2. Emergency Communication System 应急通信系统 ▪ Test and ensure the devices functionality such as walkie-talkie, UPS or fax machine etc 测试并确保如对讲机,不间断电源或传真机等设备的运作正常
➢ If staff discovered a fire, raise the alarm first before attempting to put it out 若员工发现火情，先报警后救火
➢ In case of fire, DO NOT USE THE LIFTS, use the staircase. 火警时使用楼梯而不得使用电梯

➢ Establish the location either on 位置的挑选可二选其一 ➢ Security control room 保安监控室 ➢ Telephone operator room 总机接线员室
➢ FCC Requirement 消防指挥中心要求: ➢ Ready access and egress to incident 在意外发生时易于进出和疏散 ➢ Close to telephones 利于电话通讯 ➢ No communication blindspot 无通讯盲区

应急响应小组
2 Teams 2个小组:
➢ ERT 1 ERT第一小组 ▪ Lead team 先遣队 ▪ Investigate alarm fast 尽快进行火警调查
➢ At all times staff will act in such a manner as to minimize panic situations - PANIC IS A KILLER. 无论何时员工必须时刻保持镇定以避免出现恐慌情况 – 恐慌可以致 命
➢ Always stay low when the area is smoke logged. 若在充满浓烟的区域 ，应呆在低处。烟比火更易致命
➢ ERT 2 ERT第二小组 ▪ Support Team 后援队 ▪ Equipped with Fire Safety equipment 配备消防安全设备

▪ Send message to emergency organization 向应急组织发送火灾消息
