一、教学目标

(3) 能够用正确的语音、语调朗读故事。

(1) 能够用学过的句子改编表演新故事。
(2) 能够进行正确的自评与互评。
3. 情感态度与文化意识目标
能够讨论出故事的寓意，学会保护自己。
二、学情分析
三年级学生已学完本册教材的六个单元，能进行一些简单的对话交流。
学习英语兴趣浓厚，活泼好动，思维活跃，乐于模仿和参与活动，富有想象力和创造力。
因此，这节课以学生猜故事主人公、学生合作完善故事书、学生读故事、给故事配音、演故事、讨论故事的寓意和编故事为主要教学环节，目的是通过故事教学活动，既培养学生初步的故事阅读能力，也帮助学生综合复习
4~6单元的核心句型。

活动1【导入】Step 1: Warm up
Non-stop talking
老师通过头脑风暴的形式，让学生在规定的时间内，迅速思考说出与给出主题相关的单词。

活动2【讲授】Step 2: Lead-in and presentation
1. Predict. What animals are in my story?
设计意图：通过猜动物，让学生进一步复习有关动物的单词，同时激起学生对故事的兴趣。
2. Listen and find out
通过听鸟叫的声音和鸟妈妈说的Hey cat, go away，学生可以猜测出故事中有鸟和猫。
设计意图：通过听故事，让学生初步感知故事，并让学生带着思维去学习。
3. Listen and choose
设计意图：让学生从细节上感知故事。
4. Look and say
老师发给学生的故事书上，有些句子没有贴，同时故事的后三页也没有订上，同学们两人一组，合作完善自己手中的故事书。
设计意图：通过挖空、排序的活动，一方面加深学生对故事细节的理解，另一方面也对学生是否理解故事本身做一个检测，同时力图培养学生初步建构文本的能力。
引导学生观察、感知故事的重点内容，巩固核心句型。

看故事动画，模仿跟读，并检查自己完善的故事书是否正确。
活动3【练习】Step 3: Practice

第一遍阅读：正常的文本；
第二遍阅读：被遮住部分句子的文本；
第三遍阅读：全部句子都被遮住的文本。

设计意图：通过让学生听模仿朗读、分等级朗读到分角色配音朗读，促进学生对故事文本有更深层次的理解，训练学生的语音语调和朗读技巧，为读后的表演与建构新故事任务奠定基础。

在歌曲播放的同时，一边鼓掌一边做动作，是我认为学生开始共同进入课堂很好的方式。
在接下来的部分从动物这个大群体过渡到单独的一只鸟，复习身体部位引入句式: look at _________. I like it.然后从观察鸟的外表到关注小鸟，从“Let’s feed it. ”开始复习第五单元重点句型Have some_____.并引入新句：OK, wait a minute. 紧接着就是对该句型的操练。
在对文本的处理时，先提出问题，再听，意在培养孩子提取信息的能力，这也是对他们阅读理解的一种引导。
戴上头套进行表演是他们最喜欢的环节了，也将整个课堂推向高潮。
最后，是情感的渗透，引导孩子们思考，妈妈的付出，妈妈的伟大，进而呼吁：Love our mothers as much as they love us.本课教学是借班上课，少了相互之间的熟悉，一开始并没有带动起整体的氛围。
坦白说，从这节课中，我意识到，作为一个两年内的新教师，自身的不足太多，经验太少。
以前我总是选择性地去思考，一节好课的设计，一节好课的亮点，而忽略了细节。
以后，我会去观察，其他老师是如何将自己的想法落实到课中，观察他们对细节的处理，对学生的反馈还有那些细微之处。
想听听他们的每一句话，每一个问题，想看看每一个手势、每一个眼神。
在以后的教学中我希望我的教学是带着我个人思想的，是经过认真思考的，不仅仅是在课件，板书这两个载体，更重要的是语言，这类带有温度、情感的表达方式。
