本合同由买方和卖方商订。在合同项下，双方同意按下述条款买卖下述商品：

The Contract is negotiated and executed by and between the Buyer and the Seller. Both parties hereto agree to purchase and sell the following goods as per articles contained hereafter:

2、交付条款TERMS OF DELIVERY:CIF

术语“CIF”应按照国际商会（ICC）出版的《国际贸易术语解释通则》（即INCOTERMS,2000版）进行解释，除非本合同中另有规定。

The terms “CIF” shall be subject to the “International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms” (INCOTERMS, 2000) provided by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) unless otherwise stipulated herein.

全到达目的地。

Goods provided shall be packed by the Seller in the form of: □packing in its entirety □packing with steel frame □packing in container □packing in bulk □packing in rollon (exposed) □packing in other forms, which shall be suitable for long distance sea and inland shipment, ensuring the safe arrival of goods to destination.

8、唛头Shipping mark：发运前 10 天内，由买方通知卖方，如未收到，将视为没有。

The Buyer shall notify the Seller issues regarding the mark within 10 days prior to shipment. Or, it will be regards as not mentioned.

9、保险Insurance: 卖方应购买相当于发票价值110%的一切险。

Covering all the risks for 110% of the Invoice value to be effected by the Seller.

10、付款条款Terms of payment

签约双方一致同意，付款方式应按照的规定进行。

The Parties hereby agree that the payment shall be made as the provisions of thereunder

Payment: 20% down payment in advance by T/T, 80% balance by T/T against B/L copy. The price according to the current exchange rate（1 USD=, The exchange rate floating range is not exceed that is to say between and is allowed.
