在船舶到港前，租家应保证货物和资料已经备妥，并在船方出具装船通知后四个晴天工
作日内（包括周日，节假日）开始装载货物，若船舶没有在原预先约定时间内开始装货，租家应每3天预付30,000美元/天的滞期费，否则船东有权以电传或者传真形式进行通知后撤船并没收保证金。
如果LAYTIme时间用完，船舶进入滞期，租家应每3天预付30,000美元/天的滞期费，如果没有做到，船东有权撤船并没收定金。
