我今天演讲的题目是: 和煦廉风拂校园，桃李不言自成蹊。

这就是先后荣获省文明单位、省模范学校、全国德育工作、艺术教育、体卫工作先进集体等荣誉称号的盐城市解放路实验学校。
可谁能想到，十多年前这仅是一所镇办小学，低矮的房屋,灰暗的教室，陈旧的课桌，与今天有着天壤之别。
如今的奇迹是谁用什么方法创造的呢?熟知内情的人都知道：这一切凝聚着学校的领头雁----刚刚获得全国劳动模范光荣称号的盐城市亭湖区教育局副局长兼盐城市解放路实验学校校长、党总支书记殷广平同志的辛劳。
“问渠哪得清如许，为有源头活水来”。
殷校长站得高、看得远，果断决策，在校园建设廉政文化，将其作为全校的净化剂、推进器，同时在学生幼小的心灵上种下廉洁的种子。
一时间，学校走廊里挂的是廉政宣传的图片，校广播站播放的是廉政的歌曲，校电视台播放的是一代清官的故事，校童星文化团演出的是
“以廉为荣”的课本剧，各班教室黑板报上说的是贪婪者可耻的下场，大家歌唱的是廉政之歌。
廉政文化进校园，净化了大家的思想，统一了全体师生的认识，“以廉为荣，以贪为耻”深入人心，“让社会满意、让家长放心、让学生安心”成为了解放路实验学校每一位领导和老师的自觉行为。
找范文每当走过文化氛围浓郁的长廊，殷校长总要不时地跟其他老师说，“廉洁勤政，只有心地无私和视事业如生命,才能心无旁骛,撑起事业的天空。
”记得那是1988年5月,殷校长怀着对党的一颗忠心,以一个党员特有的责任感走马上任。
面对着落后的现状,他毫不气馁,迎难而上,确立了“质量立校”的理念,积极推进内部改革,经过努力,教学质量上去了,在当时的小学统考中,连续八年居市区前列,学生综合素质考评列全省第一。
他又审时度势,以艺术教育为突破口,全面实施素质教育,创办了童星艺术团, 出访韩国,为美国、日本、澳大利亚等国贵宾演出,受到高度赞扬,被盛赞为“苏北的小红花”,学生的艺术素养明显提高。
为了学校的扩建工程,殷校长把整个身心扑到工地上。
渴了,喝几口冷水;饿了,啃几块面包;困了,拉两长学桌一拼就当床.8月20日下午两点,骄阳似火,在扩建工地上连续工作十多个小时,还没有来得及吃早饭的殷校长,突然晕倒在工地上,大家心疼地把他送进了医院.可谁也没有想到,他刚一清醒,便一把拔去手上的吊针,
说:“3000多名学生等着开学,我不能离开,也决不离开工地。
”正是这种拼命三郎的精神,才征服了全体解放路学校人的心，成就了解放路学校发展的奇迹。
廉政更需要操守。
只有甘于清贫,洁身自好,才能勇立潮头,才能闯过金钱设下的险关。
学校扩建工程,总造价4500万元,他的一句话,心底无私天地宽为工程打下了最坚实的基矗他坚持公开招投标,集体会办,共同研究,异地审计,先后拒绝了十多个单位的吃请,多个送礼人被拒之门外。
在杭州审计结束后,施工单位的领导趁电梯没其他人时,递给他一个厚厚的信封,让他自己买个纪念品,他同样严辞拒绝。
“公生明,廉生威”，在工作中他就是以两袖清风的形象体现了他对党的忠诚,表现了共-产-党员的浩然正气，保持了共-产-党员的先进性。
廉政需要源泉,源泉来自高尚的人格,真挚的情感。
当许多意志不坚定者倒在石榴裙下,落得可耻下场的时候,殷校长用行动谱写了人间的真情。
97年7月，他的爱人为筹建市孤儿院，劳累过度，突发脑溢血，被送进医院急救。
医生告诉从学校匆匆赶来的殷校长，这种病生存的希望只有千分之一，即使保住性命，也只能是个植物人。
一听此话，他泪如泉涌，一把抓住医生的手说：“医生求求你，我爱人跟我没有享过一天福，我对不起她呀!哪怕是植物人，只要她还活着，我还有妻子，我女儿还有妈妈，我们还是一个完整的家呀!”多么朴实的语言，多么完美的家的理念!他用一片诚
心，带着瘫痪的妻子去南京下上海奔北京往西安，先后五次实施开颅手术，缝了108针。
当家属处于昏迷状态的时候，他一次次用亲情把妻子从死神手中夺回。
八年如一日，二千多个日日夜夜，相濡以沫，演绎着人间的至爱真情。
“精诚所至，金石为开”如今，他的妻子已经恢复了神志，正常说话。
伴着漫天的晚霞，在迎宾公园的通幽曲径上，人们经常看到：在紧张的工作之余，殷校长推着轮椅，带着妻子散步的情景。
