常用型材有旭格铝型材、法罗内铝型材、西飞铝型材、源泰铝型材、东亚铝型材等；包括隔热铝型材和非隔热铝型材。

铝合金门窗的性能、特点、应用范围物理性能：铝合金门窗的气密性、水密性、抗风压、保温及隔声效果都非常好。
特别是铝合金门窗强度高，以平开窗为例，其物理性能经国家建筑工程质量监督检测中心建筑门窗监督检测所检测。
铝合金门窗所能达到的各项物理性能指标可保证其应用于高层建筑，阵风较大的地区，广泛适用于工业与民用建筑等。

（5）搬运、装卸门窗应轻拿轻放。

医技楼及连廊内外装使用说明书一、铝合金窗1、建筑类型：医技楼室内房间及走廊部分窗户为断桥隔热铝窗，可开启。
2、使用说明：2.1铝合金门窗在使用过程中距离热源应不小于1米；2.2门窗框扇型材及玻璃严禁与酸性化学物质接触，如：酸、硝酸、醋酸等酸性物质；2.3门窗框扇型材及玻璃应避免与硬物接触或碰撞。
以免损坏窗装饰表面；2.4平时清洗门窗时可用水溶性或中性洗涤剂清洗；2.5铝合金门窗在脚踏部位更应注意玻璃的划伤及其与其他硬物的接触。
以免玻璃破碎，造成不必要的损伤。
2.6风雨天气请及时关闭窗户，以免雨水、尘土等侵入室内及其他情况发生；3.开关方法：3.1开启方法：将把手旋转至与窗垂直位置向外推动窗户。

二、室内墙砖1、建筑类型：医技楼内卫生间、公共卫生间、生活间、污物间、更衣间、库房、工具间、清洗间、治疗室、检查室内墙砖为内墙釉面砖。
连廊、医技楼部分走廊及大厅等公共区域墙面采用湿挂瓷质墙砖。
2、使用说明：2.1釉面砖吸水率要求小于6%。
表面的釉层的作用一是增加瓷砖的美观，二是增加瓷砖的防污性能，表面的釉层的结合非常紧密，从釉面水是渗透不到砖体中的，防污性能优惠，是它的最突出的优点，其缺点是釉面的耐磨性能较玻化砖要差，在使用的过程中，需要注意的尽量别被重物砸伤、磕坏釉面。
2.2 瓷砖及纤瓷板日常清洗可选用洗精、肥皂等清洗；2.3 用肥皂加少许氨水与松油混合液，清洗瓷砖可使瓷砖更有光泽；2.4 生活中，如有茶水或其他日常生活用品附着在瓷砖及纤瓷板上面，即时擦洗干净，必要时应用相关清洁用品清洗；2.5 砖面及纤瓷板如出现划痕，可在划痕处涂抹牙膏，用干布擦拭可修复；2.6 砖与砖缝处可不定期用去污膏去污垢，再在缝隙刷一层防水剂，可防霉菌生长。
三、地面石材、地面砖1、建筑类型：连廊及医技楼楼梯、坡道镶贴地面大理石，连廊及医技楼走廊、办公室地面等镶贴瓷质地面砖。
2、使用说明：2.1不可以使用含有强酸、强碱的保洁材料、清洗剂进行清洗。

门窗使用说明书【铝合金平开窗使用说明】铝合金平开窗，顶端根据窗的大小采用2-3个铝合金合页，窗上下端采用两个不锈钢限位撑杆（开启后自动定位），开启和关闭必须按照图示要求进行正确操作使用。
如遇开启不灵活，首先检查不锈钢伸缩臂的支撑点有无问题，开启扇是否有下沉问题，不得强行开启或关闭。
如有需要请及时通知物业公司进行修理，不允许自行拆卸修理。

（5）铝合金门窗固定玻璃的橡胶嵌条由于老化收缩容易变短、变细后松脱，应及时镶嵌或更换，否则玻璃易松动，产生缝隙，容易渗漏风雨。
（6）铝合金门窗玻璃应选择蓝色玻璃。
（7）在重新粉刷房间时，要把铝合金门窗用布包上。
（8）风雨天气，请及时关闭门窗，以免雨水，尘土等侵入室内及其他情况发生。
（9）平时清洗门窗时可用水溶性或中性洗涤剂清洗。
（10）门窗应远离热源，因为过高的温度会使门窗变形及损坏。
（11）外墙装修粉刷勿堵塞门窗下水孔，以免渗水。
（12）轨、滑轮忌粘水泥、杂物，以免受破坏，造成推拉不畅顺。

《铝合金门窗操作规程》
一、开启门窗前，需先检查门窗是否有损坏或松动，如有问题应及时报修。
二、操作门窗时，需轻力推拉，不可用力过猛，以免损坏门窗。
三、使用门窗时，需先将门窗完全打开或关闭，不可半开半关或斜着使用。
四、清洁门窗时，应使用软布擦拭，不能使用带有腐蚀性的清洁剂。
五、使用门窗时，不得将门窗用于其他用途，不得站在门窗上。
六、风大或天气恶劣时，不可打开门窗过大角度，以免引起门窗变形或损坏。
七、长时间不使用的门窗应及时进行清洁和保养，以确保门窗的正常使用。
八、门窗使用时如有异常情况，应及时报修，不可私自擅自处理。
九、禁止随意更换门窗配件或进行不当维修，必须由专业人员进行操作。
十、禁止将门窗拍打、碰撞或使用尖锐物体划伤门窗表面。

该工程铝合金门窗的特点及在使用过程中的注意事项：
一、特点：
1、型材表明处理：静电粉末喷涂氟碳喷涂，质地均匀，装饰效果
极佳；
2、其主五金选用优质五金件，其配合该隔热型材使用使其具有良
好的密封性能（防雨水渗透性能，空气渗透性能）及抗风压性
能；
3、中空玻璃部分：经中空玻璃生产线合片成中空玻璃；在国家规
范规定的范围内采用的是双片钢化安全中空玻璃；
二、注意事项：
1、铝合金门窗在使用过程中距离热源应不小于1米；
2、门窗框扇型材及玻璃严禁与下列化学物质接触，如：发烟硫酸、硝酸、醋酸等酸性物质；
3、门窗框扇型材及玻璃应避免与硬物接触，以免损伤门窗装饰表面；
4、平时清洗门窗时可用水溶性或中性洗涤剂清洗；
5、铝合金门窗在下亮子采用安全玻璃处更应注意玻璃的划伤及与其它硬物接触，以免玻璃破碎，造成不必要的损失；
6、平开门部分的门槛应避免被较重的物体砸、压，以免引起其变形，导致门扇的启闭不灵活；
7、风雨天气，请及时关闭门窗，以免雨水、尘土等侵入室内及其它
情况发生；
8、在窗扇开启后采用风撑上的定位螺帽固定，以免随便摆动，因玻璃破碎，造成不必要的损失；（见附图）
9、关闭窗扇前先松开定位螺帽再关闭窗扇，以免合页螺丝松动、定位螺帽损坏、开启窗扇时不方便。

铝合金门窗使用说明书
一、门窗简介：
我公司生产的55系列铝合金门窗是采用目前先进的工艺生产的断桥隔热门窗。
门窗型材隔热材料的隔热性能及机械强度均满足现行的国家相关规范要求。
具体为：
1、铝合金型材：采用北京和平铝业有限公司生产的优质铝合金型材，型材表面具备较强的抗老化性能，颜色为咖啡色，美观环保耐用。
2、门窗玻璃：采用汽车级优质浮法玻璃制成的中空玻璃（6+12A+6），中隔条采用符合国家有关门窗规范、标准的中空热压胶条，隔热保温性能优越。
3、门窗的密封：采用符合国家有关标准的硅硐密封胶及三元乙丙密封胶条。
4、五金件：采用德国诺托高档门窗五金，均符合国家标准。
5、纱窗及纱门：窗户的纱窗采用卷帘式隐形纱窗，内开窗为外装式，外开窗为内装式；纱门采用折叠式隐形纱门，均为内装式。
该纱窗、纱门能有效地防止蚊虫进入室内，纱窗的纱网采用玻璃纤维纱，纱门的纱网采用的胶织纱，均具有良好的耐冲击性和使用寿命长等优点。
二、门窗使用说明
1、内开内倒窗的使用说明：
1）、内开：在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手90°（至水平位置）可平开窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至向下的位置。
2）、内倒：在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手180°（至向上垂直位置）可内倒窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至向下垂直的位置。
开关窗扇和旋动执手时不宜用力过猛，同时需使窗扇与窗框紧密接触，以免损坏五金件。
内开内倒窗限位可限制窗的最大开启角度，避免磕碰（此配件为选购配件，本项目配备），其开启状态如下图示意：
2、外上悬窗的使用说明：
1）、外悬：在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手90°（至垂直
位置）可打开窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至向下的位置。
外悬窗开启只需把执手转动到开启位置，慢慢向外推即可。
关闭需要先向外推一下再往回拉，才能完成窗扇的关闭。

3、铝合金外开门的使用说明：
1）、外开：在门扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手90°（至垂直位置）可打开窗扇，关闭门扇时旋转执手至向下的位置。
每扇配3个合页保证承重，其开启状态如下图示意：
4、纱窗及纱门的使用说明：
1）、室内纱窗: 手按下纱窗把手往里拉即可开启；关闭时手拉拉绳到底部，另一手抓把手按下轻轻外推即可挂住纱窗。
2）、室外纱窗: 手按下纱窗拉梁往外推即可开启；关闭时手拉拉绳到底部，另一手扣住拉梁按下轻轻向里拉即可挂住纱窗。
3）、单开纱门：手拉拉梁向左右可开启关闭。
4）、双开纱门：左右拉梁向中间即可开启关闭。
注；纱门关闭后一定要让拉梁回到原位，保护纱网使用寿命。
三、门窗的日常维护保养
1、门窗应轻关轻开，不准大力开关门窗扇，以免损坏五金和玻璃；
2、避免用硬物冲击门窗表面；
3、在四级或四级以上大风天气不要开启门窗，防止门窗扇被大风甩坏；
4、在沙尘天气下不要开启门窗扇，防止过多的尘土和砂粒进入五金件的传动槽内影响五金件的正常使用；
5、经常清理开启部位框的排水槽，保证排水孔通畅，以免在大雨时排水孔堵塞造成室内进雨水；
6、门窗的清洁可用1：100的洗涤灵水溶液擦拭，去污后用洁净水擦拭后再用干布擦干门窗表面的水迹即可；
7、经常用皮老虎、毛刷、棉布清理五金件内的沙尘和杂物，并在五金件传动部位滴少量15#机油润滑；
8、遇到门窗使用功能失效，请与专业厂家联系，以便及时准确的恢复门窗的正常使用功能；
四、室内装修时需要注意的问题
1、在装修过程中不应破坏门窗框与墙体之间的固定连接钉，门窗框不应晃动；
2、装修过程不应破坏室外面的防水密封胶，以免造成门窗漏水；
3、装修过程中应做好成品保护措施，不应污染门窗框、玻璃和五金件；
4、在门窗口部位包木门窗套和做窗帘盒时应保证门窗套的外装饰面不影响门窗合页和窗扇的正常开启；
