英语单词速记活动策划书
一.活动名称:woRdSHow
二.活动目的:
1.培养和提高全体会员对英语学习的兴趣;
2.通过参与活动让全体会员学会记忆单词,熟练掌握英语学习的技巧。

三.活动意义:使协会所有成员在活动的参与中增进英语知识,活动的策划中增进能力,活动的组织中增进交流,使英语协会的活动更加贴近同学的生活与学习。

四.活动时间:20XX年3月中旬,每周举办并评选出优胜团体及个人且于年终决出最强团体及个人。

五.活动地点:英语协会办公室或申请合班教室(有具体情况而定)
六.活动人物:面向英语协会全体会员
七.策划承办单位:团总支英语协会
八.活动流程:
前期工作:1.文娱部干事负责活动的策划及整理并提交策划书。

2.宣传部在活动前两天将宣传版置于食堂,教室门口,及公告栏处进行海报宣传。

3.办公室通知全体会员参加活动,并告之活动内容及相关事宜;联系参赛人员(临床系,药学系,护理系,医技系,人文科学系,英语系各5名)并选出3位评委进行评分;整理并做好档案记录。

4.编辑部将准备的相关资料存入多媒体,便于活动播放。

5.学习部根据策划书内容收集准备活动相关的单词的资料.及信息(高考及四六级词汇)。

6.组织部协助各部顺利进行活动的各项流程并负责活动会场的纪律及卫生。

7.会长邀请学生中优秀的英语学习者进行演讲(相关内容以下会涉及)。

8.每部每周按值班顺序出两名主持人主持本周活动,并制作本周活动道具。

中期工作:活动的开展,时间暂定2小时
后期工作:在会员中反馈意见,建议,指出不足并加以改正并于例会讨论及解决本次活动中存在的问题。
