一、班级学生情况分析
四年级有3个班, 从学习情况来看，其中一个班学生的英语基础知识差，没有养成认真仔细的学习习惯，特别有几个学生作业不能自觉、认真、按时完成；在课外良好的学习习惯，独立认识单词及阅读能力差，两级分化较严重。

本学期将继续以培养学生学习习惯，缩小两极分化为重点。

在掌握教材所学知识的基础上进一步转化后进生，所以在教学中要特别注意改进教学方法，提高课堂效率，争取使每个学生在原有的基础上都有所进步。

二、教材分析
1.教材结构分析
本学期使用教材是义务教育小学教科书英语（第四册）（精通）（三年级起点）,本册教材分为六个单元，两个复习单元。

3.教学重难点分析
进行简单的交流关于家庭物品、数字、科目、星期、爱好、动物等几个话题，能用英语书写句子。

三、教学目标
1.知识技能目标
能听懂、会说12组会话，并能进行简单的交流；能听、说、认读60个单词和词组并能听、说、读、写61个单词和24个句子。

2.操作应用目标
能用英语进行关于学校、时间、衣服、天气、购物、农场动物、数字、颜色等几个话题的讨论，并简单运用。

3.情感态度价值观目标
强调语言的运用，注重能力的培养，突出了兴趣的激发，重视双向交流，融合学科内容，重视灵活扩展，实现整体设计。

四、主要教学措施
1.认真备课，钻研教材，抓紧课堂教学，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。

2.运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学，巧用实物、头饰、卡片、chant 等来帮助进行单词教学。

3.在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。

4.多为学生营造一些学习氛围，如：创设英语角等等。

5.要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。

6.多看英语画报，多读英语故事，多看英语书籍。

7.多与学生交流，进行口语交际训练，融会话教学与情景表演之中。

从学生的状态来看，许多学生能够积极准备英语预习，认真完成教师布置的任务和作业，但对英语单词的发音不够准确，不能够很好掌握英语发音规则，部分同学因为基础较为薄弱，失去信心，没有了学习的兴趣，针对这种情况，我会在教学当中注意，增加趣味性，以此来提高学生对英语的学习兴趣，给学生进行适当减压，针对学生现状，在课堂上尽量以鼓励表扬为主，注重培养学习英语的兴趣，营造学英语的氛围，鼓励学生开口说英语、特别是给差生创造机会，让他们尝试成功的喜悦。
