（2015～2016学年第二学期）
一、班情学情分析
小学二年级的学生活泼好动、争强好胜、善于模仿、乐于活动、但自律性比较差，依赖性比较强，注意力不易集中。
本册教材所涉及的话题内容更丰富，涉及的词汇和日常交际用语、句型也有所增加。
教学时应注意教材前后编排的连续性，以便教学时做到有的放矢，把新旧知识结合起来。
二、全册教材简析
2B教材仍有10个单元组成。
本套教材按“话题、功能、结构、任务”相合的体系来编写，教学内容浅显易懂，贴近学生生活，教材活动，设计多样。
新授单元由A.Learn to say. B. Look and learn. C、Sing a song D.draw and say ..四个板块组成。
以下我来介绍一下主要板快的功能。
A. Learn to say.通过情境对话，着重训练听说技能，提高会话能力同时呈现新的词语，句型，功能和话题等。
B. Look and learn主要按话题归类和图文结合的方式呈现新的词语，并通过多种形式巩固、操练。
C. Sing a song.通过游戏，诵童谣，唱歌等活动，进一步巩固已学内容，培养听说和思维能力。
D. draw and say这种以活动板快的结构和形式来编写的《牛津小学英语》有利于教师根据学生实际和自身特点组织教学。
三、教学总体目标
本册教科书共十个单元,每个新授单元都围绕一个话题，结合功能和结构，安排了一系列语言实践活动，这样设计和安排的目的，是让学生通过体验、实践、参与、合作、交流和探索等方式。
学习语言知识，语言技能及学习技巧完成学习任务，同时使教学过程成为师生之间学生之间相互交流、相互沟通、相互理解、相互补充的互动过程。
1.能比较熟练地运用所学的日常交际用语。

2.能根据实物、图片说出所学单词，发音基本正确。
3.能在非；语言提示（如图片、手势等）的帮助下，听懂清晰的话语和录音。
4.能演唱已学过的英语歌曲，诵读以学过的歌谣。
四、教学措施
1.能透彻地了解教材，准确地把握教材，从纵向、横向看透教材。
2.活用教材，能灵活、合理、科学地使用好每个板快，注重早渗透，不断积累。
3.因地制宜，因材施教，用好教材。
4.面向全体学生，切实落实各项教学任务，以活动为上课的主要形式。
5.打好语音基础，读准每个音，让学生在情景中学，情景中用。
6.2B是听说领先，读写跟上，不是纯听说教材。
应为以后3、4、5、6年级听说读写打基础，“听说”到“读写”需跨一个“门槛”，这就要求2B对于我们2A已学过单词和句子能“认读”最好能“拼读”对于我们2A已学过单词和字母的学生来说应不成问题。
7.充分利用有限的录音和教学资料“愉悦式教学”。

万里城实验学校英语2B学期计划
万里城实验学校英语2B学期计划(2013年2月－2013年6月)学科英语班级二年级1/2班任课教师杨蕙蕙一.情况分析1.学生情况分析：本学期任教二年级两个班级，通过一个学年的教学，我发现学生英语学习水平的差异很大，但学生学习英语的兴趣很高。
因此，在英语教学中要多考虑学生的年龄特点和认知差异来进行教学，特别要关注学习习惯较差的和接受能力较差的学生，对于学有余力的学生要提高他们学习英语的兴趣，适当提高要求，增加学习的内容。
其中一1班学生的学习习惯较差，如张嘉栋，刘宗鑫等，两个班级中还有部分有学习能力困难的学生，如：王健欣，赖佳峰，沈玉玺等，这就需要多观察多了解，采取适当的补课措施，使这部分学生能跟上其他学生。
2. 教师专业能力分析：本学期是我任教二年级，通过上一学年的实践，我对于如何有效地上低年级有一些体会，本学期我还要继续学习，不论从教学理论还是教学实践，都要不断地完善自己。
认真参加区英语教学培训，明确教学目标，多外出听实践课，并与自己的课堂实践相比较，不断提高自己对教材的理解与把握，提高课堂教学的有效性，培养学生对英语学习的兴趣。
同时作为一名教师，应胸有成竹地走进课堂，在每节课上课之前，我都会认真做好备课工作，课后及时写下随笔，把课上的点点滴滴及时记录下来，作为我今后的参考。
本学期，设想建立学习困难学生档案，课上关注他们的学习情况，找寻他们在学习上有困难的知识点，进行有效补差。
另外要面向全体学生，突出以学生为主体的地位，尊重学生，爱护学生，充分考虑学生的兴趣、爱好、家庭背景及个性差异。
彻底改变“精英教育”，“填鸭式教育”，“应试教育”，在课堂上要尽力创设一种友好的、积极的、宽松的课堂气氛，以消除学生的焦虑情绪。
耐心倾听并理解学生的不连贯、甚至词不达意的英文句子，让学生在使用语言的过程中，感受语言，理解语言和运用语言，这样学生的语言能力就会不断提高，学生的创新意识才能得到培养。
