英语阅卷汇报分析首先，我先从整体卷面题型设置上做简要的介绍如下:一、基础知识（共10分）：10道单项选择题（1-10小题），删掉了往年的句意填词的题型。
二、交际运用（总计10分）：完成对话（11-15小题）共5分，补全对话（16-20小题）共5分（原来10分）三、阅读：1.完形填空5分：（21-25小题）（新题型）2.短文填空10分：（26-35小题）3. Reading(A)（36-40小题）Reading(B)（41-45小题）Reading(C)（46-50小题）T/FReading(D)（51-55小题）：还原语篇（A- F），原来（A-E）Reading(E)（a）(56-60小题）:主旨大意题（b）(61-65小题）:表格填空题Reading(F)（66-70小题）任务型阅读四、书面表达（A）& (B)根据阅卷分工安排，我主要负责补全对话题型，后期也参与了书面表达（A）部分的批阅工作。
接下来，我重点汇报一下我所批阅的题型。
（一）补全对话1.试题回放：2.试题特点：（1）分值变化：此题型总分由10分变为5分。
（2）试题内容：内容比较基础，考查知识点包含七、八年级重点内容，贴近生活，凸显出了侧重口语交际能力的考查。
3.得分情况：总人数：29855 4-5分: 5487人总分：5分 3-3.9分：2775人平均分：3.52分 2-2.9分：1379人满分人数：13648 1-1.9分：1125人零分人数：4798 0-0.9分：5081人4.典型示例：出错率较高的题为18小题和19小题。
18小题：need、your life、go to等理解错误19小题：What is it? (疑问词用错)Where it is? (语序错误)How can I get there(句型错误)此题型老师普遍觉得很简单，甚至有的是送分题，但是做题情况并不理想，主要体现在书中词汇没有记熟，常用词拼写出错，如clean记成cleen,sure记成srue,welcome记成welcme/weclome等。

2017年高考阅卷感悟一、阅卷流程及评分细则的制定1、阅卷基本流程图2、评分细则的制定众多考生所作出的答案一般不会与标准答案完全一样，这就需要根据标准答案制定出相应的评分细则。
6月10日下午4：00——5:00，由阅卷小组组长组织参与阅卷的教师和研究生在山东师范大学校园内的田家炳教育书院分组学习评分标准及评分细则，我们地理学科根据评卷题目的不同分别在不同的教室进行学习。
我的工作是参与评阅第37题（2）小题，该题评卷老师被安排在4111室进行学习。
分管该题的两位大学老师是杜远达老师和孙维君老师。
两位老师先对该题的答案进行了解析，然后我们分组讨论、进一步细化整合答案，最后宣布具体、统一的评分标准。
在确定评分标准时组长强调：严守评分标准，把握好试卷质量关，最大限度地减少评卷误差，做到给一分有理，减一分有据；严格按照标准批卷，不搞学术争论，不给感情分、心软分，分值不同的情况下高分者必须给出多给分数的理由，真正做到有理有据，不要随便给分；评卷实行双评，误差较大的进入三评，差距较大的话出现恶评。
6月10日下午5:00——6:00，6月11日上午8:00——10:30试评，我们在图书馆二楼进行试评，在试评期间将拿不准的答案记录下来，再由两位大学老师和山师地理与环境学院郭笃发院长和赵明华教授进一步探讨和完善。
然后根据标准答案及补充说明试阅，试阅时全体人员都阅相同的试卷，熟悉答案及评分标准，分数不计入总分。
通过不断完善，尽最大可能的使评分细则更加严谨合理、增强可操作性，做到既遵循标准答案，又符合考生实际，还要有利于阅卷。
评分细则一经制定，将作为阅卷的依据，不得随意更改，确需再次修订的，必须报组长决定。
评分细则最终形成后，阅卷人员将按照细则进行阅卷，对于主观题来说，要做到“主观题客观阅”。
37（2）（6分）评分标准：（未遭受干扰时）阴坡较阳坡植物多样性高（强、高、多、丰富）（3分）。
依据：（按单峰变化规律，）阳坡苔原带植物多样性最高值应在中部（2300米左右），低于阴坡最高值（3分）。

整个阅卷工作虽然繁重而忙碌，但它使我有机会从另一个角度来看待英语书面表达的教学，对我今后的教学进行了有效的指引，也丰富了我人生的阅历。
通过阅卷，我有了一些新的感受：首先，整个阅卷工作非常规范、客观、公正。
我们6月10日到阅卷点报到，其时所有的阅卷老师已被随机分为七个组，每组40人左右，由来自不同县市学校的中学一线教师和一部分研究生组成。
把关的组长和专家组都是经验丰富的大学教授。
6月11上午召开阅卷培训大会，由总负责人给我们讲详细的评分细则。
同时要求大家对一些试卷进行评分，并与专家所给出的得分进行比对。
整个下午大家都在机房进行试评，由组长和专家抽查考核。
6月12日才开始进入正式评卷阶段。
评卷系统很客观公正。
每个阅卷人员都要凭各自的用户名和密码才能登入，登入后你的一举一动都处在组长及专家组成员的监视中，你离线多久，你阅卷的总量、平均速度、有效度、无效卷、吻合度、自评指数等等各项指标随时随地电脑里都有反映。
根据这套评分系统，每份答卷由至少两名人员评分，而且彼此看不到对方的分数，两名人员不固定组合，电脑随机派送。
如两人所给分数在一定的范围内(误差不超过4分)，那就是有效分数，那么两者的平均分就是该答卷的最后得分。
如两人所给分数超出了范围，由第三个人阅卷，取在范围内的两个分数的平均值为最后得分。
如三者间皆有较大误差，无法确定时就会提交专家组仲裁，最后给定分数。
这样得出的分数是比较公正的，最大程度地避免了草菅人命的现象。
我们在整个评卷的过程中各个分数都有所覆盖，甚至还有几篇佳作通过专家组的审核成为满分作文。
所以在平时的学习过程中，只要学生注重平时的积累背诵，并加以妥善运用，在考试中写出有亮点的文章是不会被忽略的，总会获得高分的。
然后，结合这次阅卷过程中暴露出的问题，我总结了一些考生须注意的事项：一、务必要认真审题，确保涵盖所有要点。

. .04高考英语阅卷分析与反思温二高吴志荣一．网上评卷简介04高考结束后，笔者有幸参加了浙江省英语科阅卷工作。
今年是我省高考首次自主命题、英语科首次实行网上评卷,因此，在此首先简略介绍一下网上阅卷的情况。
网上评卷是以计算机网络技术和扫描技术为依托，以控制主观评卷误差和客观性较强为特点的计算机软件操作系统。
此软件操作系统由广州一家软件公司研发。
其具体操作流程如下：由计算机随机分发任务，第一位老师给分并提交后（一评），软件系统随机将答卷交由第二位老师批改，当前后两个分数的差距在一定范围内时，系统自动取其平均值为最终成绩（称为二评）；若两者分歧较大，计算机将自动把答卷提交给第三位老师评阅（三评），计算机将自动取两个相近分数的平均值；若三评后，三个分数之间的差距仍较大，计算机将自动提交给组长裁决（称为四评）。
由于网上阅卷系统采用了科学、严格的操作、管理流程，避免了手工改卷的弊端，减少了人为误差，因此显得比较公正、客观，大大提高了效率。
由于我们只承担改错和书面表达两个题的阅卷，下面简要介绍一下我们在阅卷过程中碰到的一些典型问题，以引起各位老师的思考并在平时教学中引以为鉴。
二．改错评析下面是对221345份试卷的抽样分析：1．平均得分：3.5分（ 03年为5.3分）2．得分在5分以下的考生占77.63%3．得分在5分以上的考生仅占22.37%下面是对108位考生改错试卷的抽样分析：题号改错考生数量错误率难度系数76 49 45% 0.55 名词复数77 52 48% 0.52 表语形容词、词的搭配78 43 40% 0.6 人称一致、逻辑一致79 106 98% 0.02 不定冠词80 44 41% 0.56 主谓一致81 66 61% 0.39 代词82 78 78% 0.28 词的搭配83 102 94% 0.06 连词的使用84 59 55% 0.41 词的搭配85 70 70% 0.30 主谓一致通过以上数据可以看出，考生在词语搭配、连接词、语篇逻辑关系方面能力较弱。
2017年全国三卷高考作文阅卷心得总结交流
高考阅卷情况回顾今年的高考阅卷于6月10日报名，6月11日上午8:00进行培训，6月11—12日上午十点试评，6月12日上午10：30—17日正式阅卷，前后历时8天。
下面，我将这些天的阅卷工作情况做一小结，不当之处，望大家包涵指正。
【作文题目】今年是我国恢复高考40周年。
40年来，高考为国选材，推动了教育改革的社会进步，取得了举世瞩目的成就。

【题目解析】今年高考全国卷三的作文题是一道给出材料的半命题作文。
题目的材料首先从高考恢复40周年这点出发，讲高考的意义和40年来所取得成就，讲高考对全国几代青年和无数家庭的影响，然后用一句“想当年，1977的高考标志着一个时代的拐点;看今天，你正与全国千万考生一起，奋战在2017的高考考场上”作结，激起考生的写作冲动，并且给出对作文命题的限制条件。
应该说，这道题符合新课标对高中生写作能力的要求，紧贴考生生活和思想实际，难度适中，并且可以从作文中发现“立德树人”的高考作文指导思想在考生思想实际中的体现程度，也能考查考生思考的严谨与思维的深度，因而是一道不错的作文题。
此题为二选一作文题，看似相似的两个副标题，事实上大相径庭。
“我看高考”立足自我，放眼40年高考历程，重在考查考生的思维和逻辑；“我的高考”则着眼过往，反观自我，侧重让考生真实表达，倾诉真我，从而展现卓尔不凡的叙述功底和真实的情感。
40年高考，本为热点话题，因此今年各大媒体此类话题层出不穷，学生但凡注重新闻，此次考场作文的确不难。
然要真正写好此次作文，却以并非易事。
以“我看高考”为例，考场中许多学生选择了此题。

高考阅卷体会——英语
累并收获着----年高考英语阅卷体会一、高考英语阅卷总体情况：年山东省高考英语继续实行网上阅卷，并且对全部II卷题目实行双评。
阅卷时间：6月13日--6月21日阅卷地点：山东师范大学工作时间：上午：8:00----11:50 下午：2:00----5:50写作评卷人员构成：1、中学一线教师（省规范化学校）占40%2、大学教师占5%（每个小组的小组长）3、研究生（两次阅卷经历以上）占60%阅读表达评卷人员主要以研究生为主。
总体上今年增加了中学教师的比例，达到约25%，主要是针对写作部分的评卷。
英语阅卷组由375人组成。
分为五个阅读表达组和十一个写作组，每组二十人。
每个阅卷人员都有一个用户名和密码，凭用户名和密码才能登入，登入后每个阅卷人员的一举一动都处在组长及专家组成员的监视中，你离线几分几秒，你阅卷的总量，无效卷的数量，恶评的数量，平均速度，有效度，吻合度，自评率等各项指标随时随地电脑里都有反映。
根据评分系统，每份答卷都实行双评制，即至少由两名人员对答卷评分，而且彼此看不到对方的分数，两名人员不是固定组合，电脑随机派送。
如两人所给分数在7分的范围内，那就是有效分数，两个分数加起来取平均分，就是该答卷的最后得分。
如两人所给分数超出7分的范围，则由第三个人评阅，取范围内的平均值，就是该答卷的最后得分。
如三评不行，则四评，作文交由专家组仲裁，最后给定分数。
这样，相对于大部分考生而言，评分更加公平公正。
但是，因为阅卷老师受7分值以及其他各项指标对阅卷人员限制的影响，许多阅卷老师怕出现无效卷，出现了打保险分的现象，使好文章的分数高不上去，致使影响高水平学生的最终成绩。
例如，一篇真正好的文章，一个负责任的老师可能给出29分；而一个不负责任的老师只给23或24分，因为后者算定了双评的对方一定不会给满分，最多打29分，自己给出的23或24分一定在7分值范围内，一定是有效分数，因此，这个高水平的学生的最后得分是26分。

学生在听力、口语、阅读和写作方面表现出不同的能力和问题。
我将在以下几个方面进行总结。

因此，教师应该帮助学生建立起词汇量，并通过学习阅读策略来提高阅读能力。
另外，教师还可以引导学生通过阅读不同主题和文体的文章来扩大他们的阅读广度。
最后，在写作方面，学生往往面临词汇和句子结构的限制，导致表达不准确、句子不通顺以及缺乏篇章结构等问题。
因此，我们需要引导学生学习更多的词汇和句子结构，提供范文、写作指导，让学生了解不同类型的写作结构及其特点。
并且，通过给学生提供写作练习，并及时给予反馈和建议，帮助他们不断改进写作技巧。
综上所述，学生在听力、口语、阅读和写作方面存在各种不同的问题和挑战。
