银行办公楼暖通空调设计说明书_本科毕业设计

摘要

本建筑为北京银行办公楼，一、二层为营业大厅、门厅等大空间房间，三至六层为办公室。设计的任务是完成该建筑的通风空调设计。

银行办公楼属于民用建筑，宜用舒适性空调系统，即为室内人员创造舒适健康环境的空调系统。该设计就是要完成对办公楼夏季室内的供冷，以及防火排烟和消声减震的设计。设计的内容主要有：（1）空调冷负荷和湿负荷的计算。计算的方法采用的是谐波反应法。（2）夏季空调过程的设计，包括送风状态确定，送风量计算，新风量计算，回风量计算和冷量计算。（3）空调系统的划分和方案确定，由于该办公楼一、二层为大厅和门厅等宜采用全空气系统，即全部用空气承担室内的冷负荷、热负荷；三至六层为办公楼，宜优先采用调节方便的半集中式空调系统，即对室内空气处理的设备分设在各个被调节和控制的房间内，而又将新风集中在新风机房进行处理。（4）空调制冷设备选型，包括风机盘管，全空气机组和新风机组的选型。（5）气流组织设计，包括送风气流组织设计，回风口设计计算。(6)风管水管的水力计算，确定风管的断面尺寸和水管的管径。（7）防火排烟设计，设置防火阀，防火防烟阀。（8）消声减震，分析噪声的来源，确定噪声量的来源，并选择消声器。

通过该设计实现了对北京银行办公楼夏季供冷和通风的需求，创造了一个有利于健康的，适于人类工作和生活的内部空间环境。

Abstract

This building for Beijing bank offices, a business hall, 2 hall for large space, such as room, three to six layer for the office. Design task is finished the building ventilation and air conditioning design.

Bank office building belongs to civil building, appropriate USES comfort air-conditioning systems, namely indoor personnel for creating healthy and comfortable environment of air conditioning system. This design is to finish the summer of office buildings as well as fire and cooling, indoor smoke and silencing the design of shock. Design is the main content of: (1) the air condition cold load and wet load calculation. Calculation method USES is harmonic response method. (2) summer air conditioning process design, including the supply air condition, send air volume calculation, determine the new air volume calculation, the calculation and the cold air back calculating. (3) air conditioning system division and plan, because the office building and 2nd for the hall and vestibular etc appropriate adopts all-air system, is all of the use of air cooling load, undertake indoor thermal load; Three to six layers as offices, appropriate priority to adopt convenient adjustment half of central air-conditioning systems, i.e. on indoor air treatment equipment in each is consisted of adjustment and the control room, and will air on fresh air room for processing. (4) air conditioning and refrigeration equipment selection, including fan coil units and fresh air, the air unit selection. (5) airflow organization design, including the supply air inlet airflow organization design, design and calculation. (6) duct conduit of hydraulic calculation and determine the section size and conduit wind pipe diameter. (7) fire smoke exhaust design, setting fire smoke fire valve, valve. (8) silencing the source of shock, analysis of noise, determine the amount of noise sources, and choose the muffler.

Through the design of Beijing bank building realized summer cooling and ventilation requirement, created a healthy, suitable for human work and life's internal space environment. Keywords:
