【篇⼀】伟⼤的⽗亲英语作⽂ What is fatherly love? Some people say that father's love is like a mountain; Some people say that father's love is like a sea; Some people say that father's love is like a staircase to help you reach the peak of your life... But I think Father's love is a sprint of several hundred meters. I remember when I was in the fourth grade, my father came to pick me up and send me to school every day. Our father and son were like "brothers" and talked and laughed every time. It can be said that the "return" time every day was the happiest time of my day. But in the fourth grade midterm examination results announced that day at noon, outdoor high in autumn, one morning in the classroom I heard the school bell, can't wait to run out of the classroom toward my father and I "focus". From a distance, I saw my father frowning coldly. When he came near, he said coldly, "today, you run home for me. If you can't keep up with me, you won't have dinner when you go home at noon...". At that time, my heart was sour, and I was like a friend. How could my father be as cold as a stranger now? "What are you waiting for? Why don't you hurry? Do you want to lose face? " Dad said harshly again. My father had to follow me. My father was riding an electric car, but I could only follow him. Passers-by and parents who picked up the children seemed to be watching me. On the way, my father stopped and scolded me: "shame? Continue to run home quickly for me. If you don't arrive before I get home, there will be no lunch! ", I don't know how my legs can run over two trolley wheels. Even though Dad said so, when I came in, he had already warmed the meal for me and put it on the table. After dinner, my father asked me if I knew why I was treated like this today. I shook my head. My father pondered for a moment and said to me: "no matter it's windy, rainy, cold and hot, I will pick you up and go to school on time every day. Like other students in the class, you are a teacher. Why didn't you enter the top 40 of the grade this time? I'll let you know today that life is actually a race. If you fall behind, you will be beaten... " After listening to my father's words, I understood his intention. He put me in the boundless desert and let me experience the wind and rain. He loved me, but never spoiled me. Since then, I have set myself the learning goals of the top three and the top ten of the class.【篇⼆】伟⼤的⽗亲英语作⽂ Love is a ray of golden sunshine, illuminating our life; Love is a burning torch that warms our hearts. And the people who love us, almost every moment to accompany us, for us. I have to admit that our parents love us most. From small to large, we are the most concerned. Their love is like a big umbrella, sheltering us from the wind and rain. One thing impressed me. In my sixth grade, I finished class and was going home. Suddenly, "boom" thundered, and it rained cats and dogs in a moment, which was like a bolt from the blue. I thought with chagrin: it's not raining early or late, but it's raining at this time, and I didn't bring my umbrella. It's over. Watching my classmates leave one after another, my mood gradually sank to the bottom "Jun Hao!" Huh? Who is calling me? I looked out of the window, ah, it's dad! I was overjoyed and ran down immediately. My father said to me, "son, I'm sorry I'm late." I said, "Dad, it's OK. I'm so glad you could come." Because dad was in a hurry, he didn't bring an umbrella. So, Dad took off his coat, when the rain "Cape.". Our father and son are galloping in the wind and rain. In the heavy rain, our father and son received the baptism of rain under the "cloak". I accidentally stepped into a small puddle. The shoes are full of water. It's a bad taste. Gradually, it rained more and more heavily. Suddenly, I felt that the rain became smaller. Looking up, Dad turned his "Cape" to me, but he was "taking a cold bath". I understand that this is my father's silent love. After returning home, my father has become a "drowned chicken". But as he changed his clothes, he nagged as usual: "Hao Hao, are you ready to study? Did you listen carefully in class? Oh, no Dad said, a big sneeze, it is estimated that the rain, a cold. At that time, I loved my father very much, but I didn't say it. Ah, Dad, you use your tall body to block the storm for me. You protected me, but you suffered a lot People think that maternal love is gentle like a river; Father's love is severe. However, I saw the other side of father'slove - kind father's love. Mother's love can make me moved, while father's love can make me warm.【篇三】伟⼤的⽗亲英语作⽂ You know? In fact, father love is great. Although maternal love is the easiest to understand. But, father love uses a kind of "clumsy" and let people grope for the love, expressed their pay Maybe we don't know their "back" yet, but every father will make an idea and decision for his children that comes up for his work or emotional development. That year, I had a high fever and accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other diseases. My parents took me to the hospital without saying anything. Along the way, my father always asked me what was wrong. At that time, I seemed to be in the state of half asleep and half awake. My mother encouraged me to say, "I will be in the hospital immediately, and hold on for a while!" At that time, in the hospital, my eyes were white and vast, but I could see that man in this white "fog" was my father. The father who served me by the bedside. I can see that he cried, but he kept covering it for not letting me see it. But I saw it, and then my hand felt a tingle and fell asleep, wondering what happened. After a while, I woke up and found myself lying in my familiar bed, and a towel on my head. I shed tears, heart, also moved! Then I realized how great father love was. Father love, can not be described in any language accurately. Sometimes, it brings a clumsy and heavy feeling, sometimes brings a sense of mystery to people So let's have a good time of treasure! Father love, mysterious, clumsy, gentle, powerful, sacred, ordinary... But in this busy world, who really experience it? It seems to be air, not to do with their heart of stone. Growing up on the road will meet "Weiyu", but after a body of baptism will meet the sun, no matter how long the feeling or from the brain to fill the strength! How small it is in our eyes, it is still powerless. Even if you are brave, you can't make the future hopeful? No matter where the lock is sealed, but that sound will always flow in my heart。

真的,父亲的爱仿佛是隐形的,可是,当我在成长路上遇到困难,遇到风暴,父亲的爱就像一个稳固的彼岸,让我依靠。

Some people say that father loves like a mountain. Really, my father's love seems invisible, but when I encounter difficulties and storms on my way of growing up, my father's love is like a stable other shore, which I can rely on.

Father doesn't care about me as his mother does, but he cares about me secretly. Father never protects me when I do something wrong as his mother does. Every time, he scolds me severely and hopes I can learn a lesson. Sometimes, father is easy to get close to, but sometimes, I really don't want to say a word more with him. In his eyes, everything I do is wrong and not so good. For this reason, I often argue with him.有一次,我上网去找资料,这些简单的事一个小时就已经做完了,接着我见无聊,就去玩游戏。

马上就是父亲节了,下面小编给大家准备了父亲节英语作文带翻译,一起来看看吧!父亲节英语作文带翻译【1】In My Father’s SuitcaseTwo years before his death, my father gave me a small suitcase filled with his writings, manuscripts1 and notebooks. Assuming his usual joking, mocking2 air, he told me he wanted me to read them after he was gone, by which he meant after he died.A week after he came to my office and left me his suitcase, my father came to pay me another visit; as always, he brought me a bar of chocolate (he had forgotten I was 48 years old). As always, we chatted and laughed about life, politics and family gossip3. A momen t arrived when my father’s eyes went to the corner where he had left his suitcase and saw that I had moved it. We looked each other in the eye. There followed a pressing silence. I did not tell him that I had opened the suitcase and tried to read its contents, instead I looked away. But he understood. Just as I understood that he had understood. Just as he understood that I had understood that he had understood. But all this understanding only went so far as it can go in a few seconds. Because my father was a happy, easygoing4 man who had faith in himself: he smiled at me the way he always did. And as he left the house, he repeated all the lovely and encouraging things that he always said to me, like a father. As always, I watched him leave, envying5 his happiness, his carefree and unflappable6 temperament. But I remember that onthat day there was also a flash of joy inside me that made me ashamed. It was prompted by the thought that maybe I wasn’t as comfortable in life as he was, maybe I had not led as happy or footloose7 a life as he had, but that I had devoted it to writing —you’ve understood... I was ashamed to be thinking such things at my father’s expense. Of all people, my father, who had never been the source of my pain —who had left me free. All this should remind us that writing and literature are intimately linked to a lack at the centre of our lives, and to our feelings of happiness and guilt. But my story has a symmetry8 that immediately reminded me of something else that day, and that brought me an even deeper sense of guilt. Twenty-three years before my father left me his suitcase, and four years after I had decided, aged 22, to become a novelist, and, abandoning all else, shut myself up in a room, I finished my first novel, Cevdet Bey and Sons;with trembling hands I had given my father a typescript of the still unpublished novel, so that he could read it and tell me what he thought. This was not simply because I had confidence in his taste and his intellect: his opinion was very important to me, because he, unlike my mother, had not opposed my wish to become a writer. At that point, my father was not with us, but far away. I waited impatiently for his return. When he arrived two weeks later, I ran to open the door. My father said nothing, but he at once threw his arms around me in a way that told me he had liked it very much. For a while, we were plunged9 into the sort of awkward silence that so often accompanies moments of great emotion. Then, when we had calmed down and begun to talk, my father resorted to highly charged and exaggerated language to express his confidence in me or my first novel: hetold me that one day I would win the prize that I am here to receive with such great happiness. He said this not because he was trying to convince me of his good opinion, or to set this prize as a goal; he said it like a Turkish father, giving support to his son, encouraging him by saying, ‘One day you’ll become a pasha10!’ For years, whenever he saw me, he would encourage me with the same words. My father died in December of 2002.Today, as I stand before the Swedish Academy and the distinguished11 members who have awarded me this great prize — this great honour — and their distinguished guests, I dearly wish he could be amongst us.在父亲去世的两年前,他给了我一个小小的手提箱,里面装满了他的作品、手稿和笔记本。

描写父爱的英语作文1fathers lovemothers love wi peoples praises for its selfle e . in fact, fathers love is as great as that. they bury their love in the deep bottom of their hearts and will never show it. my father is of this kind. i remembered once i felt ill. mother wa t at home at that moment. father acted as a father and as a mother as well. when he came home from work, he would cook di er for me first. the way he fed me made me think of my kind and tender mother. his eyes were full of love and expectation. i did feel a fathers love at that time.motherly love by its very nature is unconditional. mother loves the newborn infant because it is her child, not because the child has fulfilled any specific condition, or lived up to any specific expectation.unconditional love corresponds in one of the deepest longings, not only of the child, but of every human being; on the other hand, to be loved because of ones merit, because one deserves it, always leaves doubt: maybe i did not please the person whom i want to love me, maybe this or that--there is always a fear that love could disappear. furthermore, "deserved" love easily leaves a bitter feeling that one is not loved for oneself, that one is loved only because one pleases, that one is, in the last analysis, not loved at all but used. no wonder that we all cling to the longing for motherly love, as children and also as adults. therelationship to father is quite different. mother is the home we come from, she is nature, soil, the ocean; father does not represent any such natural home. he has little connection with the child in the first years of his life, and his importance for the child in this early period cannot be compared with that of mother. but while father does not represent thenatural world, he represents the other pole of human existence; the world of thought, of man-made things, of law and order, of discipline, of travel and adventure. father is the one who teaches the child, who shows him the road into the world. fatherly love is conditional love. its principle is "1 love you because you fulfill my expectations, because you do your duty, because you are like me." in conditional fatherly love we find, as with unconditional motherly love, a negative and a positive aspect. the negative aspect is the very fact that fatherly love has to be deserved, that it can be lost if one does not do what is expected. the positive side is equally important. since his love is conditional, i can do something to acquire it, i can work for it; his love is not outside of my control as motherly love is.描写父爱的英语作文2On the way to Harbin,I felt so sick in the train. When I woke up at midnight,I found my Dad sitting by me with tired eyes.At this very moment,I felt deeply that my Dad was becoming older.Looking at his eyes,I burst into tears. I really wondered how he felt when he returned home, just in the same train, taking 36hours for the long ter on,I called him and asked this question. He just said:"It doesnt matter. All of you have done a good job.As your father,I am so proud."The love between family members is precious only when we are parted, maybe. The love between my father and me isclearer, onlywhen it is conducted by a three-thousand-kilometre-long phone line, and only then the bad time when we had some argument between us. These past few years,I felt regret for not understanding my Dad for so long.If only I were a good boy!M y Dad didnt demand that I should be very good at studying, never. He just hoped that I could live creatively. In my life,he sets a good example for me and teaches me how to study, how to be a good man and how to live in the world! This is a very well-structured and reflective account of the relationship between a young man and his father. It has few mistakes in word order. But the simple style suits the subject. There is good use of detail in small incidents such as the father carrying the boy on his shoulders and the train journey. 描写父爱的英语作文3Flowers are a wonderful gift of nature. Everyone likes them. Flowers portray love, happiness, joy and all the other positive emotions. Since time immemorial flowers have been an integral part of every celebration and festival. But there has been a misconception. Flowers are mainly associated with feminine gender. It is forgotten that men to have a soft side to them. Gift your father a bouquet of flowers on Fathers Day and he surely will be overjoyed. Flowers, especially architectural and bold like tropical flowers, which are masculine, long lasting, tall and sturdy like the fathers usually are, can be given. White and Red Rose are known to be the official flowers of Fathers Day. People wear a white rose to honor a father who has deceased and a red rose for a father who is living.Men love bright, hot, bold and aggressive colors like yellows, oranges, purples and reds and the arrangements that they go forare mostly the linear ones that are in sync with their organized, calculating mind. They also love the natural and contemporary floral bouquets that are stylish and trendy. One may opt for roses, daisies or exotic flowers, if only one keeps the color theme in mind. Vivid red roses and yellow daisies are loved by most men and thus make ideal flowers to be gifted on Fathers Day. 描写父爱的英语作文4My father was a self-taught mandolin player. He was one of the best string instrument players in our town. He could not read music, but if he heard a tune a few times, he could play it. When he was younger, he was a member of a small country music band. They would play at local dances and on a few occasions would play for the local radio station. He often told us how he had auditioned and earned a position in a band that featured Patsy Cline as their lead singer. He told the family that after he was hired he never went back. Dad was a very religious man. He stated that there was a lot of drinking and cursing the day of his audition and he did not want to be around that type of environment.Occasionally, Dad would get out his mandolin and play for the family. We three children: Trisha, Monte and I, George Jr., would often sing along. Songs such as the Tennessee Waltz, Harbor Lights and around Christmas time, the well-known rendition of Silver Bells. "Silver Bells, Silver Bells, its Christmas time in the city" would ring throughout the house. One of Dads favorite hymns was "The Old Rugged Cross". We learned the words to the hymn when we were very young, and would sing it with Dad when he would play and sing. Another song that was often shared in our house was a song that accompanied the Walt Disney series: Davey Crockett. Dad only had to hear the songtwice before he learned it well enough to play it. "Davey, Davey Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier" was a favorite song for the family. He knew we enjoyed the song and the program and would often get out the mandolin after the program was over. I could never get over how he could play the songs so well after only hearing them a few times. I loved to sing, but I never learned how to play the mandolin. This is something I regret to this day.Dad loved to play the mandolin for his family he knew we enjoyed singing, and hearing him play. He was like that. If he could give pleasure to others, he would, especially his family. He was always there, sacrificing his time and efforts to see that his family had enough in their life. I had to mature into a man and have children of my own before I realized how much he had sacrificed.I joined the United States Air Force in January of 1962. Whenever I would come home on leave, I would ask Dad to play the mandolin. Nobody played the mandolin like my father. He could touch your soul with the tones that came out of that old mandolin. He seemed to shine when he was playing. You could see his pride in his ability to play so well for his family. When Dad was younger, he worked for his father on the farm. His father was a farmer and sharecropped a farm for the man who owned the property. In 1950, our family moved from the farm. Dad had gained employment at the local limestone quarry. When the quarry closed in August of 1957, he had to seek other employment. He worked for Owens Yacht Company in Dundalk, Maryland and for Todd Steel in Point of Rocks, Maryland. While working at Todd Steel, he was involved in an accident. His job was to roll angle iron onto a conveyor so that the welders farther up the production line would have it to complete their job. On thisparticular day Dad got the third index finger of his left hand mashed between two pieces of steel. The doctor who operated on the finger could not save it, and Dad ended up having the tip of the finger amputated. He didnt lose enough of the finger where it would stop him picking up anything, but it did impact his ability to play the mandolin. After the accident, Dad was reluctant to play the mandolin. He felt that he could not play as well as he had before the accident. When I came home on leave and asked him to play he would make excuses for why he couldnt play. Eventually, we would wear him down and he would say "Okay, but remember, I cant hold down on the strings the way I used to" or "Since the accident to this finger I cant play as good". For the family it didnt make any difference that Dad couldnt play as well. We were just glad that he would play. When he played the old mandolin it would carry us back to a cheerful, happier time in our lives. "Davey, Davey Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier", would again be heard in the little town of Bakerton, West Virginia. In August of 1993 my father was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer. He chose not to receive chemotherapy treatments so that he could live out the rest of his life in dignity. About a week before his death, we asked Dad if he would play the mandolin for us. He made excuses but said "okay". He knew it would probably be the last time he would play for us. He tuned up the old mandolin and played a few notes. When I looked around, there was not a dry eye in the family. We saw before us a quiet humble man with an inner strength that comes from knowing God, and living with him in ones life. Dad would never play the mandolin for us again. We felt at the time that he wouldnt have enough strength to play, and that makes thememory of that day even stronger. Dad was doing something he had done all his life, giving. As sick as he was, he was still pleasing others. Dad sure could play that Mandolin!描写父爱的英语作文5Once, when I was a teenager, my father and I were standing in line to buy tickets for the circus. Finally, there was only one family between us and the ticket counter. This family made a big impression on me. There were eight children, all probably under the age of 12. You could tell they didnt have a lot of money.Their clothes were not expensive, but they were clean. The children were well-behaved, all of them standing in line, two-by-two behind their parents, holding hands. They were excitedly jabbering about the clowns, elephants, and other acts they would see that night. One could sense they had never been to the circus before. It promised to be a highlight of their young lives. The father and mother were at the head of the pack, standing proud as could be.The mother was holding her husbands hand, looking up at him as if to say, "Youre my knight in shining armor."He was smiling and basking in pride, looking back at her as if to reply, "You got that right."The ticket lady asked the father how many tickets he wanted. He proudly responded, "Please let me buy eight childrens tickets and two adult tickets so I can take my family to the circus."The ticket lady quoted the price. The mans wife let go of his hand, her head dropped, and his lip began to quiver. The father leaned a little closer and asked, "How much did you say?"The ticket lady again quoted the price. The man didnt have enough money. How was he supposed to turn and tell his eight kids that he didn‘t have enough money to take them to the circus? Seeing what was going on, my dad put his hand in his pocket, pulled out a $20 bill and dropped it on the ground. (We were not wealthy in any sense of the word!)My father reached down, picked up the bill, tapped the man on the shoulder and said, "Excuse me, sir, this fell out of your pocket."The man knew what was going on. He wasnt begging for a handout but certainly appreciated the help in a desperate, heartbreaking, embarrassing situation.
