The branch is one indispensable part of the mother enterprise, as to organization and assets. It involves easy procedures to set up a branch. But it doesn't enjoy the qualification of local enterprise. Although controlled by mother enterprise, the subsidiary is an independent legal entity. It practices independent accounting, and assumes fully civil liability.

一、汇付/汇款(Remittance) (一)含义
付款人主动通过银行或其它途径将货款汇交收款人的 支付方式。一般是买方按照合同约定的条件(如收到单据或 货物)和时间,将货款通过银行汇交给卖方。
The transfer of money from one party to another party through banks.
汇出行不是使用电讯,而是使用信汇委托书或支付通知 书,通过邮政航空信件方式寄发给汇入行。汇入行核对 签字或印鉴无误后付款给收款人。
(2)优缺点
优点:费用低廉
缺点:速度慢,收款人收到的时间比较晚。应用不太广
