Unit 2 The horse is turning around.
本课承接上一节的内容，继续介绍表示位移移动的一系列动词或者动词短语。
在本课中，学生不仅将接触到上一节课所学到的和go相关的一系列动词，还会学会转弯、跳和跑
【知识目标】
1.掌握本课的重点单词：turn around again jump back come back。
2.掌握本课的重点句子：The horse is turning around.。
【能力目标】
能运用-ing形式来描述某物的活动路线。
【情感目标】
1.引导学生在生活中要根据自己的兴趣多观察，培养学生热爱生活的情感。
2.培养学生的合作意识。

能用进行时准确的描述正在发生的动作。
1. 课前准备：调试光盘与课件、给学生分组、为学生布置预习作业等；
2. 教具学具：光盘、大卡片等。
Step1. Warm-up
1.学习turn around、jump、back和复习run
老师分别教授turn around、come back和jump的意思，可以借助图片或者视频等手段。
游戏：你说我做
请几名同学到台上来，按照老师的指令做动作。
其实，老师说turn around，大家转身；说jump，大家跳；说run，则大家开始做出跑步的姿势。
没有按照指令的同学被淘汰。
2.学习ground
老师出示地面的图片，引入ground。
老师可以蹲下，指着地板，对学生强调。
T: This is the ground of classroom.
Step2. Let’s learn
1.看图说话
老师展示活动2的挂图，询问并请学生仔细描述每副场景，让学生说出每副场景里马正在做什么。
T: What’s the hose doing?
S: It’s turning around.
2.听录音
播放课文录音两遍。
第一遍，请学生仔细听录音，请学生注意语音语调。
第二遍，老师一边播放，另一边在关键处停止，请学生尝试复述。
3.跟读
播放课文录音，先让所有学生一起跟读，然后请几名同学范读，老师及时纠正他们所犯的错误。
Step3. Listen and say
1.老师拿出一副活动3的挂图，移动不同的交通工具，让不同学生回答每一个交通工作都在怎么移动。
T: What’s the car doing?
S:It’s going down the hill.
2.播放活动3录音第一遍，让学生听出每一句话都描述的是什么交通工作。
3.播放录音第二遍，让学生根据听力的描述，记录听到的内容。
4.播放录音第三遍，请几位学生根据自己所听到的内容，在活动3图上画出相应的场景。
最后，老师带领大家聆听，看大家听的是否准确。
5.请学生跟着录音进行大声朗读。
Step4. Practice
1.老师拿出预先准备好的活动6的挂图。
学生两两一组，每一组学生进行对话操练，老师下台巡视，解答学生提出的问题，纠正学生不正确的发音，并督促他们进行对话操练活动。
2.请几位学生起立，老师指挂图中的某一部分，然后学生对其进行恰当的描述。
S: Lily is going up a hill. Now she is at a park.
老师要引导学生既要说出动作，也要指明动作发生的位置。
Step5. Let’s chant
1.听活动1歌曲，感受歌曲的韵律。
2.再听一遍，画出不会的单词。
老师解释，touch是触摸的意思，而sky是天空的意思。
有余力的班级，可以就此进行游戏，来巩固这两个词。
3.跟唱歌曲。
4.分组进行歌唱展示，看哪一组唱得比较好。
Step6. Homework
1.Listen and repeat the text 3 times.
2. Draw pictures about the learned verbs.

四、教学过程Step 1.Warming-up1.教师分别把两只不同颜色的铅笔、铅笔盒、书本放在教室前面的讲桌上。
2.让两位同学到教室前面来，告诉学生，让学生根据老师的指令，相应的移动讲桌上的两支铅笔。
