海信面试
我最初应聘的岗位是海信商用智能公司的结构设计岗位第一轮面试是英语面试，十个人一组，两个HR，其中一个是做记录的。
首先给你一两分钟的自我介绍，然后每个人回答一个问题，一般四个人的问题是一样的。
我们那组十个人分别问的是：介绍一下你的家乡、介绍一下你的爱好、介绍一下你的项目。
一轮面试就这么完事了，没有想象的那么狗血，还是挺简单的。
一轮结束以后回去等待消息，第二天我在海信网申系统中看到自己的状态变为“已进入人才库”，我的天哪，沉重的打击，我感觉自己面试的还行啊，大多是经过英语面试以后状态都是“综合面试中”（当然也有很多显示“综合面试中”的最终也没有得到二面的机会），一晚上没睡好觉，毕竟准备好几天，心想就这样吧，不要我就在找别的。
意想不到的是，第二天下午6点多吃完饭刚回来，接到一个电话，使用座机打的，电话里说是海信的HR，说我被智能商用公司给推荐到并向公司了，如果可以的话让我明天去酒店进行综合面试（技术+个人素质），带着网申的简历和自己做的简历以及以前做过的项目图片（整理成WORD打印出来，彩印，清晰明了，比较管用），让我十一点过去，当时由于我还有一个面试，两个面试时间一样，我想着早点去看看能不能提前面试以后再去另一个企业面试，我不到十点就去了前面有两个人，我就在那等，一个人大约面试三四十分钟，看来另一个企业的面试不能去了，我果断放弃了。
终于轮到我了，面试官连个女HR，一个技术HR，我先向他们问好，然后坐下，HR简单介绍了一下，就开始了，跟技术HR聊得比较多。
先问我那份简历比较全面（网申简历和自制简历），我说自制的比较全面，他问为什么，我说：“网申建立很多自己想表达的东西表达不出来”，他笑着来了一句：“就是说没有足够让你发挥的空间呗”，我笑着点点头。
然后问我都学过什么课程，我说：“机械设计、机械原理、机械制造工艺学、PLC等”，他又问“学过有关材料的课程吗？”，我说：“学过机械工程材料、金属工艺学”，于是他开始问我问题了；粗糙度的单位（微米），粗糙度的定义，粗糙度两种不同的符号分别代表什么意思（一种是去除表面材料、一种是不去除表面材料），基准制（基孔制、基轴制），基准制都用于什么场合（标准件），一般设计中都用哪一种（基孔制，因为孔难加工），热处理方式（回火、退火、淬火等），在设计过程中要考虑哪些问题（设计要求、加工、转配、美观等）。

海信集团 一面面试经验
早几天就收到了24日上午在同济的海信一面通知，恰巧周末的笔试又多，没有太准备。
昨晚一看论坛，傻了眼，原来海信一面是全英文面。
因为专业原因我从来没参加过英文面，自己英语也不太好，考了很多次才勉强过了六级，平时也很少用到英语。
当时心里那个紧张呀，赶紧写了一份自我介绍。
我宿舍那个妞英语很好，让她帮我改了改。
再自己背上个不下十遍。
而且还听说海信是10人群面，更加紧张了，我从来没参加过群面，平时自己也不属于表现能力很强那种，估计要是抢答的问题，很难抢在前面。
还好我本来就是同济的，不用早起赶路。
早晨吃了早饭，背了一遍自我介绍，就直接去经纬楼了。
到的时候上一批人还没出来，门口也没有人收简历，墙上贴了张A4的纸写着“海信面试会场”。
大家就站在外面等。
后来里面的人出拉了，我们这拨就进去了。
原来HR只有一个。
不知道是什么情况，一个HR姐姐搞定全场，海信没来第二个人。
HR姐姐还是挺亲切的，收了我们的简历，看了身份证。
就开始用英语大致说了下这次面试的流程，首先是挨个自我介绍，然后是点人单独回答问题。
接着就开始了，按座位来排的，我是第三个。
前面两GG说的时候，HR基本是一边看电脑一边听，时不时的抬起头。
到我的时候，我也没太紧张，把准备好的说了一遍，HR好像还挺满意，点头微笑。
在场的几个人基本是技术专业出身，英语也有不错的也有比较一般的，不过大家都努力的表达了自己。
第二轮点名回答，HR姐姐第一个就点了我，因为我是学设计的，所以问了我对fashion的见解，这个题目很大，加上我英语也不怎么好，就努力七拼八凑的回答了。
这轮里每个人的问题基本都是针对你之前的自我介绍问的，比较灵活。
有两位交大GG回答得很好，思路清晰，感觉很不错。
大约不到半个小时，面试就结束了。
气氛还是挺好的。
走的时候，看见会议室后面放着一个大袋子里面是面包和方便面，HR姐姐也挺辛苦的。
总结以下几点：1、不管你英语好不好，首先好好准备自我介绍，流利的背诵出来，给HR留下好印象。

别的不知道啦。
英语面试的时候，这么凑巧，楼主遇到了初中同桌做HR，后来知道她是刚刚进海信，做技术，被拉来HR做校招。
海信人资人手不够。
这一轮基本没刷人，用大家的话说就是第一轮的英语面简直就是耍人。
当晚，大家都收到了第二天无领导小组面试的通知。
●下一点，一般来说，三轮面试吧。
我说的是做技术类的。
一轮——集团群面，英文的，自我介绍一两个小问题，很简单，你要做的就是网上搜一个自我介绍背熟了，再就是，问你问题的时候不要做死，什么叫做死？比如说，问你喜欢看什么书？你回答《Harry Potter 》，很好；你要是回答《三国演义》你就是白痴了，你会英文说三国演义吗？你回答了三国演义他就可以问你最喜欢谁，为什么喜欢。
然后慢慢的你就S13了。
●面试官一共有三个，一个外国男的，和两个中国女的～我们组一共9个，居然只有我一个男的，湖大的也只有3个，另外6个全是中南的，真汗。
面试开始了，原来很简单，就是两个过程，9人每人自我介绍1-2分钟，然后那个外国人再问每人一个问题就ok了。
自我介绍，大家都是准备好了的，大多人都没啥问题，我也说得很流利。
