刚进入大学学英语的时候，我以为老师还是像我们高中的时候上课是用中文，上了课才知道，英语老师全是用英语上课，所有的方式皆是以英语的形式，我第一天的时候惊呆了，我虽然有高中学的基础，可是一下子就要进入全英文课，一时也是很难适应的。
第一节课我几乎是懵着上完的，课后，我发现我这样的情况是不行的，所以之后，我就开始了转变，以前上课都是老师讲，我们学，现在我是回到了宿舍后，要开始自学，不然根本就跟不上老师上课。
因此，大一学年，我为了让自己去适应这样的上课，所以课下我是下了很大的苦功的，每天没课之后，就在宿舍里预习每一天要上的课，把里面文章中新的单词，提前查找英语词典，把注释和音标注上，因为上课老师不会在强调单词了，所以只能自己去学，不然到了上课，你是读不通文章的，同时为了让自己读顺，还要对文章进行通篇阅读练习，至少要读到不卡顿的样子。
因为是全英文的，所以单词就成了重点了，单词量多自然就能说出更多的语句，也能看懂很多的文章，不然学习只能是一半，这在上课可是很难捱的。
上课我们不再是老师提问，学生回答这一种了，更多是学生自己去自主提问题和互相提问回答，偶尔还要学生自己去设计一段对话，然后找同伴进行演习，已达到练习口语。

在这次研讨会上，我倾听了一中于xx老师和吉大附中刘思彤老师的两节关于stonehenge同课异构课；解放大路中学王xx老师又给在场的英语老师们做了关于英语阅读策略的讲座；然后由赵xx老师对两节课进行点评；最后一环节是赵老师工作室的老师解答教师现场提出的关于阅读教学中存在的困惑和问题。
我身临其境的体验到了名师的风采，感受到“同课异构”的教育理念，让我对于英语阅读教学有了更深入的认识，同时也深深认识到自身专业知识和前沿教育理论的匮乏，教师的终身学习的必要性让我深有体会。
首先，一中于小平老师和xx附中的刘xx老师给我们上了两节精彩的同课异构课，针对于同一节课，从不同的切入点入手，于老师的课根基扎的很稳，重难点突出，突出并重点展示和练习连词的使用，于老师层层深入，一讲一练，一节课下来，学生对于连词的使用已经相当熟练，达到了教学目的。
刘老师的教姿教态特别优美，始终保持微笑，彰显势不可挡的亲和力，刘老师的课让学生有发挥想象的空间，培养和锻炼学生的自主探索能力。
这都是值得我借鉴的。
同课异构能发挥教师的创造潜力，从不同角度开发教材，挖掘知识的内在联系，
让学生更受益。
其次，听了王xx老师的关于阅读策略的讲座，让我受益匪浅，阅读课一直是我的困惑，阅读课不能讲成语法课，枯燥无味，我会借鉴王老师的方法，让我的阅读课精彩而简单起来。
还有就是听了赵老师的评课让我非常惊叹赵老师的渊博学识和认真态度，作为一名教导主任我的工作中也会有较多的听课评课会课诊课等活动，但是经验不足，理论支撑不够都是我在评课方面存在的不足，日后，我会在这方面多加努力，提高自己的业务能力。

其次在教学策略和方法上要转变自己的观念，把“金子”变成“点金术”，也就是常说的授之于鱼不如授之于渔。
新课改理念要求学生的英语科学素养是不可能单纯地依靠知识的传承、讲授、灌输来形成的，必须改变教学策略和改进教学方法，改变学生的学习方式，把学什么变成怎么学，把被动地学转为主动地去学。
新教材将探究性学习贯穿于全书的各个栏目中，因此，在教学过程的组织和实施中不忘探究，在教学策略上要确保探究性学习活动的数量和质量，改变过去重结果轻过程的做法，重视探究过程，不拘泥于某一种形式，从而达到预期目的。
然而高考这个指挥棒依然牵挂着每个人的心，所以老师们都认为探究并不是每节课都要去做的，一是受到课堂时间的影响，二是受到一些教学设备的制约，所以只能合适的时间合适的场地进行，在讲课时一些注意点还是要好好把握的，把知识点贯穿到自己的课堂中去，教给学生的知识让他们学会用自己的知识去解决实际生活中的问题，所以上课时要激发学生的学习兴趣，让他们愿意去学、感兴趣去学。
第三在教学内容上要转变观念，打破学科之间的局限，要重视知识之间的迁移。
英语科学教学是整体教学教育的一个组成部分，在能力以及情感态度、价值观等方面，教学目的常常是跨学科的，各科教学目的都在于培养具有全面素质的人才。
因此，在教学中首先要打破学科局限，立足于英语学科，通过生物学科的教学培养全面发展的新人。
所以不光是教书而且要育人，要成才更要成人。
这就是新课改精髓所在。

这次培训，通过远程培训学习后，心中颇多感受。
首先，参加此次远程网络培训收获最大的是教育教学观念得到了更新，对新课程理念有了更进一步的认识。
新课程要求我们从以知识为本的教育理念转变为以学生发展为本的教育理念，重新认识高中英语课程的目标和定位。
教师要树立新的学生观。
从这个意义上说，我们教师首先转变角色，重新认识师生关系。
过去，我们教师把自己作为中心，要学生围着自己转。
教师是知识的传授者，而学生只是被动的接受者，甚至把学生当作记录教师讲授内容的录音机。
而素质教育的精神则要求我们以人为本，以学生为主体，尊重学生的情感、个性，需要和发展的愿望。
其次，通过专家的讲解我对英语语法课的课堂设计有了进一步的认识。
传统的语法教学是以教语法而教语法，教师讲得累，学生听得烦。
新课程理念下的英语语法课不仅要教学生语法知识，更要培养他们运用语法知识的能力。
注重学生语言能力的培养。
教师应该淡化单独进行语法教学的思想，应该将语法教学融入到英语的四项基本能力的培养当中去，即融入到听说读写当中去。
我认为英语语法课的课堂设计大体可以分成以下四个方面进行：导入，呈现，操练和评价。
结合所学的知识，引入新内容。
激活学生的背景知识。
呈现新内容要在真实的语境中，可以是教师呈现，也可以是学生呈现，让学生亲身去体验。
学生在运用中自然地学会了这个语法现象。
真正的将语法运用到交际中去。
从而达到学以致用的效果，这一点是非常重要的。
再次，老师应保持心境心态的年轻，活到老，学到老。
