机车电缆防火阻燃测试NFPA130标准机车电缆防火阻燃测试，机车电缆是指适用于各种机车车辆及城轨地铁车辆的电能传送、信号控制以及其它各种有阻燃要求的电器装置用。
NFPA 130: Standard for Fixed Guideway Transit and passenger Rail SystemsNFPA 130:载客轨道车辆的系统要求。
由于电缆的火焰蔓延速度及燃烧的破坏长度、烟密度及燃烧所产生的有害毒性气体，对人员的生命逃生起到非常重要的影响。
电缆的测试一般通过这些方面来评估。
机车电缆NFPA130防火阻燃测试测试标准及检测项目FT4/IEEE1202: 电线电缆燃烧测试，电缆样品的最大炭化长度不能超过1.5m。
NFPA262: 烟释放量及烟释放量峰值，最大峰值不能超过0.5 m2/s, 平均最大峰值不能超过0.15 m2/s.ANSI/UL1685: 电缆的火焰蔓延、烟释放量及烟释放量峰值。
IEC 60331-11:15分钟的电线电缆完整性测试NFPA 130标准中ANSI/UL1685: 电缆的火焰蔓延、烟释放量及烟释放量峰值UL 1685: 电线电缆垂直火焰蔓延测试及烟释放量测试。
UL 1685 着火条件下进行电线电缆垂直火焰蔓延及烟释放量测试，以下为UL 1685所规定的数据要求：a) 从电线电缆底架开始测量，电线电缆的最大破坏长度不能超过244cm。

轨道车辆防火标准体系研究
美 标 的 点 火 模 型 基 于 单 一 火 灾 事 件 假 定 ，要 求 所 有 发热设备或者构成点火威胁的设备需与乘客及乘务人 员区域隔离开，且大于 300V 电压的设备需在乘客及乘 务人员区域外部并与之隔离，因此其主要点火模型位于 车 顶 以 及 车 下 ，材 料 阻 燃 的 烟 毒 性 要 求 较 低 ，但 对 于 底 架耐火结构的要求却很高。NFPA130 中要求底架耐火结 构尽量接近真实情况，暴露面积尺寸至少 3.7 m 长伊车体 宽 度 ；负 载 将 考 虑 地 板 相 关 项 的 静 重 ，由 于 地 板 之 上 和 地板之下设备造成的静载荷，乘客高峰负载的重量以及 其 他 相 关 设 计 负 载 ，样 件 中 将 包 括 车 辆 中 的 每 种 贯 穿 结 构之一。

0 引言 随着科技的进步，人们的出行已经变得越来越便利， 人们的出行方式也拥有了更多的选择，不再受到距离的制 约，时刻可以享受到交通便利带来的舒适和愉悦。 轨道车辆以其较大的运输能力、较高的速达性、较高 的舒适性、较高的安全性和环境污染低等优点，越来越受 到人们的欢迎，已经成为了人们出行的首选方式之一。 英国伦敦在 1863 年开通了地铁“大都会号”，这条地 铁是世界上的第一条地铁线路。自此以后，以美国、法国、 德国等为首的国家相继修建了地铁[1]。地铁属于地下公共 交通建筑，结构复杂特殊，运营过程中人流量大，人员集 中，一旦发生火灾，容易产生严重的后果[2]。我国自 1969 年 至 2005 年期间，地铁系统共发生火灾事故 156 起，其中 3 起重大火灾事故，1 起特大火灾事故。 国外自 1968 年至 2010 年，共查到 72 起火灾事故[3]。 因此，轨道车辆的防火安全越来越受到人们的重视，研究 轨道车辆防火的标准体系也就非常的有必要。 1 轨道车辆防火体系 国外现行的主流轨道车辆防火标准主要有：美国的 NFPA130 《固 定 轨 道 交 通 和 旅 客 铁 路 系 统》， 法 国 的 NFF16-101/102 《铁路车辆防火性能》，德国的 DIN5510： 2009 系列标准 《轨道车辆防火措施》，英国的 BS 6853： 1999 《载 客 列 车 设 计 与 构 造 防 火 通 用 规 范》，欧 盟 的 EN45545：2013 系列标准《铁路应用—铁路车辆防火》等[4]。 这些标准相比较来说都有各自的侧重点和优缺点，在具体 的设计和使用过程中应结合实际的项目需求来进行选择。 下面对这些防火体系标准进行简单的介绍。 1.1 美国体系标准 要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要要

Statement to compliance of Tyco Electronics Corporation cables with NFPA 130:2003 NFPA 130: 2003 deals with the fire protection requirements for passenger rail, underground surface and fixed guideway transit systems, including vehicles and stations.The requirements of the 2003 edition for fire safety compared to earlier versions have increased and now include prescribed limits for smoke release and density. A circuit integrity test in accordance with IEC 60331 for fire alarm cables has also been included into clause 8.5.7.1.4(1). In comparison to European Standards, EN and BS, the requirements of smoke generation are much higher than those in NFPA 130: 2003. The tests for flame retardant systems, and as such are not appropriate for halogen free systems.
