我不是诗人，不能用漂亮的诗句来讴歌我的职业；也不是学者，不能用深邃的思想来思考我的价值；更不是歌手，不能用动听的歌喉来颂咏我的岗位。
然而，我是教师——一名普通的小学教师，我要在知识的宝库里采撷如花的词语，构筑我心中最美好的诗篇，我要用深深的思索，推演我心中最奥秘的哲理；我要用凝重的感情，唱出我心中最优美的赞歌——因为选择，所以热爱。
还记得在14年前，我从师范毕业了，怀揣着少女的梦和对未来生活的美好憧憬走向陌生的社会。
可当我来到条件艰苦的山村小学时，我茫然了；当迎接我的是一群脏兮兮的孩子时，我心酸了；当老鼠在夜间窥视我时，我哭泣了。
难道我就要这样奉献我的一生吗？但是当我第一次怯怯地站上讲台，同时触及到几十双纯真稚嫩而又充满渴望的目光的一瞬间，我的所有希求已化成七彩粉笔，我知道这便是我的起点。
然而，这份坚守做人民教师的璀璨心理似乎在现实中逐渐削弱。
当一年级的班主任兼语文教学和三年级数学教学的担子沉沉地压在我并未完全成熟的肩头的时候，当一个个不谙世事，淘气调皮的孩子站在我面前扮鬼脸，耍滑头的时候，我，一个涉世未深，对教育教学规律知之甚
少，对困难艰辛估计不足的大孩子，真正体验到了山村教师平凡生活的滋味，体验到了其中的艰辛和压力。
但有一件事却深深地触动了我，使我从迷惘中寻回了自我，在退却时坚定了初衷。
刚毕业，因为在学校住宿，不适应新的环境，开学没几天过敏体质的我就浑身起满了小疙瘩，并且奇痒难止，吃药打针都不见效，难受极了，严重影响了上课。
本来就迷茫的我此时更加坚定了要退却的念头。
可是让我意外的事情发生了：那天我照例带着一丝疲惫去上早读课，没想到刚走进教室，就发现讲台上堆满了不同的青草和枝叶，正当我疑惑不解时，快嘴李天保站起来说：“老师，那是我们从家里带来的草药，用它泡水洗澡能止痒的。
我奶奶说用完了她还会再找。
”顿时，我的眼睛湿润了，看着孩子们忽闪的眼睛里充满了对我的期盼，我收下了这些貌似普通的草药，这些草药包含着一颗颗怎样的童心啊。
我才当了他们几天的老师，却在他们心中有如此重要的地位。
此时的我仿佛进入了一个从未经历过的世界，这世界是那样的纯真。
我为自己之前的那些想法感到脸红，我在心底暗暗发誓，既然我选择了这个职业，我就要热爱这个职业，用热情、高雅和真诚的态度把工作干好。
在这个世界里，面对这样的孩子，这样的学生，我还有什么理由不去尽心尽力的培育他们，引导他们呢？还有什么理由不去为他们奉献出自己的力量呢？不求轰轰烈烈，但求踏踏实实；不求涓滴相报，但求青春无悔！
如果问一个教师：“你愿意要一个学习好的学生，还是一个学习不好的学生呢？”我想每一个教师的回答都会是“学习好的”。
因为在长年累月的工作中，我们肩负的责任首要的一点就是教给学生知识，并使每一个学生都能学有所成。
可是在现实中，我们往往会遇到一些学习上不努力或学习资质差的学生，对于这样的学生我们常常费尽力气也不见得有所回报。
于是乎我们有了厌烦的感觉，有了放弃的念头。
可是我们又有谁能真正理解他们的心理感受呢？有一次还没开学，我接到了一个电话，这个电话，对我是个考验，也是一次重要的选择。
离开学大约一个星期的时候，我接到一个家长的电话。
家长
说由于孩子学习比较差，所以他想给孩子留级，让他重新读三年级。
可是孩子说他不愿意，而且一定要他妈妈给我打一个电话，他说：“如果吴老师让我留，我就留。
我就听吴老师的！”他妈妈让我帮她分析一下。
其实，我当时心里也挺矛盾的，因为如果这个学生留级了，我等于甩掉了一个大包袱，相反，则意味着我未来的更多的付出。
是留一个麻烦给自己，还是把麻烦推给别人呢？学生的那句话又在我耳边响起，“我就听吴老师的！”我深深地被感动了，我似乎看到了学生那双渴求的目光。
也许我不是他人生中最好的老师，可是我希望我不是一个为他指错路的老师。
于是，我给他妈妈进行了客观的分析。

我希望他的妈妈能让他继续跟我学习。
其实
那时想想，自己不见得有那么大的本事来彻底转变一个后进生，但那次的经历，却让我感到他们心里强烈的无助。
虽然平时教他们是难上加难，苦中掺苦，可是，当学生对我们抱以如此的信任时，我们又怎能撇弃他们呢？我想教师的高尚之处莫过于此了，教师的幸福之处也莫过于此了。
在十多年的教学生涯中，我深刻的领悟到：教师的价值只能通过学生去延续和兑现，不管是在怎样的环境，不管是教怎样的学生，我都要把全部的智慧真诚地交给讲台下面的人。
在他们将来千秋各异的人生里，必定有我或多或少的指引，因为我是他们的启蒙老师。
追求永无止境，奋斗永无穷期。

工作中，为了让我们尽早的进入工作状态，公司给我们每个人都安排了一名导师。
导师都是有着丰富设计经验的工程师，他们循序渐进的教我们入门，手把手的教我们绘图，不厌其烦的回答我们提出的各种问题，并把他们在工作中积累起来的经验一并传授。
同时，公司也及时的安排了各种培训，从公司的规章制度到公司的企业文化，从轨道车辆的整体介绍到具体部位的详细讲解，从SAP的基本操作到物料申请流程等等，每一个环节都详细周全，使得我们在最短的时间内融入了这个新的环境，完成了从一名门外汉到动车研发人员的转变。
生活中，公司领导也是从细节抓起，关心无微不至。
有一件小事让我们至今感动。

出于热爱而选择职业，是对本心的坚守，对命运的自主选择。
我想，苏珊即使在证券界取得再高的成就，始终还会对音乐念念不忘；而王杰的几经周折，终究也少了一种方向。
而荆青的成功，不过是一个水到渠成的结果，他一路走来，想必也是满怀逐梦的希冀。

如果每个人都能以爱好为业，社会幸福指数定会大大提高，因为工作不再是沉重的负荷——谋生手段，而是生活的一部分。

结束了学生时代象牙塔生活，我们进入了中国南方电网公司这个大家庭。
怀着对美好前程的憧憬和忐忑不安的心情，开始了为期17天的新员工培训。
此次培训不仅从南网公司的战略、团队精神、职业操守、科学发展观等文化知识方面进行了深入的讲解，而且还安排了严格的军训。
军队有铁一般的纪律，军人有非同一般的精神，所以，整个军训过程中，教官对我们即耐心又严格。
炎炎烈日下，教官和我们五班四十个学员一同吃苦，一起流汗。
我们一遍一遍的做着向左转，向右转，齐走等等。
动作一遍做不好再做第二遍，直到全班动作统一;口令一次喊不响再喊第二次，直到我们的声音盖过其他班级的声音。
军训是苦的，军训是累的，我们站在烈日下，在操场上迈着坚实的步伐。
我们流过汗，甚至流过泪，但是我们没有被吓到，我们用坚强的毅力挺了过来，并在军训中收获了很多很多：纪律在我们这次培训中时刻体现，并且严格执行。
我们每天按时起床，按时出早操，集合唱歌、吃饭、训练。
还记得第一天站军姿的时候，站在列队中，无论你遇到什么事情，都不得随意乱动，烈日下，感觉汗水像水一样不断的往下流，但是却不敢伸手去擦掉一滴汗;下雨时，任凭雨水打在头上、身上，但却没有要避雨的想法。
这就是纪律，这就是作为一名职员，作为一名南网人所应具备的基本素质。
责任感，是我在这次军训中的另一个体会。
站在队列中，我不再是一个人，我们是一个整体，而我只是整体中的一个部分。
当疲惫的时候，我只能坚持，因为这是我的责任，不能因为自己的一个松懈。
责任不是应该做的事，而是我们必须做的事，当我们进入南网后，我们将肩负着南网人的责任，因此，这次的军训，让我更深刻的体会到了责任感。

也让我们从中依稀看到自己的身影。
因为热爱，二十年前，我选择了肥西师范学校，选择把教师作为自己一生的事业。
弹指一挥间，十七年的岁月就在绘声绘色的讲课声中，在埋头批改作业的笔尖下，在上课铃与下课铃的交替声中滑过…还记得十七年前，第一次怯怯地站上讲台，同时感触到几十双纯真稚嫩而又充满渴望的目光，那一瞬间，我的所有希求已化成七彩粉笔，我知道，这便是我的起点。

今天我演讲的题目是《做一名忠实的统计人》。
三年前，我从西安通信学院毕业，被分配到渭南市统计局。
从此，我便有幸成为了统计战线上的一个新兵，成为统计大家庭的新成员。
经过在统计局工作三年的学习和实践，我庆幸自己当初明智的选择。
因为我选择的是一项充满生机、平凡而伟大的朝阳事业。
在统计局这个大家庭里，我有幸与一批爱岗敬业、认真负责的同仁一起工作。
从他们身上，我感受到了什么是“忠诚统计”；我学会了该怎样工作，怎样做人。
我在统计局贸易投资科工作，贸易投资科工作量大，定期任务和临时性任务很多。
而人手少，几乎每位同志都是身兼数职，承担上级统计部门多个处的工作，常年处于紧张忙碌之中。
为了报表能及时上报，节假日往往加班加点，下班后常常熬夜写分析。
利用休息时间，深入企业、居民社区搞调查也是经常的事。
工作辛苦，从不张扬。
我们单位很多同志因为长期进行电脑操作，眼睛长时间地盯着屏幕上的闪烁行行数字，都得了不同程度的近视、弱视，身体健康状况的下降没有能降低我们工作热情的高涨。

然而，一次难得的机会终于让我走上了三尺讲台，当上了一名代课教师。
从小学到幼儿园，历经了十几年的代课生涯，一路艰辛地走来，拿着微薄的工资，我毫无怨言，因为我热爱教育事业，所以选择了这条道路。

自xxxx年我来到幼儿园，担任了小班保育员工作，每天入园就把教室、寝室，活动室等开窗通风;把口杯、毛巾、碗筷消毒;把教室、寝室、卫生间、活动场所打扫干净;给孩子们盛饭菜、烧开水;洗晒被褥;给孩子们擦屁股、换尿裤、冲厕所等一切琐事，忙得我晕头转向，腰酸背痛。
虽然很累，但是，看着孩子们一张张灿烂的笑脸，我却喜在心田。
当我拿着微薄的工资，换来的却是人们的同情和惋惜，而我却不在乎，我的工作、我的付出是无法用金钱来衡量的。
