一、学生基本情况分析：
英语对于小学三年级所有学生来说，都是从同一水平开始学习。
教师应从激发学生学习英语的兴趣入手，培养学生学习英语的积极性，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心，初步了解中西文化的差异。
二、教材分析
全书共分8个单元，每个模块分为三部分。
第一部分呈现本模块
所要学习的内容，第二部分提供若干任务型练习，包括一首歌谣和小
诗。
其中一些不常用的单词，不要求学生学会使用。
课文中呈现了一
些语法内容，但不要求老师讲解，而是要求学生初步学会使用。
三、教学目的与要求：
1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使他们初步建立学习英语的自信心。
2、培养学生具有一定的语感和良好的语音、语调、书写基础，以及良好的学习习惯。
3、使他们初步具备用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。
4、培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力。
5、适当介绍中西方文化，培养学生的爱国主义精神，增强世界意识，为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。
四、教学内容与目标：
1、能听懂、会说12组会话，并能进行简单的交流。
2、能听、说、认读50个单词和听、说、读、写26个字母（包括能力，食物，时间，身体部位等7个话题），并能简单地运用。
3、能听、做6个“TPR”活动。
4、能学会2个小制作。
5、能唱8首歌曲。
6、能了解6项简单的中西方文化知识。
7、能完成8个自我评价活动。
8、能听懂6个幽默小故事。
五、教学重点与难点分析：
1、注重学生语言运用能力的培养，突出语言的实践性和交际性，同时也突出语言的真实性和实用性。
2、注重学生自学能力和学习策略的培养，为学生的进一步学习或终身学习奠定基础。
3、注重中外文化的双向交流，使学生通过学习，培养未来跨文化交际所需要的能力。
4、注重学生学习兴趣的培养，以不同方式最大限度的激发学生的学习动机。
5、注重融合学科内容，加强学科之间的整合和渗透，让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科的知识。
6、注重教材的灵活性和可操作性，以满足不同层次的学生的需求。
7、注重教学资料的配套，为学生提供良好的英语学习环境，帮助学生拓展自我发展的空间。
8、注重中小学各阶段的衔接，以保证各学段的顺利过渡，全面提高中小学英语教学的整体质量。
六、教学改革的设想
目前三年级的教学安排都是2节课，从人的遗忘规律来看，这样
的安排也是不科学的。
要在规定的时间内完成教学任务有一定的困
难。
而且从语言习得的角度来看，如此稀疏的开课形同虚设，效果可
想而知。
希望在今后能合理安排英语教学课时，提高教学质量。
七、教学措施：
1、认真备课，钻研教材，抓紧课堂教学，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。
2、运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学。
3、在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习
英语，在生活中学习英语。
4、多为学生营造一引起学习氛围，如：创设英语角等等。
5、要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。
6、多看英语画报，多读英语故事，多看英语书籍。
7、多与学生交流，进行口语交际训练。
八、课时安排
每周两节，每周一课；期中考试前完成Unit1-4内容,每二课一次小测验，每四课一次综合测试。

十、重要的教学活动—交际活动
学习英语一个重要的目的是运用英语进行交际，两人之间的交际是活动的重要形式，因此，语言训练中应常开展二人活动。
两人之间的对话活动是最常见的两人活动。
可以要求学生就某一话题、某一张图片、某一个人等进行一问一答形式的对话，也可要求学生发展一个发指令，另一个做的活动，还可以开展两人之间的讨论、辩论、商量等活动。
两人活动，很容易在课桌上开展，不需要学生离开课堂，有时为了活跃课堂气氛，或者提供更多与不同人进行训练的机会，可以让前排的学生转身和后排的学生进行两人活动.
十一、后进生辅导
1.从心灵上关心他们，积极主动与他们沟通，了解他们的学习和思想情况，端正他们的学习态度，使他们认识到学习
的重要性。
2. 积极主动与他们交流，及时了解他们的思想，从心理上指导、帮助和鼓励他们，使他们感到老师在关心和爱护自己。
3.通过微信，打电话等多种方式与家长沟通交流，争取家长的支持与配合，在家督促孩子读书、听录音、记单词等。
4.帮助他们与优秀同学建立良好的学习伙伴关系。
5.逐步培养他们的学习兴趣，提高他们学习的积极性，学习方法上作具体指导。
十二、辅差计划：
1.对症下药，改变习惯
一部分后进生学习差的原因主要是由不良的学习习惯造成的，对于这部分学生，必须帮助他们形成理想的学习习惯，有计划、有步骤地转变他们的行为习惯。
大多数的后进生由于学习基础差，都会有一些懒惰心理，学习不够主动。
例如，懒动脑，喜欢抄作业，在这个问题上，我的处理办法就是，先让他们抄，但是抄完后，必须对所抄的内容进行理解和掌握，既可以增强他们的记忆力，又能在一定的程序上改变他们的惰性。
2.指导预习，提前进入
后进生大多养成了等待=依赖的习惯，学习不主动，不会温故知新。
因此，对后进生的预习不能只是泛泛而提，而要把它当作英语教学的一个重要环节，对其进行精心指导，逐步规范要求，使其达到预期目的。
在预习方法上，先要求学生用英语词典查单词，自己解决生词；
然后，指导学生按词、词组、句、文、疑难等进行分项，即对重要词组、有用短语等进行罗列，作好预习笔记，并且记录预习过程中遇到的问题和难点等，以便在上课的时候能够抓住教材的重点，把握听课的方向，跟上老师授课的进度。
3.分层教学，鼓励参与
后进生由于基础差、学习方法不恰当，在上课的过程中往往跟不上教学的进度，因此，在备课的时候就要充分考虑到不同层次的学生，如何更好地做到面向全体学生进行教学，特别要照顾到后进生，把教学内容设计得难易得当。
在上课的过程中，对于较难的问题，先让成绩好的学生回答，然后再让后进生补充或者回答，两者都给予鼓励。

五、语音教学
1、先告诉同学英语的26个字母中有五个元音字母，它们分别是：A, E, I, O, U，其余的字母都是辅音字母。
