樟宜综合医院新自动配药系统效率高樟宜综合医院启用全新自动配药系统，以此简化从配药到发配药物的程序，不但协助医院节省人力，也把人为疏失减至最低。
樟宜综合医院启用自动配药系统，护士分配药物时须扫描药袋上的QR码，核对资料后才可以让病人服用药物。
这套获得卫生部全数资助的系统耗资约700万元设置，技术上全面采用二维条码（Quick Response Code，简称QR码），将整个医药管理系统与电脑紧密连接。
该医院是本地第一家在配药取药的流程中完全使用QR码技术的公共医院。
其他公共医院包括竹脚妇幼医院、国立大学医院、新加坡中央医院和陈笃生医院也采用类似自动医药管理系统，但主要是运用条码技术（Barcode）。
在启用新系统之前，配药员须根据每名病人的药方，逐一配取药物，过程十分费时费力。
如今有了机器代劳，他们只需把上百种药物分别存放在自动系统的药柜中，机器便会自动配取病人24小时之内所需药物，把它们分类并包装成小剂量，然后用塑胶带将个别小药袋串起来。
每个小药袋上都印有储存了药物资料的QR码。
为了提高药物安全，护士到病房发配药物时，须扫描药袋上的QR码以及系在病人手腕上的QR码标签带，确保两者资料吻合，才可以让病人服用药物。
樟宜综合医院行政总裁李建恩医生指出，相较于普通条纹码，QR码尺寸不大，比较节省空间，而且能够储存更多信息，扫描起来也方便多了。
李建恩说：“配药员无需动手配取药物，因此可以调派到其他工作岗位上，例如协助库存管理等。
此外，医护人员也能够花更多时间提供护理服务，让病人得到更安全、良好和贴心的照顾。
”樟宜综合医院利用资讯科技为病人打造完善医疗服务的杰出表现，让它获得医疗卫生信息与管理系统协会（Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society，简称HIMSS）颁发的第六级电子病历系统采纳模式奖。
2011年，竹脚妇幼医院、国立大学医院、新加坡中央医院和陈笃生医院也因为采纳先进卫生资讯科技而获得上述奖项。

纳尔科在线加药装置工作原理
纳尔科在线加药装置是一种快捷、自动化、精确的加药系统，由液压油箱、气压储气罐、搅拌罐、药液储罐、控制系统等组成。
其主要作用是在给水系统中加入一定量的化学药品以维护水的水质，达到消毒灭菌、浊度去除、藻类控制等多种水质调整目的。
在纳尔科在线加药装置中，由搅拌装置搅拌的化学药品将随着水流进入管道系统，实现水的精准加药。
其工作原理主要有以下几个方面。
首先，液压油箱中的油液将通过高压管路进入药液储罐底部的药液过滤器，将化学药品从药液储罐中抽取并过滤，然后以高压管路方式送入搅拌罐。
其次，当加药系统中的水流通过搅拌罐时，化学药品将被自动控制器发出的指令喷洒在水中，使化学物质与水充分混合，达到加药效果。
气压储气罐在这一过程中起到缓冲作用，保证喷药量的准确性。
最后，加药完成后，水流将通过搅拌罐，进入消火栓或供水系统，达到净水或消毒灭菌的目的。
同时，在加药过程中，设备自动控制器实时监测和调节药品浓度，保证加药量的准确性、合理性，从而有效保护水质安全，降低因水质问题造成的疾病爆发风险。

朱淑芳王耀华王明玉杨章群（通讯作者）（河北大学附属医院药学部河北保定 071000）摘要：目的是通过综合分析我院在使用全自动摆药机3年来的情况，讨论科学、可控的质量管理体系，加强和提高医院口服药品单剂量调配UDDS的准确性。
从几个方面分析我院住院药房拆零药品质量管理中存在的问题，通过摆药药师2015-2019的记录、和His系统及医院在线药物不良事件的呈报，收集UDDS错误发生的件数，并进行统计学分析，实施综合干预措施。
结果UDDS药包错误件数从干预前的持续下降幅度达53.5%。
结论药师可以通过人工核对、规范操作和数据监测来进行质量改进，降低口服药UDDS的错误发生率。

医院引进韩国JVM公司生产的JV-330SL6全自动摆药机，应用单剂量口服用药的调剂摆药。
以前应用于单剂量口服用药的调剂摆药是传统的分装配药形式，这种传统模式弊端会造成感染着“四无”现象。
