During my college years, I have made rapid and great progress in many areas. And as a student, I study very hard, and obtain scholarship many times. Four year’s studying there made me an independent and optimistic girl. Looking back on the years I have spent there , I’m really thankful to her for enriching my knowledge and broaden my view.(When it comes to my university, I’ll say “I love her” from the bottom of my heart. Through four years’school life, I have learned a lot from her, not only knowledge, but also how to be a real person. I appreciate her very much, no matter where I go, no matter how I get along, she’ll be my old school(母校) forever.)3 Introduce your family.There are four members in my family, my parents, my brother and I. My parents are both teachers and my brother is an engineer. My father works very hard, and he is always fully occupied. Although my father is an ordinary teacher, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me . I love my parents and they love me, too. When I make a success, they are more excited than me, and support me to do better. Even though I fail sometimes, they always share sorrow with me, and encourage me not to give up. During my preparation for coming here, my parents’ love and support have always been my power. And I am deeply affected, I hope in the future I will be able to repay them.4 Introduce your hometown.My hometown is Huai’ an, an old city in Jiangsu Province. It is not very large, but it is very beautiful. And there is less air pollution in Huaian. Beautiful in landscape, abundant in cultural relics, and this land is also no stranger to celebrities, ancient or modern, such as litterateur Wu Cheng en, national hero Guan Tianpei, and our late premier Zhou Enlai, who have added to the rich land and culture. Each year, many people come here for tour and investment. I feel proud of my hometown and I wish I can make great contributions to her in the near future.5 Introduce your reason(s) for preparing the postgraduate exam.（准备研究生考试的原因）There are many reasons accounting for it .To begin with, during the past four years, I have learned a lot of professional knowledge and practical skills in Huaiyin Normal University, but gradually, I realize it is not enough, and I am not easily satisfied with my superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in the field of education of ideologicalpolitics(思想政治教育)by studing further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.What’s more, this is my dream of becoming a teacher in the university. I want to realize my dream and make myself to be well-qualified person. I think the postgraduate studies can enrich my knowledge and make me competent in my future job.In a word, further study is actually urgent for me to realize and finally achieve self-value. it is necessary to catch any opportunity for self-development, especially in the competitive modern society. 着重强调希望能被录取，表达自己坚定的决心，展望未来)Firstly, Nanjing Normal University has a lot of famous and respectful professors , who contribute a lot to our society and our country. I think I can learn a lot from them.Secondly, It is a famous university of our county. In recent years, the educational facilities of her have been more and more perfect and sound, which make her more attractive to me.Thirdly, I do love the dense academic atmosphere(浓厚的学术氛围) in your university which is full of youthful spirit. In my opinion, as one of the most famous universities in our country, it provides people with enough room to get further enrichment.The principal reason for my desire to study at your university is the quality of teaching here, particulary in my chosen subject.(我期望在贵校求学主要是因为贵校的教学质量，尤其是我所选择的专业的教学水平) As the proverb says “process is the activity of today and the assurance of tomorrow”. If I got a chance to study here, I would like to continue to accept professional training in order to get ready for working in the future. I hope I could get the opportunity to finish my postgraduate courses in Nanjing Normal University which I have desired for a long time.7 About your future plans.（What do you expect to achieve during your study if you are enrolled into this institute?）I will be certain to treasure the chance if I can be enrolled into your institute(There must be many things to learn if I were enrolled into my ideal research field).For one thing, I hope I can build up a systematic view of education of ideological politics (思想政治教育). And I am dreaming of the participation of some relevant projects of my major, for this reason, I will put more what I have learned into practice.For another, I expect to continue my study for doctorate degree, if it is possible.What’s more, critical and creative thinking is very important for me. And I do not want to be just a follower at my study. By standing on the shoulders of the previous geniuses, we can look further and deeper, but more importantly, we need to ask ourselves what we can contribute to the country.In a word, I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession which is based on three years of study here.8 Do you have any hobbies?I have a lot of hobbies. Such as reading books, collecting cards and coins, playing volleyball, watching English films or listening to English songs, and so on. Just like an old saying goes,“reading makes a full man ”, I like reading books and newspapers which can enrich my knowledge, and I like sports which can strengthen my body. I’m interested in these hobbies because all of them can do me lots of good.9 Tell me something about your most impressive teacher at college.Well, I think I should call my English teacher a really impressive one. He is always quick in mind. And in class, he is responsible in teaching and very strict with us. We all like her very much.10 Introduction to Huaiyin Normal University----As a provincial institution of higher learning, Huaiyin Normal University is characterized by the cultivation of teachers for primary and secondary schools, with a histoy of over fifty years. There are 19 departments and an naffiliated college, with 52 majors covering law, literature, management, economics, science and engineering.11 Introduction to The Department of Public Administration---- The Department of Public Adminstration offers four undergraduate majors: Education of Ideological Politics（思想政治教育）, Political Science and the Science of Public Administration, Human Resources Management（人力资源管理）, and Administrative Management（行政管理）. Meanwhile the the department shoulders the teaching and building of the course of Ideological Politics for all undergraduate students of the college.12 Introduction to the major of Education of Ideological Politics---It is a special building program of provincial institutes of higher learning, and the Education of Ideological Politics has become a provincially key discipline to be built. The department has established four research institutes: Study of Zhou En-lai, Citizens’ Morality Construction, Chinese Characterization of Marxism, and Philosophy of Science.。
