束的大胆的开口说话；能体现出学生已掌握知识的水平；能挖
掘出学生的智力，使学生在更具创造力的基础之上继而把语言

为了全面贯彻党的教育方针，充分体现我校的办学特色和办学理念，大力推进素质教育，以第二课堂活动为契机，丰富校园课余文化生活，激发学生学习兴趣，培养学生的动手操作能力，不断提高学生的综合素质，让学校真正成为每个学生成长、进步的摇篮。
为使我校课外第二课堂能不断健康深入发展，为力争各级各类比赛获奖提供有力的保障，特制定本方案。
二、第二课堂活动实施计划1、开展时间时间：每星期三下午第三节课，共40分钟。
2、开展内容（1）学唱少儿英语歌曲、英语儿歌、做英语游戏、看、听、学、讲、演英语小故事等。
（2）拟以PEP英语为蓝本，掺杂小部分适合本校3--6年级学生的各种教材，内容主要包括学习生活常用句型和词汇，包括问候用语、见面用语、客套用语、公共场合特定用语,常用话题等等。
3、开展对象三—六年级学生，自愿报名的方式。
人数15。
“让孩子尽情展现自我”是我们学校第二课堂活动开展的宗旨，也是我们的目标。
英语第二课堂要按计划认真开展活动，在第二课堂活动中注重学生兴趣的培养，同时，特别要注意训练的科学性，争取更多的项目、更多的学生在各级各类比赛中获奖。

丰富多彩地内容：英语课外活动的内容是十分丰富的，大致包括英语角、英语游戏、英语歌曲、英语绕口令、英语励志短片欣赏、诗歌、故事、话剧、墙报、手抄报、书法、英语广播等多种多样的形式，教师可以根据学生不同的爱好，进行不同的英语比赛，比如书法比赛、英语绕口令比赛、唱英语歌曲比赛、英语诗歌朗诵比赛、各班的英语墙报比赛、讲英语故事比赛等，开展这些活动既可帮住学生巩固在课堂上所学的知识，又可增长学生的见闻，加强学生对所学语言国家的了解。

英语第二课堂活动形式几例一、英语晋级2005 年超女唱遍大街小巷，深入男女老少的心里。
小学生都能说出谁与谁PK，谁胜利晋级。
如果英语也让学生进行PK，看谁胜利晋级，肯定收效甚大。
更何况小学生好胜心理比较强，喜欢获得老师的表扬、学生的羡慕。
在平时的教学中，我们更多地看到的是组与组的比赛。
个别学生的一个不协调的动作，将会扣去小组的分数，必然会招致同组小伙伴的“白眼”。
而英语晋级，我们可以把那些水平差不多的同学归为一组，以学期为单位，看到学期结束，谁将顺利晋级。
正因为水平差不多，他们谁都不愿输给对方。
至于晋级台的设置，我们可以贴一张纸在教室的一个角落，纸上记载学生的PK对手，以及每一堂课的PK 情况。
学期结束，我们就根据他们的PK记录，选出一学期每一组的顺利晋级的超级男生或女生。
二、每日英语英语角语言和环境氛围是紧密联系，不可分割的，因为人们的交际活动只是在一定的环境氛围中进行的，因此要让学生处于英语语言学习的气氛之中，必须给学生创造更多的语景，增加他们的外语输入输出量，进行“每日一句”活动是一个极佳的方法。
教师在黑板上选取一个小角落，设计一个栏目──“每日英语”，写下学生每天要掌握的一句简单英语用语（用四格线表示）。
课前，教师在黑板上公布出当天要掌握的一句话，同时花一点时间教他们。
每过一天，教师就把这句话写到英语角去。
可供学生日后随时去查看、欣赏、朗诵。
尽管黑板上呈现的是一句简单用语，可时间一长，可以积累很多。
也许当天学的内容，今天是记住了，过一两天又忘啦，我们可以利用英语角来做再学习和回顾的场所。
从长远考虑，只要教师做好及时的巩固和落实检查，那将是一笔很不错的课外学习资源。
在刚试行的几个星期，可以先由教师来提供资料。
过一阶段后，发动学生来找资料：可以是书上看到的你不懂的一句话：也可以是你很欣赏的话，却不会读的；或是你自学的课外内容……如此一来，教师既可以轻松一下，学生又很高兴：他们的东西有用武之地，更乐意在课外查看英语资料。

二、学情分析七年级共有学生270多人，从学习情况及知识技能掌握情况看，大部分学生学习积极性高，学习目的明确，上课认真，作业能按时按量完成，且质量较好，能起到较好的模范带头作用，但也有少部分学生，基础知识薄弱，学习态度欠端正，书写较潦草，作业有时不能及时完成，还有三个学习能力有很大欠缺。
因此本学期除在教学过程中要注重学生的个体差异，通过培优辅差的方式使优秀学生得到更好的发展，潜能生得到较大进步。
三、具体措施1．认真备好每一次培优辅差的内容，努力做好学习过程的趣味性和知识性相结合。
加强交流，了解潜能生、优异生的家庭、学习的具体情况，尽量排除学习上遇到的困难。
2．搞好家访工作，及时了解学生家庭情况，交流、听取建议意见。
沟通思想，切实解决潜能生在学习上的困难。
3．坚持每天进行培优辅差工作。
根据学生的个体差异，安排不同的作业。
采用一帮一行动。
4．课堂上给每一个人创造给机会。
对差生实施多做多练措施。
优生适当增加题目难度，并安排课外作品阅读，不断提高做题和写作能力。
5．采用激励机制，用操行分对学生的进步实行加分，并鼓励其继续进取，调动他们的学习积极性和成功感。
6．进一步培养学生良好的学习习惯,教会学生如何去学英语。

二、活动内容英语猜谜语，字谜，智力选择题，字母代码游戏。
三、参与对象初一级全体学生四、活动安排1、准备阶段（1）老师上网准备一些英语猜谜语，字谜，智力选择题，字母代码游戏的资料。
（2）老师把准备好的资料打印好，题目要200题左右，把每一题剪出来，准备一些包装带，把每题粘在包装带上，在操场上找一个挂起这些题目。
2、游戏规则（1）每位学生可以看你喜欢的题目，但不能马上把题目拿下来，当你确定答案后，才可以小心拿下题目到英语老师那儿对答案。
答对了将得到一份小礼物。
答错了，要把题目挂回原来的地方，继续参与。
（2）答对的题目，老师将把它回收，每题一次机会。
（3）扰乱秩序的同学将严肃处理，并且在德育考核上扣5分。
3、实施阶段（1）学生在第七节下课后，到操场进行活动。

一：教学生们学做自己的名字牌
步骤：
1.展示给学生们我自己的名字牌。
2.让学生们观察老师的名字用英语的方式该怎样书写。

注意：姓的第一个字母要大写；姓与名之间要有空格。
名字的第一个字母要大写。
3.学生们自己拼写自己的名字。
同学们互查是否拼写正确。
4.用准备好的材料制作名字牌。
