诺丁山狂欢节（Notting Hill Carnival）起源于1964年，是欧洲规模最 大的街头文化艺术节，仅次于巴西的里约热内卢狂欢节。每年8月底的最后一 个周末在英国伦敦西区诺丁山地区举行，以非洲和加勒比地区文化为主题， 是英国多元文化的象征之一。 截止2014年，诺丁山狂欢节共举办了50届，每年吸引大批来自世界各地 的游客。

连续三天的狂欢主要分三个部分：
