移动单元格是指将单元格中的数据移到目的单元格 中,原有位置留下空白单元格。复制单元格是指将单元 格中的数据复制到目的单元格中,原有位置的数据仍然 存在。
移动和复制单元格的方法基本相同,首先选定要移 动或复制数据的单元格,然后在“开始”选项卡的“剪贴板 ”组中单击“剪切”按钮或“复制”按钮,再选中目标位置处 的单元格,最后单击“剪贴板”组中的“粘贴”按钮,即可 将单元格的数据移动或复制到目标单元格中。

工作表的复制是通过“移动或复制工作表”对话框来实现的。例 如,在“员工信息表.xlsx”工作簿文件中,要对工作表“宏发公司 员工信息表”进行复制,可以右击“宏发公司员工信息表”标签,在 弹出的快捷菜单中选择“移动或复制”命令,打开“移动或复制工作 表”对话框。在此对话框中,在“将选定工作表移至下列选定工作表 之前”列表框中选择Sheet3选项,再选中“建立副本”复选框,单击 “确定”按钮返回工作表。此时已复制一份“宏发公司员工信息表”在 Sheet3工作表之前,显示的工作表名称为“宏发公司员工信息表( 2)”。

英语课堂教学中worksheet的设计与使用

浅谈英语课堂教学中worksheet的设计与使用摘要:本文以对话教学课和语篇教学课为载体,浅谈教师在课堂教学中应如何设计worksheet,以培养学生的语言运用能力,提升课堂教学实效性。

学生完成的练习题或学习活动时用的辅助图片等都可以称为worksheet。

worksheet能为学生提供清晰和直观的视觉信息,因此在日常教学中被广泛运用。

教师可以利用worksheet引导学生进行知识的理解、巩固和练习等活动,使学生获得充分的听说训练,提高口语及书面表达能力,为在真实的语言情境中运用所学语言打下坚实的基础。

但有些教师在设计worksheet时只注重形式的多样性,而忽略了其有效性,导致worksheet的使用流于形式,不能充分激活学生的思维。

本文以对话教学课和语篇教学课为载体,结合实例,浅谈在小学英语课堂教学中如何设计与利用worksheet,培养学生的语言运用能力。

对话和篇章是语言输入的主要渠道。

教师在对话和篇章教学中利用worksheet帮助学生感知和理解学习内容,进而帮助学生顺利地输出语言。

一、呈现环节,利用worksheet帮助学生理解学习内容在教学pep小学英语六年级上册unit3blet’s talk时,教师依据对话的主要内容(正确作答以“where,what,when”引导的特殊疑问句),在顺利完成“let’s try”的内容后进行了如下设计。

首先,用ppt呈现worksheeet的内容(见图1)。

随后教师对学生说:just now we talked something about sarah.how about chenjie?let’s listen and finish the blank fillings:where?what?when?然后,学生听录音,听完后独立完成填空,而后师生一起校对答案。
