自荐书是向学校管理机构或用人单位自荐谋求职位的书信，后者是踏入社会、寻求工作的第一块敲门石，也是求职者与用人单位的第一次短兵相接。
如何让你的才能、潜力在有限的空间里耀出夺人的光彩，在瞬间吸引住用人单位挑剔的眼光，这封自荐书极其关键。
自荐书有两种形式：一是不知用人单位是否需要聘人的自荐求职；二是在获知用人单位公开招聘职位的自荐求职。
不管什么形式，都是为了推销自己。
动笔写自荐书之前最好先简单了解一下用人单位的情况，如建厂历史、领导与员工的概况、产品的生产、销售现状及前景等。
先摸个底，以便胸有成竹，有的放矢，尤其是对你迫切希望得到职位的单位更要了如指掌。
有了这些资料打基础，那么你的自荐书就会字字有依据，句句真实有说服力。
那么，自荐书需要写哪些内容呢？许多人常常不知从何下笔。
其实说来不难，每个人总该写过信吧？自荐书也是书信的一种，只是它比一般的家书更严肃，隆重些而已。
格式上是一样的，都有称呼、问候语、敬辞，有写信人及日期。
这些大家很熟悉，我不做重复。
自荐书的主体有四部分：说明原因、推销自己、表达认识及表明态度、附全资料，这是全文的核心内容。
首先，说明原因正文需简单说明求职的原因，譬如有的刚毕业欲谋职；有的为了学以致用，发挥所长；有的“为家乡效力是我最大的心愿”……如明确对方招聘的职位，则应说明信息的来源。
如“近日阅《福州晚报》，敬悉贵公司征聘会计一名……”或“昨日从福建电视台广告节目中得知贵公司急聘商检人员一名，十分欣喜……”等，然后才进入第二个环节：推销自己。
其次，推销自己即在信中具体介绍自己的学历、资历、专长等，如“我是福建工贸学校98电子商务专业的学生，将于明年7月毕业。
”因是即将毕业的学生，可不用写工作经历，而着重写在校的表现及所取得的重要成果，目的在突出学习好，能力强。
学习好，如“在校三年间能勤奋学习，连续两年被评为‘三好学生’，四次获得校二等奖学金。
”能力强，如“担任班级生活委员”或“担任校学生会副主席”、“任学校文学社记者兼校团委会干事”、“利用课余时间从事某某商品的推销工作，有一定的工作经验”或“利用假期在某某公司兼做打字员”等，以事实说明有组织管理能力与工作经验。
有的人没当过任何学生干部职位，也未获过任何荣誉，可写除专业外的各种考试情况。
如“在校期间，除圆满完成中专三年的学习课程外，还兼修国家大专自考的某专业，并已通过几门的考试……”或“在校期间，已取得国家电脑某级，省珠协的珠算等级测试能手某级的合格证书……”或取得会计证、导游证等，这些都是证明你能力水平的硬件。
如果是应聘某一职位，则是针对这职位的特点和要求，有主有次地介绍自己如何有能力胜任。
介绍专长时只择主要的一两项简单说说即可。
有的人说“还擅长书法、绘画、写作、演讲”，并获过奖项，这些均可纳入你的专长里，但点到为止。
至于文体方面，除非对方有特别的要求，否则介绍多了反而适得其反。
此外要注意考虑自己有没有比别人更有利的条件，以便增加录用的机会。
如有当地的户口，有住房，懂一两门外语或懂当地的方言等，有时这些小细节反而成为你胜出的资本。
无论如何，推销时要适当，且不卑不亢。
过于谦卑，自贬身价，会给对方以碌碌无能的不良感觉；过于高傲，狂妄自大，会给对方以轻佻浮夸的恶劣印象。
这些介绍是对方审视你是否能录用的重要依据之一，应详细、具体、真实。
再次，表达认识及表明态度即简单阐述你对单位的认识，以拉近与用人单位的距离，争取亲和感，同时表达你对进入公司或对某一职位需求的迫切程度。
对单位的认识可写它的发展前景，或厂史、宗旨，意在说明你对单位的重视，强调这个单位是最适合你发挥才干之所。
如“贵公司在短短的八年间从众多乡镇企业中脱颖而出，决非偶然，而是靠领导高卓的远见及员工强大的凝聚力，才使某某产品名扬海内外，在市场经济浪潮中独树一帜。
这是青年人锻炼、发挥才能的好时机、好场所，我愿在毕业后到贵公司效力，不知贵公司尚有职缺否？”也可以“我自信能胜任贵公司征聘的职务，故自荐应聘。
”最后，详备资料。
自荐书的文末附上自己的所有证明资料，包括个人简历、毕业证书及有关证件的影印件并注明份数，附上自己的联系地址、电话等，以备用人单位能及时通知到你。
写自荐书需要注意的几个问题：1、实事求是。
把自己的学历、资历、专长如实介绍给对方，不弄虚作假，不夸大其词。
2、投其所好。
尽可能根据用人单位的要求介绍自己，这是在已知职位的条件下，针对对方的需求，有选择地突出自己的专长。
3、言简意明。
自荐书不仅反映自己的写作水平，同时会给对方以精明练达的好印象，所以应当直截了当，避免冗长累赘。
如文笔好，则可适当以情动人。
4、书写工整。
自荐书毕竟是有求于人，须给对方留下美好的第一印象。
常说字如其人，如词不达意，或字体潦草，极可能求职受挫，白白错过良机。
