But it is more important that these ideals are not merely centered on the "self". They should be also the ideals of the majority of people. Real and concrete action should be taken. For us students, the most important thing to do is to study diligently. As a result, the spoiled child becomes the "little emperor" who rules teh whole family.This kind of fondness will do great harm to the children themselves. They can't cope with the adversities that they will meet with in the future. Moreover, too much praise makes the children proud. They ask the question if one can get another person's apparatus without any precondition though that person is cloned from him. They think that the cloned person is an independent person that has his own right. For the same reason, they also quesition if a cloned person can be considered the preson he cloned from. A body can be cloned, but how can we clone a person's soul?My view is that we should not clone human now. We must consider the soical problems carefully. We should consider this issue from a rational and dialectical point of view.One the one hand, society is progressing and one should adapt oneself to the constant change. If everyone always sticks to the old fashion, there won't be any change and naturally there won't be progress. For example, when jeans appeared, they might have looked strange to most observers, but later on people found them to be convenient. Last but not least, the choice of a certain style can usually reflect one’s taste. Sometimes the fashionable clothes may give them more advantages in front of some opportunitie s. The good manager is able to balance the two components and is able to cast a vision for their employees while creating a plan of implementation that is truly effective.Finally, the good manager is the person who can interact well with their employees on a daily basis and communicate both daily tasks and complex projects. In addition, the effective manager is usually confident enough not to take him or herself too seriously. Humor is often appreciated in the workplace. This doesn't mean that they try to be the office clown, becausesometimes this can be a distraction. However, a relaxed and humorous atmosphere can often create some level of calm in stressful situations. The effective manager is able to leverage humor in such a way that it keeps the staff in a positive frame of mind while they are completing difficult tasks.。
