在进行了字母和一些简单的词汇书写教学的基础上，加强词汇教学和会话教学的。
本学期将重点从培养学生的学习习惯入手，加强阅读和书写和运用，提高学生的综合能力，力争教学质量有所上升。
二、教材分析：
1、本教材的教学目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极心态，使他们初步建立学习英语的自信心。
2、培养学生具有一定的语感和良好的语音、语调、书写基础，以及良好的学习习惯。
3、使他们初步具备用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。
同时培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力，适当介绍中西方文化，培养学生的爱国主义精神，增强世界意识，为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。
根据学生的年龄特点和认知能力，教材选编了一些与学生日常生活密切相关，与教学内容和教学进度同步的中西方文化知识。
如第一单元介绍了小学生在不同课室应遵守的行为规范；第二单元介绍了四个国家的时差；第三单元介绍了汉语中四了外来词语的由来；第四单元介绍了华氏与摄氏两种表示温度的方法；第五单元介绍了不同国家的衣服与鞋子不同型号的表示方法；第六单元介绍了英语
中与动物有关的三条谚语。
三、教学目标
1、能听懂、会说12组会话，并能进行简单的交流。
2、能听、说、认读60个单词和词组并能听、说、读、写61个单词和24个句子（包括学校、时间、衣服、天气、购物、农场动物、数字、颜色等几个话题），并能简单运用。
3、能听、做6个“TPR”活动。
4、能学会3个小制作。
5、能唱8首歌曲。
6、能听、说、吟唱7首歌谣。
7、能完成6个自我评价活动。
8、能听懂6个幽默小故事。
9、能了解6项简单的中西方文化知识。
四、教学重难点
1、本册重点学习学校课室及功能室的名称、分布和不同的功能；
2、学习时间的表达以及描述不同时间进行的日常活动；
3、学习服装名称及其单、复数的使用习惯；学习表示天气状况的形容词；
4、学习有关衣服和鞋子的大小、评价价格、颜色和款式；
5、学习农场上常见的牲畜和蔬菜名称以及包含名词复数形式的一般疑问句。
五、教学主要措施
1、精心备课，抓好课堂教学，及时进行单元检测，针对问题及时调整教学方法。
2、对学习困难的学生，采取教师个别指导、同学互助的活动，。
一些简单的问题让困难生优先回答，树立他们的自信心，调动他们的积极性。
并经常与家长交流，多方面的提高他们的语文水平。
3、充分运用一切教学资源问40分钟要质量。
4、以会话教学，词汇教学，充分利用班班通和多媒体手段提高教学质量。
