2、学生情况分析学生已经在七年级时学过了一般现在时态和一些动词短语，这是学习本节课的知识储备。
可是大部分学生害怕交流，害怕出错，导致口语教差，导致他们在谈论各种活动时可能积极性不够。
因此，我要设计一些活动来引导学生开口说英语，本着语言学习要从用中学的理念，通过交际切实掌握频率副词的用法。

二、教材分析本节教学内容来自人教版新目标英语Book8 Unit 2 How often do you exercise？语言目标是表达“频率”，以“How often do you exercise?”为话题展开教学活动。
主要语言功能是talk about how often people do things首先学会恰当地使用频率副词及短语，再学会描述课余时间的活动安排和基本饮食结构。
这一部分在本单元的开篇，学习表示课余时间的各项活动，以及初步认识和使用频率副词，为进一步使用频率副词和动词短语做语言知识上的准备。
三、学情分析经过七年级的英语学习，大多数学生已经逐渐养具备了良好的英语学习方法和学习习惯，具备了一定的合作学习能力，在英语表达上也有了一定的提升。
但是这个年龄段的学生不爱开口说英语，在英语对话和小组活动中容易偷懒，爱用中文组织活动，所以在设计活动时就要尽量把活动与学生的兴趣结合，让学生积极主动地参与进来，本课的活动中，学生在七年级已经学过了一些关于活动的动词短语，例如go shopping等，具备一定的词汇积累，同时这个话题与学生的日常活动密切相关，学生参与的热情高涨，不论是在一开始的头脑风暴还是在后面的教学活动中，学生就会积极参与。
