2航行通告一、定义1. 国际航行通告室(NOF)：由国家指定的负责在国际间交换航行通告的办公室。
2. 航行通告(NOTAM)：用电信方式分发的关于任何航行设施、服务、程序或危险的建立情况和变动的资料的通知，及时了解这种资料对与飞行活动有关的人员是必不可少的。
3. 雪情通告(SNOWTAM)：一种专门系列的航行通告，用专门的格式通知由于活动区内有雪、冰、雪浆或与雪、冰或雪浆有关的积水而存在的危险情况，或者这种险情的排除。
