成核方式有胶束成核和均相成核两种。

醋酸乙烯乳液聚合采用阴离子和非离子型乳化剂按一定比例混合使用的方式，以均相成核形成乳胶粒子。

为了制备粘度低，固含量高，乳液稳定的醋酸乙烯乳液采用种子聚合方法，即两步加料反应。

实验配方：实验步骤：按实验装置装好仪器，根据配方准确称量，首先加入5.0g 聚乙烯醇和90ml 去离子水，开动搅拌，将温度升至80℃至聚乙烯醇完全溶解，此时降温至68～70℃，依次加入1g 十二烷基磺酸钠，5ml OP-10,2.5ml 过硫酸铵和21.4ml 醋酸乙烯，反应30mins 后,再加入另一半过硫酸铵，并开始滴加剩余的42.8ml 醋酸乙烯，滴加速度控制在30～40滴/min,并且温度保持不变，滴加完毕后，继续反应30mins ，再加入5.0ml 邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，搅拌10分钟，降温至20～30℃即可出料。

数据处理：1. 固含量的测定在已称好的铝箔中加入试样放在平板电炉上烘烤至恒重（精确至0.001g ），按下式计算固含量：固含量=0102w w w w -- （1）式中，w 0为铝箔重量（g ）； w 1为干燥前试样和铝箔的总重量（g ）；w 2为干燥后试样和铝箔的总重量（g ）2．转化率%100⨯⨯⨯-=ab ab s w w G w w S w C （2）式中：W s 为取样干固重量（g ）；S 实验中加入的乳化剂、引发剂及增塑剂的总重量；W a 为反应仪器中乳液体系的总重量（g ）；W b 取样重量（g ）；G 为实验中加入醋酸乙烯单体的总量（g ）。

实验数据在结果讨论部分建议从以下方面展开讨论：1）根据公式和给出的实验数据计算出固含量和转化率 2）醋酸乙烯乳液聚合采用何种成核方式？为什么？3）分析非离子型乳化剂聚乙烯醇和阴离子型乳化剂核十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合使用的好处 4）醋酸乙烯乳液聚合采取何种加料方式？ 5）加料时为什么要严格控制温度？。

引言(Introduction)分析：作为开篇，是怎样分析该文章所涉及内容的研究发展状况的，例如以时间为主线，以知名学者的研究为主线，或者以该领域的研究进展为主线，然后分析目前存在的问题，引出作者要研究的方向。

文中部分(Body: Materials & Methods)分析：提出了什么问题，如何分析的(采用的方法，解决问题的渠道，应用的理论和工具，得出的结果，包括数据、图、表等)。

如果需要，请粘贴原文(转换成word文档，不允许用图片格式表达原文文字)并说明。

结论(Conclusion)分析：通过全文的理论分析、算法应用、图表表达等，证明所研究的问题论点正确、结果正确、代表了某领域的前沿或者有何创新、有何意义。

(有些论文的结论部分省略了，和文中部分的结果合二为一。

) 参考文献(Reference)：你读该篇文献、写该报告所查阅的参考文献，并不一定是原文的参考文献。

每个人读外文文献，要想了解作者所做的创新工作，就少不了查阅资料的环节。

对于文中的相关参考文献要查，对于文中所涉及的新内容、提出的新观点和新方法要查，对于不懂的或者文中没有解释清楚的概念原理要查。

因此，不可能不查阅参考文献而深刻理解一篇高水平的科技论文。

参考文献的书写格式，请参考邮件附件中的“《写作》课件：文献类型标识及著录格式范例”。

注意参考文献应该是你通读过的或者部分查阅的文章、书籍、专利等(中英文皆可)，数目不限。
