早上好!早春三月，草长莺飞，每当这个时候，全国各地都在开展向雷锋叔叔学习的活动，以纪念这位平凡而又伟大的共产主义战士。
我们常常说要学习雷锋精神，但你们知道雷锋精神是指什么吗?雷锋精神指的就是奉献精神、“钉子”精神、“螺丝钉”精神和艰苦奋斗精神。
可能有同学会说，现在生活都很好了，怎样学雷锋?今天老师国旗下讲话的内容就是“学习雷锋精神争做时代“雷锋”。
我们学雷锋，就要从身边每一件小事开始，从生活中的点滴做起，比如：捡起地上的一片纸屑，你就是一个爱清洁的环保小卫士;帮助有困难的同学，你就是一个有爱心的好朋友;珍惜每一分钟，勤奋学习，你就是一个爱学习的小标兵;见到老师、父母问一声好，你就是一个懂文明礼貌的好孩子;认真做好课间操、排好路队，你就是一个遵守规则的好学生。
我们学习雷锋，要学习他弘扬正气、顾全大局的高尚情操，坚决抵制身边的不良风气;要学习他认真学习、刻苦钻研的“钉子精神”;要学习他关心他人、理解他人的优秀品质;同时还要学习他诚实守信、敬业爱岗、无私奉献，学文化、学知识，不断提高自己的上进精神。
同学们，三月，让我们走近雷锋，解读雷锋，用我们的
心，用我们的思想，用我们的行动，来感染身边的每一个人。
只要我们肯奉献自己的力量，我们的校园一定会芳香四溢、大家也会快乐幸福。

人生的旅途就犹如大海,时而风平浪静,时而微波连绵,时而汹涌澎湃,面对眼前的种种困难,你是否犹豫了?
不管是伟人,还是平凡人,每个人都会遇到挫折,只不过这挫折可大可小.面对挫折,有的人望而生畏,有的人半途而废,但有的人却向挫折发起了挑战,并依靠自己的实力战胜了它.不同的选择,往往结果也是不同的.
俗话说：“自信是成功的第一步”.一个人即使再有才华,如果他不自信,不敢去尝试,他永远也不可能取得成功.可见,自信对一个成功人士来说是多么重要.没有自信,我们不可能全身心投入到学习、工作中;没有自信,我们不可能有克服困难的决心;没有自信,我们更不可能把一件事做好.
自信是一股支撑我们走向胜利顶峰的强大动力,有了这股动力,我们就会不顾一切的往上攀登,直至顶峰.
有的人不自信,可能是害怕失败,害怕失败后的那种滋味,害怕被人取笑.然而这些人的目光都太短浅了,他们难道不知道“失败乃成功之母”这个道理吗?没有失败,哪来的成功.许多名人谁不是由失败走向成功的?面对失败,人们可能会取笑你,但你有没有想过,当你站在成功顶峰的那一刻,又
会有多少人向你投来钦佩、赞赏的眼光,这些人中可能有当前取笑过你的人,而现在他们则会对你更加尊敬.
阳光总在风雨后.人生旅途中的狂风暴雨并不可怕,只要你扬起自信的风帆,它就能指引你走向成功的彼岸.
朋友,让我们一起扬起自信的风帆,去迎接狂风热浪的洗礼吧!。
