但一开始我就碰了钉子。
在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，怎知小测出来才知道不如人意。
后来听同学们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂，而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。
从而可知，我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况：一方面，农村的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。
另一方面，七班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。
因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而八班的同学比较沉静，学习欠积极性，虽然优良生比例大，但中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。
从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。
这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。
这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。
备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。
”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。

比如说当老师提出问题学生答不上的时候，老师该怎么办呢？站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是解决不了问题的。
但这有是我们在上课时经常碰到的问题。
再加上自己此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。
往往在出现这种情况的时候，我会更加注意自己的引导方式并适当地简化自己的问题。
虽然为了不打击学生的学习积极性而简化知识，但由于过分地低估了学生的水平自己在实习期间又犯了一个很极端的错误。
初中的学生大多是刚刚开始正式地接触英语，虽然有一些学生在小学也学过一些，但他们的英语基础总体来说较低。
在上课的过程中，我曾为了追求直指的课堂教学目标，而将语言知识点过分地简化，对一些相对复杂的知识点甚至避而不谈，过分地“溺爱学生”。
结果一堂课中全是机械性的句型单词短语的操练，这样的课不仅学生觉得烦，最后连自己都觉得枯燥无味了。

虽然也做了充分的准备，但第一次面对那么大一班学生，仍是底气不足。
课上会出现一些诸如“讲课重点不突出”，“讲课顺序不清”，“师生配合不够默契”和“板书条理性不强”等问题。
针对出现这些问题的学生，指导教师要求自己多听课，多向带课教师学习，并且面对面地指出教案的不足之处，帮助修改教案、纠正学生不正确的语音、语调、节奏感、选择有说服力的例句解释各个知识点。
随着讲课次数的增多，我站在讲台上也不再那么胆怯了，说话的底气也足了，也开始喜欢站在讲台上授课的感觉。

时光如水，岁月如梭，在教育岗位上实习了一个月时间，作为一名实习生，要不断的学习、不断的进步。
想达到一名合格甚至优秀的实习生，是件不容易的事。
但我相信努力与自信的结晶一定是成功的。
在整个学习期间，我本着对学生负责的态度尽全力做好每一件事情。
怎样上好英语课，这是重点，也是一名作为英语教师应必须做好的第一步。
（一）教学经验的积累
作为实习教师，工作经验比较欠缺，除了探索教学外，我不断的向资历深厚的教师虚心请教。
并以听课的形式到课堂上去学习好的教学方法与经验，来丰富自己的实际教学能力。
学习优秀教师的教学教法，同时提出自己的观点与看法，来解开一些教学工作的迷团。
不断更新自己的知识，养成学习习惯。
不断吸取知识甘露。
丰富自己知识营养，使自己的教学不断提高并走向成熟。
虚心听取老师的意见，自我总结，找出不足。
另外，虚心听取学生的意见，融入到学生。
（二）合格教师的必经之路
在指导教师及学生的建议下，我积极参与讨论、设计教案等等。
使我在原有的基础上不断提高，教案详略得当、重难点突出、讲解清晰、教态自然。
在讲解词汇和句子时，选择的例子有说服力，深受教师的好评。
当然在刚开始讲课时，由于经验不足和临场应变能力不强，课上会出现一些诸如：“讲解重要不突出，讲课顺序不清”师生配合不够默契和板书条理不强等问题。
针对出现这些问题时，指导教师要求我多听课。
并面对面的指出我的不足之处。
帮助我修改教案，纠正学生不正确的语言语调、节奏感，选择有说服力的例子，解释各种语言现象，以便达到更好的教学，当学生有疑难时，热心解答、帮助差生。
成绩与不足
将近四十天的教育教学和班级管理实习，我们全体实习生严格按照《xx师范大学实习生管理条例》和教育实习大纲的要求，并严格执行陇西二中相关的教学制度，认真听取指导老师的建议，在三十多天的时间里，我们的教学方法有了明显的改进，教学经验有了明显的提高，也获得了很多从书本上无法学到的东西，迈出了走向工作岗位的第一步，从教学工作以及所取得的成绩，班主任工作纪律等各方面来说，这次教育实习是成功的，受到陇西二中全体师生的高度赞扬和评价。
这次教育实习给我们的收获很大。
我们初步掌握了从事教育教学工作的基本技能，学会了对学生进行思想教育的方法和手段，也深深体会了做一名光荣的人民教师尤其是从事中学教育的一线教师的艰辛和不易，深感肩上的责任重大，对教师这一神圣的职业有了更深刻的理解和认识，体验到了教师的苦乐酸甜，为我们以后的教师之路打下了坚实的基础。
同时，我们仍从在一些问题和不足。
如课前准备不足，教材内容的熟练程度不够，理解不够透彻，教学效果不是很理想；也存在专业知识功底不够扎实，教学技巧运用不够熟练等问题，需要进一步改进。
