大学生创新创业训练计划项目简介为贯彻落实《教育部财政部关于“十二五”期间实施“高等学校本科教学质量与教学工程”的意见》(教高〔20XX〕6号)和《教育部关于批准实施“十二五”期间“高等学校本科教学质量与教学工程”20XX年建设项目的通知》(教高函〔20XX〕2号)文件精神,学校将开展20XX年度北京师范大学珠海分校“大学生创新创业训练计划”项目的申报立项。

具体要求如下:一、计划目标通过实施广东省大学生创新创业训练计划(以下简称训练计划)项目建设,促进高等学校转变教育思想观念,人才培养模式,强化创新创业能力训练,增强高校学生的创新能力和在创新基础上的创业能力,培养适应创新型国家建设需要的高水平创新人才。

二、计划内容1、创新训练项目。

创新训练项目是本科生个人或团队,在导师指导下,自主完成创新性研究项目设计、研究条件准备和项目实施、研究报告撰写、成果(学术)交流等工作。

2、创业训练项目。

创业训练项目是本科生团队,在导师指导下,团队中每个学生在项目实施过程中扮演一个或多个具体的角色,通过编制商业计划书、开展可行性研究、模拟企业运行、参加企业实践、撰写创业报告等工作。

3、创业实践项目。

创业实践项目是学生团队,在学校导师和企业导师共同指导下,采用前期创新训练项目(或创新性实验)的成果,提出一项具有市场前景的创新性产品或者服务,以此为基础开展创业实践活动。

三、申请人要求1、北京师范大学珠海分校“大学生创新创业训练计划”面向全校全日制在校本科生。

凡按培养方案规定完成学习任务,对科学研究与发明或创业有浓厚兴趣、敢于探索与实践、具有创新意识与创新精神的学生均可参与。

2、申请人能够在指导教师的指导下自主完成方案设计、实验实施、数据处理、企业规划与实施措施、撰写报告等工作。

3.申请人可以是个人,也可以是团队(不超过5人),鼓励跨院系、跨学科、跨年级的团队申报。

4.每个申请人只能申请一个项目。

四、申报项目要求1、项目选题要求思路新颖、目标明确、具有创新性和探索性。

第一条大学生创新创业训练计划项目是培养学生科学素养、创新精神、创业意识和实践能力的重要载体,是学生知识、素质和能力教育,创新创业人才培养的重要途径。

为更好地实施大学生创新创业训练计划项目,加强我校学生项目组织与管理, 保证项目质量,鼓励广大师生投入到创新创业实践教学,特制定本办法。

第二条验收标准
一、省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目,达到以下任意条件之一符合验收标准。

1. 在三类及以上期刊公开发表相关学术论文1篇(项目负责人为第一作者或并列第一作者);
2. 获得B类竞赛省级三等奖及以上奖项;
3. 获得B类竞赛获得校级奖至少2项;
4. 申请发明专利、实用新型专利、外观设计专利并获得授权;
5. 获得著作权至少1项;
6. 其他(文科类可以适当降低验收标准)。

二、校级大学生创新创业训练计划项目
验收标准可以参照省级标准执行(应低于省级标准)。

三、创业项目验收标准,满足下面五个条件符合验收标准。

1. 创业实践项目发展历程(时间为序的大事记,至少是项目每个月的基本进展情况记录)
2. 创业实践进展情况的分析报告通过项目评审专家审核,同意结题(总结取得进展情况,提出继续开展的合理计划;创业实践活动碰到困难难于继续的实施的,应进行案例分析,剖析原因。


3. 创业项目注册实体公司、同时提供3个月财务运行资料;
4. 创业项目获得省级以上创业竞赛奖项;
5. 入驻创业孵化基地3个月以上。

我和同学想要参与今年的“节能减排”大赛,现在是学校能动学院组织了校内赛,也算是全国比赛的预选,我们多是电气的。

想问一下胡老师您的建议,以帮助我们确定参赛主题。

其次如果没有找到合适项目,由于我和部分队员参加过数学建模竞赛,我还和学长一起参加了MCM,所以想了个备用方案是打算往电气方面或说是电力系统方面写一篇文章,具体想法是希望能够进行实际的调查,比如对传统的火电厂和新能源发电厂(如光伏、风能等),收集一些数据,发现现有情况中能源损耗比较大效率较低或者成本过高的问题,研究相关文章给出自己的建议(例如研究发电结构以及各类机组组合的优化分配,利用优化算法,合理制定火电与新能源各自的发电计划,工厂控制方式及其能耗、成本等等),以达到节能减排的目的。
