YAMAHA汽油发动机培训教材简介一、单缸四冲程发动机简介1、基本概念A、四冲程发动机:每个工作循环包括四个活塞冲程.即进气冲程、压缩冲程、作功冲程、排气冲程。

B、上、下止点:活塞在气缸内移动,到气缸最上端位置称为上止点;到气缸的最下端位置,称为下止点。

C、冲程:上止点和下止点之间的距离。

即活塞在气缸中往复运动时,活塞顶面在气缸中的上、下极限位置间的距离。

四冲程汽油机就是用四个冲程实现一个工作循环的汽油机。

D、排量:指活塞从上止点移动到下止点的容量。

等于气缸横截面积乘以冲程,为π/4*(缸径)*冲程。

注:发动机排量越大,发动机输出的扭矩和功率就越大。

E、燃烧室容积:指活塞在上止点时,活塞顶部与气缸头之间的剩余空间。

F、气缸总容积:指活塞在下止点时,活塞顶与气缸头之间的容积.G、压缩比:是指气缸总容积与燃烧室容积之比。

即排量加上燃烧室容积,与燃烧室容积之比.(排量+燃烧室容积)/燃烧室容积。

注1)在相同的进气量条件下,压缩比越高,输出的扭矩和功率也越大。

注2)发动机的压缩比越高,热效率(发动机输出的有用功和汽油总热量的比值)也越高。

注3)四个要素:1、合适的空气和燃油混合气(空滤气、化油器).2、压缩3、点火4、做功2、基本工作原理小型汽油机是将汽油与空气混合后直接输入机器内部燃烧而产生热能,然后再转变为机械能的一种装置。

汽油机起动后,汽油被雾化成微小颗粒并和空气混合成可燃烧混合气.混合气经进气门进入气缸后,被上行的活塞压缩,在燃烧室内被电火花点燃,点燃后的混合气迅速燃烧放出大量的热量,使气缸内的气体受热膨胀。

这种高温高压的气体作用于气缸壁及活塞顶部,推动活塞下行,通过连杆带动曲轴旋转,对外作功。

3、单缸四冲程汽油机的工作过程1)进气过程:进气过程开始时,进气门开启,活塞由上止点向下止点运动,气缸容积迅速增大,气缸内气体压力下降,形成一定的真空吸力,从而把由汽油蒸气与空气组成的混合气吸入气缸.进气过程结束时,进气门关闭。

小型汽油发电机操作规程
2、易燃、易爆物品应距发电机1米以外。
3、发电机停机后方能想燃油箱内加注汽油。
4、湿手不要触及发电机,以防触电。
5、发电机应可能接地。
6、输电线截面应满足电流大小要求,一般每安导线直径0.12毫米,即10安用直径1.2毫米铜芯线。
7、发电机不要与其他电源相联并网。
8、两台发电机不要相互联接并网。
三、开机
1、新机20小时运转后,旧机150小时或3个月,应旋开机油放油塞,更换机油。最好用四冲程机油。
2、运转150小时或3个月应清洗空气滤清器,将滤芯取出用清洗剂泡洗后,滴少量机油,拧干装回。

1、从油底壳机油加注口加足汽机油(0.95升),否则不能起动。
2、燃油箱中加足普通汽油。
二、安全注意事项
1、使用地点通风良好,以防止排出的废气中毒。
四、送电
1、待电压表指示正常,电流指示灯亮后,插入输出电源线插头,然后将电源开关置于向上打开ON位置开始供电。
2、交流输出AC最大功率输出时间不得超过30分钟(60赫兹时,照明负荷为2.8千瓦,电机负荷为1.8千瓦)。
3、按下直流保护器按钮,直流输出DC可给蓄电瓶充电(充电电压12伏,电流10安)。
1、起动汽油机前交流开关应向下置于关闭OFF位置。
2、油箱开关垂直向下置于开启ON位置。
3、启动向左搬动置于启动RVN位置。
4、缓慢拉动启动绳手柄,直至有拉紧感觉,然后再快速拉动启动手柄。
5、汽油机启动后,将启动杆向右搬回原位,使汽油机保持平稳运转。
6、若机油油面下降超限后,报警监视灯亮,汽油机会自动熄火。

Then the meter will automatically enter the simulate mode.•Do not turn the rotary when the probe in the A terminal. This action maybe caused > 30mA to pass through the loop circuit.•The simulate mode can work in both modes: Adjustable DC output & Auto DC output•In auto DC current output mode, you can press the HOLD button to pause / continue the output. Loop Power•In this function, the meter provided internal power supply to output > 24V / 20mA.•To operate in the loop power function, put the probes in A terminal (Source +) and mA terminal (Source -). Then the meter will automatically drive.•Do not turn the rotary when the probe in the A terminal. This action maybe caused > 30mA to pass through the loop circuit.250Ω Hart•When switch rotary in loop power position, press the Function button to equip with 250Ω Hart. •Press the Function button again to strip 250Ω Hart.Auto Hold•Press the A-HOLD button to start the auto hold mode, and press again to exit.•In this mode, the meter show the indication “HOLD” on the display.•When the difference is bigger (> 50d) than hold data, and it is also stable. 发电机YAMAHA雅马哈EF66005KW汽油发电机-英吉沙水利局山洪预警设备附表:1、自动水位站(1台):由RTU、超声波水位计、GPRS/GSM通信机、太阳能供电设备以及一体化安装支架等组成。

其功能是自动定时采集水位信息,定时或额定增量时通过GPRS/GSM通信方式将水位数据英吉沙县防办和喀什地区水文局,对山洪沟水位进行监测。

自动水位监测站设备组成如图1-4和1-5所示。

传感器可靠精度达1.5毫米,无人值守,无机械磨损、非接触型测量,寿命长,易维护。

测量与水质无关,不受浮冰等漂浮物影响,不需要防浪井,对水流无影响。

测量精度: 1.5-3mm分辨率1mm量程30M盲区:0m~0.2m接口方式RS-232 ,RS-485,4-20MA 电流信号工作环境温度-40~80℃,湿度0~90% 无凝露供电12V DC工作电流≤10MA防护IP67,钢制防护安装罩自动水位监测站施工图纸如下:2、完善乡镇预案(3个):符合山洪预案编制大纲。

3、完善村镇预案(21个):符合山洪预案编制大纲。

4、警示牌(14个):1.2*1m,公布危险区,安全区,及转移方案等,安装在灾害威胁区。

5、宣传栏(14个):80*1200mm,不锈钢封边,底板为5mm钢板,单向固定,防水防紫外线。

内容为山洪防御的意义,洪水,泥石流,滑坡简介及损毁图片等。

6、明白卡(1580个):尺寸130*100mm,300g白卡纸,正反面压塑。

7、宣传手册(1580个):文字通俗易懂,搭配图片,彩色,120g 铜板纸装订,页数20页左右。

8、光盘录音带(14个):含带山洪灾害的成因,危害,特点,防御组织机构,预警信号,避险注意事项,预警监测设施的保护等内容。

四期工程:1、无线预警广播Ⅰ(10台):无线预警广播分为I型机和II型机。

山洪灾害防治无线预警广播I型机只接收公网信号和本地音频信号,并具有控制、播出和音频功率放大功能的预警终端设备。
