阿特拉斯.科普科无油螺杆空气压缩机一、无油螺杆空气压缩机K215C/D基本参数:型号:ZR400-8.6Z--无油R--水冷400--电机功率8.6--最大出口压力CW用量: 5.4L/S排气量:978L/S二、基本结构1、驱动电机三相异步电动机:额定功率400KW 额定电压600V额定电流47.2A额定转速:1489rpm润滑油:型号:ESSoN--N3每4000小时加油75g2、机头K215C/D机头主要由一对阴阳螺杆组成(见图),阳螺杆内4齿,转速5000rpm;阴螺杆内6槽,且同阳螺杆齿向反向,转速2/3*5000rpm.主电机通过增速齿轮带动阳螺杆旋转,阴螺杆通过同步齿轮获得动力。
阴阳螺杆分别由两组径向轴承和轴向轴承镶在机头壳体上,表面镀有一层四氟乙烯保护套,当阴阳螺杆运转时,由于阴阳转子之间,转子与壳体之间间隙较小,气体分别经吸气→压缩开始→压缩结束→排气四个过程实现对气体的压缩(如图),并排出进入气网。
螺杆密封采用迷宫型密封,密封外部由透气孔与大气连通;轴承润滑油来自油泵,机头壳体外有冷却水腔,以带走空压机产生的热量。
3、润滑油系统润滑油型号:Atlas copco Roto—Z型油池内加入规定型号油量的润滑油,当主机运行,润滑油经油泵加压后,先后经过油冷却器冷却和油过滤器过滤后,注入轴承和同步齿轮(见图)。
油冷器后装有油压和油温探头,油温采用PT1000型温度传盛器,量程在-10℃---300℃,本机组个温度测量都可以通用;压力测量采用电压型,分4个规格,不能相互代替。
油温报警值设定为65℃,联锁值设定75℃;油压一般调整在2.5---3.0bar,依靠油滤前的油旁通阀调整,报警设定1.3bar,联锁设定1.2bar,机组启动后若油压在20s内达不到1.3bar,机组跳车。
润滑油中的油烟和水份通过装在油槽侧面上的文丘管油呼吸器排出。
文丘管油呼吸器是由引自压缩机出口的高压气流通过喷嘴喷入呼吸器(见图),从而在呼吸器内形成低压区,油腔内的油气和水气被带入呼吸器,油被滤网滤出后返回油池,油侧和水分侧排出腔体。

阿特拉斯固定式无油螺杆压缩机操作说明一、常用参数:型号:ZR250-10(固定式无油螺杆压缩机)最高工作压力: 1MPa 额定工作压力0.9 MPa排气量:2264m3/h ( 629L/S)中冷却器压力: 0.19~0.26Mpa (1.9~2.6bar)油压:0.2~0.25Mpa ( 2~2.5bar)油温: 40℃低压级主机出口温度: 160℃~180℃高压级主机出口温度: 140℃~175℃高压级主机进气温度: 25℃~30℃排气温度:约25℃冷却水进水温度:<40℃冷却水出水温度:<50℃额定轴功率: 250kw启动轴转速:1487r/min冷却水流量:13.32 m3/h (3.7L/S)油量:60L润滑油规格:Roto-Z专用润滑油低压级安全阀起跳压力为0.37Mpa(3.7bar)高压级安全阀起跳压力为0.93Mpa(9.3bar)二、机组的报警及停机设定值报警停机油压: 0.13MPa 0.12Mpa (1.2bar)油温:65℃ 70℃低压级主机出口温度:225℃235℃高压级主机出口温度:225℃235℃高压级主机进气温度:65℃ 70℃三、压缩机的操作(一)、开机步骤启动前:1、确认电、仪系统正常。
(由电工、仪表工完成)2、检查油位。
(应在油位计上部)3、关闭冷凝液排污阀。
4、打开进水、出水阀。
启动:1、打开氮气进口阀和出口阀。
2、接通电源,检查电源指示灯是否亮起。
3、按下开机按钮和F3,自动运行指示灯亮,压缩机在卸载状态下运行。
4、待星—三角转换以后(约15秒),再按F3,机器转入自动运行状态。
5、在加载状态下调节冷却水流量合适为之。
(二)、注意事项:1、如果电机已停,但自动运行指示灯亮着,电机在任何时候都有可能自动启动起来,要注意安全。
2、如果定时开机/停机功能激活,那么,即使在手动停机后,压缩机也能自动启动。
要注意安全。
三、停机步骤1、按F3,让机器卸载,2、约30秒后,再按停机按钮。

压缩原理
无油空气压缩原理
压缩原理很简单。
两个螺旋转子(其中一个有四个凸肋而另一个有六个凹槽)彼此轮流啮合. 前者转动比后
者快 50% 。
吸入的空气在转子之间和转子外壳之间受到压缩。
由于精确定时的齿轮使转子表面之间保持微小的间隙,因此相互啮合的压缩转子永远不会接触。
消除了磨损,压缩腔无需润滑。
特殊的密封装置防止空气沿转轴处逃逸,而另外的密封装置阻止油从转子的轴承进入到压缩腔里。
得到 100% 无油的稳定空气。
1- 转子的尾端打开进口,空气进入压缩腔。
2- 空气被引入由凸肋和凹槽构成的“空
腔”。
3- 转子旋转时,空腔越来越小,被引入的
空腔受到压缩。
4- 压缩空气通过排出口释放
