本课中各项活动的开展，都力求提供给学生以真实的情境，从而更能贴近学生生活，有真实的语言意义。
这当中有师生、生生间的互动，有利于语言的真实交际运用。
教学活动的开展采用了“任务驱动”式“合作学习”的方式，整个学习以学生能在实际生活中灵活运用为动力，学生在学中用，用中学，通过感知、交流、合作等方式，完成学习任务。
课堂上，采取教师自编歌曲、图片、多媒体等多种教学手段，给学生营造轻松、愉快的课堂气氛，为学生创设真实生动的语言场景，使课堂变得有声有色，学生学得有滋有味。
通过师生对话、课文跟读、Team work、个性化写作等各种活动，鼓励学生大胆参与、深入思考、积极发言，从而提高学生综合运用语言的能力。
二、教学目标1. 语言知识和语言技能目标：(1) 能够按照正确的意群和语音、语调朗读吴一凡和爷爷留给Robin的便条。
(2) 能够理解便条内容并完成关于吴一凡和爷爷各自喜好的表格及选图活动。
(3) 能够用本单元所学的核心单词、句型描写家人喜欢吃的食物。
2. 学习策略目标：通过头脑风暴、小组合作等方式激活思维，在阅读过程中培养学生scanning、skimming、skipping等阅读策略。
3. 情感态度目标：通过Robin的温馨提醒，使学生更加明确“Eat up your food on the plate(吃光你盘中的饭菜)”的重要性，通过提倡“光盘行动”来帮助学生树立正确的价值观，坚持绿色生活。

PEP小学英语五年级上册Unit3 What would you like? Part B Read and write一、教材分析本课时是Pep小学英语教科书五年级上册第3单元第五课时，Read and write围绕本单元核心句型“What’s your favourite food?”展开，以读和写为主要训练方式。
Read and write分为两个小环节：一是读短文回答问题，二是仿照短文中的句子写一段话。
第一个环节是第二个环节的基础，能否把握短文中的句子结构决定了学生在写作训练中是否有话可写。
本课时的短文是两封信，这两封信主题相同，句型也很相似，重要句型有：My favourite food is…/I like…but not…/I don’t like…but…is OK。
在这一部分的学习中，读懂短文是基础，掌握核心句型是关键，只有把握了核心句型才能在写作中为我所用。
二、学情分析进入五年级之后，学生经过两年的英语学习，应该开始练习运用书面表达的方式传递信息，进行日常交际这一基本功。
将阅读与写作结合起来是训练小学生写作功底的方式之一，阅读短文之后通过仿写句子，补全句子等方式对学生进行初级的写作训练，能激发学生的写作兴趣，进一步可以提高学生的语言运用能力。
五年级的英语教师应开始注重学生写作技能的培养与训练。
本课时是第三单元与单元主题相关知识点介绍的最后一个课时，以对本单元新知识点的综合运用为主要任务，因此可以多设计一些侧重于对知识点综合运用进行考查的游戏活动来辅助教学，提高学生英语学习的全面素质。
三、教学目标1、语言知识与技能：（1）学生能够在图片的帮助下读懂两张便条（2）学生能够参考范例，在有意义的语境中填充单词。
（3）学生能够在情境中综合运用本单元的核心词句：My favourite food is…/I like…but not…/I don’t like…but…is OK.进行表达。
