收集段由很多数量的平行板组成，通以高压直流电（极性与电离器一致，但电压减半）以形成电场，带电微粒被接地板吸引的同时也受到带电板的驱赶。
正因如此，当气流中含有带电微粒时，可以被高效去除。
收集组件在保证气流平稳分布的同时，需保证低速通过收集段。
空气流动由位于收集组件后的风机提供能量，使空气以特定的速度流动。

随着餐饮及食品加工产业发展，其生产过程中产生大量油烟，未经环保处理排放出来的油烟中含有大量CO、CO2、SO2、SH2、NO及苯环类物质，对人体及环境造成严重危害。
厨房油烟污染在一些城市的雾霾中已占较大比重，为贯彻《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》，防治饮食业油烟对大气环境和居住环境的污染，国家环保局规定了《饮食业油烟排放标准》，厨房排烟系统必须要加装油烟净化装置。

冬翼光电秉承多年光解油烟净化经验，总结以下几点光解油烟净化器初始安装要求：1．设备安装必要条件：排油烟罩到风管出口长度必须足够长，保证油烟在管道内至少有3秒钟的光解净化时间，否则达不到预期的厨房油烟净化效果。
测试方法：打开风机，将小纸片放于排油烟罩口，从吸入到最后排出，至少3秒时间；2．您的厨房有几个火灶眼？我们将根据炉灶数量来确定排油烟罩长度；3．您使用的风机或风柜每小时处理风量多大？我们将根据排油烟罩长度及安装位置确定总的处理风量，最终确定光解油烟净化器的安装方案。
4．安装前，先清洗干净排油烟罩和烟道，确保消防安全和净化效果。
5．排线时建议采用风机联动式布线，即仅有当风机启动后，才能点亮紫外线灯，否则紫外线照射产生的臭氧无法及时排出；6. 是否有安装挡油板？为确保使用安全和净化效果，必须安装光解油烟净化器专用的挡油板。

其主要作用如下：①挡油板是烟罩的重要组成部分，用于对油烟的疏导和大油烟分子的收集，避免油烟在烟罩内粘连形成油垢。
如果挡油板效果不好，会严重影响光解油烟净化器的效果；②传统的挡油板无法有效遮挡紫外线，容易发生烟罩内紫外线外泄，威胁暴露在紫外线下的工作人员的身体健康安全。
本公司发明的挡油板，其特殊结构使之能完全遮挡紫外光线，防止外泻的紫外光线照射到工作人员，保证工作人员的安全；③现有的普通遮光型挡油板虽能够有效遮挡紫外线，但是风阻大，影响油烟的有效排出。

3﹑停機注意事項電源與風機合用一個開關﹐關風機即時電源斷電﹐淨化機停機。
注意風機用三相電源還是單相電。
若用三相電﹐從開關后取出一根相線﹐另取一根中線。
若電源箱使用單相220V﹐嚴禁接入308v! 三﹑設備的維護保養1﹑淨化機的日常維護本油煙淨化機經過長時間的改進提高﹐具有長期穩定工作﹐適應惡劣工作環境的能力。
日常使用中﹐應及明對淨化機的儲油進行排放﹐在一定周期內清洗高壓電場及過濾網。
2﹑高壓電場的清洗由于本淨化機的油煙淨化效率高﹐運行一段時間后高壓電場的極板上產生積油或結碳﹐若不定期進行清洗會降低電場對油煙的淨化能力。
一般清洗周期為90天﹐生意興旺﹑油煙特濃的餐廳或燒烤店的清洗周期為30-60天。
電場的清洗設有專門的清洗公司和專業清洗人員﹐非專業人員嚴禁操作本設備。

光解油烟净化器使用说明书靖江市新峰暖通设备厂光解油烟净化器操作使用说明书传统的油烟净化系统仅用物理处理方式，而光解油烟净化系统采用的是全新的物理和化学双重方式的“光解氧化”原理，将油脂彻底分解并改变其存在方式，净化处理后无残留油脂成分。
将油脂分解，能起到防火、杀菌以及消除异味的作用。
光解油烟净化系统安装在灶台上面的脱排内，且必须配备专用的挡板防止紫外光泄露。
如图所示：一、工作原理：光解油烟净化系统特制灯管发出的光波段激发油烟中的油烟分子，将油烟分子链切断，形成微小的激发态油烟分子（光解作用）；这些物质和氧气反应，形成微量无烟性固态粉末，部分生成二氧化碳（CO2）、水分子（H2O）被风带走，达到净化油烟的目的。
光解油烟净化系统还可以高效去除排烟中的异味和细菌。
细菌属于有机生物，其脱氧核酸（DNA）、核糖核酸（RNA）及核蛋白吸收紫外波段的高能紫外光，细菌吸收紫外光后，引起DNA链断裂，造成核酸和蛋白的交联破裂，杀灭核酸的生物活性，导致细菌迅速死亡。
异味分子同样吸收紫外波段的高能紫外光而发生分解，转化成无气味物质。
二、净化流程1、厨灶工作过程中产生的油烟被排风吸入烟罩，穿过光解油烟净化系统；2、光解油烟净化系统光解氧化油脂分子，同时杀菌除异味；3、光解氧化后生成的挥发性小分子进入烟道，然后随排风排出；4、残留极微量白色结晶粉末定期经抹布擦拭后随生活垃圾一同处理。
（注：固化白色粉末属于干性粉末、不粘手、无臭无味、对人体无害，能阻燃，且100%可生物降解。

作业时的要求
1、完成通电前检查正常后,开启风机电源控制开关,当净化器电源批示箱,绿灯亮时,表示净化器已开始正常运转工作;
2、如启动后,若红灯偶尔有闪烁,表示电极间有放电现象,属正常现象;
1、油烟净化器油烟治理工艺流程：油烟--吸气罩--风管--油烟净化器--风机--烟囱--排放--油外运处理;
2、使用完后,关闭风机电源控制开关,系统关闭;
3、油污排放;油烟净化器使用一段时间后,由于内部积满油污,净化处理效果明显下降;因此在使用期间,应及时对净化器内油污进行排放,出油孔为常开状态,并将排除油污进行及时清理
3、电控箱内净化器开关为常开状态,当风机电源控制开关开启时,净化器随之启动;
4、油烟净化器频率的调整;每台净化器都有对应的控制器与变频器;每一个区域设一个共用变频器控制按钮,现已经净化器调节至合适频率,如需再作调整,轻轻转动变频器控制按钮,调至合适位置;
违反规程操作或误操作造成设备损坏

光解油烟净化器操作使用说明书
传统的油烟净化系统仅用物理处理方式，而光解油烟净化系统采用的是全新的物理和化学双重方式的“光解氧化”原理，将油脂彻底分解并改变其存在方式，净化处理后无残留油脂成分。
将油脂分解，能起到防火、杀菌以及消除异味的作用。
光解油烟净化系统安装在灶台上面的脱排内，且必须配备专用的挡板防止紫外光泄露。
如图所示：
一、工作原理：
光解油烟净化系统特制灯管发出的光波段激发油烟中的油烟分子，将油烟分子链切断，形成微小的激发态油烟分子（光解作用）；这些物质和氧气反应，形成微量无烟性固态粉末，部分生成二氧化碳（CO2）、水分子（H2O）被风带走，达到净化油烟的目的。
光解油烟净化系统还可以高效去除排烟中的异味和细菌。
细菌属于有机生物，其脱氧核酸（DNA）、核糖核酸（RNA）及核蛋白吸收紫外波段的高能紫外光，细菌吸收紫外光后，引起DNA链断裂，造成核酸和蛋白的交联破裂，杀灭核酸的生物活性，导致细菌迅速死亡。
异味分子同样吸收紫外波段的高能紫外光而发生分解，转化成无气味物质。
二、净化流程
1、厨灶工作过程中产生的油烟被排风吸入烟罩，穿过光解油烟净化系统；
2、光解油烟净化系统光解氧化油脂分子，同时杀菌除异味；
3、光解氧化后生成的挥发性小分子进入烟道，然后随排风排出；
4、残留极微量白色结晶粉末定期经抹布擦拭后随生活垃圾一同处理。
（注：
固化白色粉末属于干性粉末、不粘手、无臭无味、对人体无害，能阻燃，且100%可生物降解。
）
三、应用领域：
本光解油烟净化系统可广泛应用于：
高档饭店、酒店、中西餐馆、快餐店，高档娱乐行、大型超市、食堂、食品加工及相关企业、医院、疗养院、保健机构、教育机构、培训机构、综合写字楼、商厦等。
四、光解油烟净化系统特点：
1、光解油烟净化系统处理效率高达96%以上，远高于国家环保制定的65%-85%的处理效率，符合国家环境保护局严格的技术标准。
光解油烟净化系统净化后的油烟排放浓度0.5mg/m3，远优于国家制定的最高允许排放浓度不得高于2.0mg/m3。
并且随着公司后续研发的跟进，这些指标将进一步提升。
2、光解油烟净化系统安装在油烟罩内部的油烟入口处，油烟在通过烟罩的过程中96%以上已经被光解氧化，有效避免油烟进入烟道，从而防止因油烟残留物在烟道内的积淤遇到明火而引起火灾。
传统的油烟净化装置，其整套设备通常安装在烟道风管的尾端，仅能处理到达尾端的烟气，只占烟气总量的30%，而剩余的70%的油烟都沉积在烟道内，遗留了严重的火灾隐患。
3、光解油烟净化系统的光解系统能全面分解油烟中的不良气体和细菌等有机分子构成物，达到杀菌、除异味的效果。
改善了厨灶的工作环境并解决了餐饮卫生问题，做到了废气的低空处理排放标准，排出的气体不会对其周围的建筑、动植物造成影响，可以广泛应用于居民小区、地下室、低矮建筑物等的烟气排放。

7、光解油烟净化系统本身没有机械运转部分，因而无大件维护需求。
由于光解油烟净化系统安装在烟道前端并具有高效的净化效果，正常情况下烟道不需要更换清洗，如有清洁需求，用干抹布擦拭灯管即可；而传统运水净化设备在排出的水中含有大量油污，经常造成喷嘴和管路的堵塞，导致净化效果迅速下降，必须经常由专业人员清洗；静电净化设备每周需要至少一次将电极板送到专业单位清洗，一旦电极板老化还需要更新。
