九年级下册英语作业第一次月考作文范文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My First Big Exam in 9th GradeWow, I can't believe I'm actually in 9th grade already! It feels like just yesterday I was a little kid in elementary school without a care in the world. Now the stakes are getting higher with each passing year of school. My parents keep reminding me how important it is to do well, especially with the big exam coming up at the end of this semester. I have to admit, I'm really nervous about it.The exam is going to cover everything we've learned in English class since the beginning of the school year. That's a ton of vocabulary words, grammar rules, reading comprehension skills, and writing techniques to try to keep straight in my head. Sometimes I find myself spacing out during class instead of paying attention like I should. Maybe if I actually listened instead of daydreaming about playing video games, I wouldn't be so worried right now!My teacher, Ms. Roberts, is super strict but I know she's just trying to prepare us as best as she can. She's always going on about how this exam will be one of the biggest challenges we face in 9th grade. I remember when she passed out a practice test a few weeks ago and I struggled so much trying to get through all the questions. By the time the class ended, I had broken out in a sweat from all the mental energy I had exerted. So many of the reading passages were really complex with difficult vocabulary that I'm just not used to seeing. Don't even get me started on the writing portion - coming up with awell-structured, grammatically correct essay under a time crunch is brutal!I really need to start taking this exam way more seriously than I have been. Mom and Dad have been on me to start a study group with some friends to help keep each other accountable and fill in the gaps where one person is struggling. I've been slacking a bit on that front, only getting together with my buddies every now and then to do some last-minute cramming. We mostly just end up getting distracted and goofing around instead of productive studying. I can definitely see the benefit of working together consistently though, especially for subjects like English where there's so much material to cover.Ms. Roberts has been great about providing us tons of resources and practice materials in the weeks leading up to the exam. She photocopied all these old exam papers for us to work through and identify our weaknesses. I have a massive binder full of them that I really should have been chipping away at bit by bit. Instead, I procrastinated like always and now it's becoming a overwhelming mountain of papers to tackle with only a couple weeks until go time. Why do I always do this to myself? You'd think I would learn after doing the same thing over and over again. In a way, I'm actually looking forward to a tiny bit to taking this exam, as weird as that sounds. It's going to be a nice sense of relief once it's over and the constant worrying can go away. And of course, if I can do well, maybe my parents will finally get off my back about needing to apply myself more in school. They'll be thrilled if I prove to them that I took it seriously by getting a good grade. No more accusations of me slacking off or not living up to my potential. It would be a big weight off my shoulders. These last couple of weeks before the exam are going to be pretty intense. I need to go into serious lockdown mode - minimize playing games or watching YouTube, no more senseless procrastination, and hit those practice tests hard everysingle day. Maybe I'll even look into getting a tutor to make sure there aren't any areas I'm neglecting or struggling with. Ms. Roberts is great about staying after class to meet with students who need extra help too. I should definitely take advantage of those opportunities rather than just rolling the dice.I know I have it in me to do well on this thing, I just need to want it badly enough and put in the necessary work to get there. It's going to take a lot of discipline and mental focus, but I can do it. I need to visualize that moment when I get my test back with a grade that I'm proud of. The satisfaction I'll feel will make all the late nights studying worth it. Just gotta keep that goal in mind and power through!Alright, it's time to stop stressing and psyching myself out. I've gotten this far by taking things one step at a time, so that's what I'll continue to do. First step - go through all the materials Ms. Roberts provided one more time and make a list of concepts or skills篇2Certainly! Here's an essay of around 2,000 words written from a ninth-grader's perspective for their monthly English exam:My First High School ExperienceHey there! I'm a ninth-grader, and let me tell you, high school is a whole new world! It's been a wild ride so far, but I'm slowly getting the hang of it. Buckle up, because I'm about to share my first high school experience with you!The first day of high school was a whirlwind of emotions. I was equal parts excited and terrified. I'd heard all sorts of stories about how tough high school can be, and I wasn't sure if I was ready. But as soon as I stepped through those doors, I knew there was no turning back. The school building itself was massive! It looked like a maze of classrooms and hallways. I kept getting lost and accidentally wandering into the wrong classrooms. It was so embarrassing! But the other students were really nice and helped me find my way.Speaking of the other students, high school has a lot more people than my old elementary school. It was a bit overwhelming at first, but it's also really cool to meet so many new faces. I've already made a few new friends, and they're all super awesome. The classes themselves are a lot more challenging than what I'm used to. The teachers expect a lot more from us, and theworkload is intense. I've had to stay up late studying more times than I can count. But you know what? It's actually kind of fun to learn new things and push myself. One of my favorite classes so far is English. Our teacher, Mrs. Wilson, is hilarious! She always makes the lessons entertaining with her funny stories and jokes. Plus, she's really supportive and helps us whenever we get stuck. I used to dread English class, but now it's one of the highlights of my day.And then there's the whole social hierarchy thing. It's like a whole new world of cliques and popularity contests. I try not to get too caught up in all that drama, but it's hard to avoid sometimes. I just focus on being myself and surrounding myself with good friends.Overall, though, my first high school experience has been pretty amazing. It's been a steep learning curve, but I'm slowly but surely finding my groove. I've already grown so much as a person, and I know there's so much more growth and adventure to come.Who knows what the next four years will bring? I'm sure there will be ups and downs, triumphs and struggles. But I'm ready to embrace it all and make the most of my high schoolyears. This is just the beginning of my journey, and I can't wait to see where it takes me.So, there you have it – my first high school experience in all its glory (and occasional chaos). It's been a wild ride so far, but I wouldn't have it any other way. High school, bring it on! I'm ready for whatever comes next.篇3My Summer Vacation AdventuresYay, summer vacation is finally here! No more waking up early, no more homework, no more tests...at least for a couple months. I've been looking forward to this summer break all year long. After being stuck in the classroom for what feels like forever, I'm so ready for some fun in the sun and no responsibilities! My parents have been asking me what I want to do over the vacation. To be honest, I don't really have too many big plans. I'm just happy to sleep in, hang out with my friends, play video games, and not have to worry about school for a little while. But my parents seem to think I need to have some kind of schedule or activities lined up. They're always saying things like "You can't just laze around all summer!" and "You need to exercise yourbrain!" Yeah, yeah, I know. They make it sound like we're going to some fancy summer camp or something. The first week was pretty laid back. I slept until noon a few days and didn't put on real pants for like 4 days straight. It was glorious! My friends and I would meet up at the park and play basketball or just goof around. A couple times we went to the movies to see whatever new superhero flick was out. My dad took me mini-golfing one day too, which was actually pretty fun even though I'm terrible at it.After that initial week of pure laziness though, my mom said it was time to "get productive." She signed me up for this reading club at the local library. At first I wasn't too excited about it, but it ended up being not too bad. We had to read a book every couple weeks and then meet up to discuss it. Some of the books were actually kind of interesting, and it gave me a chance to see friends while feeling accomplished. The best part of the summer so far was definitely our family vacation though! We went to the beach for a full week and stayed at this really cool beach house right by the ocean. I loved waking up and having the salty sea air blowing through the windows. Every morning I would run straight into the waves and body surf until my arms couldn't paddle anymore. The ocean wasso refreshing and relaxing. We went mini golfing again, had beachside barbecues and bonfires at night, and I even took a surf lesson! I was terrible at surfing but it was a total blast. On the car ride home, my little sister started crying because she didn't want to leave the beach. I felt that. This summer has been such an awesome break from the normal routine. Part of me doesn't want it to end either! But I guess all good things must come to an end eventually. At least I've got some fun memories and great stories about my summer adventures to tell my friends when I get back to school.I'm actually kind of looking forward to going back, believe it or not. Not for the classes and homework, obviously. But I do miss seeing my friends every day and being part of after-school activities and clubs. The reading club gave me a small taste of that social interaction which I need to survive. As fun as lounging around at home in my pajamas is, I'd go crazy if I had to do it for too long with nobody around besides my family.Plus, and don't tell my parents I said this, but I think a small part of me has even started to miss learning new things. My brain felt a little underused at some points over the summer, with the exception of the reading club. Sure, school can be a drag with all the busy work and tedious assignments. But I dogenuinely enjoy exploring new ideas, concepts, and areas of knowledge that genuinely interest me.There's a certain satisfaction you get from learning something new and adding to your overall understanding of the world, you know? Like when you finally grasp that super confusing math concept after struggling with it forever. Or when you read an amazing book or enlightening article that gives you all new insights and perspectives. Or even just mastering a new trick on your skateboard through pure practice and perseverance. That feeling of accomplishment is pretty addictive.篇4My Life as an Elementary School StudentHello there! My name is Sam and I'm an 11-year-old elementary school student. I thought I'd share with you all about my daily life and what it's like being a kid in 5th grade.First off, I have to wake up pretty early each morning around 6:30am. My mom is usually the one who comes into my room to wake me up. I'm definitely not a morning person, so it's always a struggle to get out of my cozy warm bed! Once I finally drag myself up, I get ready for school by taking a shower, brushing myteeth, getting dressed in my school uniform, and having a quick breakfast like cereal or toast. At 7:45am, my dad drives me to school which is just a few blocks away. The drive doesn't take too long, but there's sometimes traffic which makes us run late. I really don't like being late to school because the teachers make you get a tardy slip from the office. So embarrassing! My first class starts at 8:15am and that's usually math. I actually like math because I find the problems fun to solve, kind of like little puzzles. My math teacher, Mr. Garcia, is pretty nice too. After math, I have reading class with Mrs. Thompson. Reading is probably my least favorite subject just because I find some of the books we read to be kind of boring. At 10am, we get a short snack break where I can quickly eat a granola bar and stretch my legs by walking around outside for 15 minutes. Then it's back to class for science and social studies before lunch at 11:30am.Lunchtime is definitely one of the highlights of my day at school! I get so hungry by that point. The cafeteria food isn't amazing, but I'll usually get a small pizza, some veggies with ranch dressing, and a milk carton. I sit with my group of best friends - Jake, Emma, Sophia, and Ryan. We laugh a lot and talkabout things like video games, movies, sports, or whatever drama is currently happening with our classmates. After lunch, we have PE class a couple days a week which is basically just an hour of running around and playing games like kickball or dodgeball. I'm not super athletic but I still have fun.The rest of the afternoon is spent in more academic classes like writing, art, and computers. In writing class, we're often given journal prompts to respond to or have to write short stories. Art is probably my favorite special just because I enjoy being creative and making things. Computers class is useful too because we learn skills like typing and using basic programs. Finally, the long school day ends at 3pm. Phew! I'm always exhausted by that point. My dad comes to pick me up and then I just go home and relax. I'll have an after-school snack like apple slices with peanut butter and work on any homework I have for a little bit.My evenings are pretty chill. Once my homework is done, I can watch a bit of TV, play outside if the weather is nice, read, or hang out with family. We'll have dinner around 6:30pm, maybe something like tacos, spaghetti, or baked chicken with veggies. After dinner, I take a shower and then it's pretty much bedtimefor me around 8 or 8:30pm. I need to get lots of sleep to recharge for another busy day tomorrow! The weekends are definitely my favorite time. I get to sleep in late, with no school to worry about! Saturdays are usually when I have my sports practice or games for things like soccer, baseball, or basketball depending on the season. Sundays are more laid-back family days where we'll go to church, out to a park, or maybe run some errands. I also get some freedom to just hang out with my friends in the neighborhood.Overall, being an elementary school kid means my life is a good mix of work and play. The school days are long and require lots of focus, but I get evenings and weekends off to pursue my hobbies, be with family, and just act like a kid! I have tons of energy and am always on the move between school, activities, and hanging with my friends.I know that pretty soon I'll be moving on to middle school and then eventually high school, where things will get even more challenging and complicated. But for now, I'm just trying to soak up and enjoy this elementary school stage of life. Fun times! Well, I've got to get going now - time for my soccer practice soon. See you later!篇5My School Life: Ups, Downs and Everything In BetweenHey there! I'm Sam, a 9th grader at Oakwood High, and boy, do I have stories to tell! School has been a wild ride filled with adventures, struggles, and tons of unforgettable moments. Buckle up because I'm about to take you on a journey through the highs, lows, and all the twists and turns of my school life so far.Let's start with the good stuff, shall we? One of the biggest highlights has to be making awesome new friends. I still remember my first day of 9th grade, feeling like a tiny fish in a massive pond. But it didn't take long for me to find my crew – a bunch of quirky, fun-loving people who just got me, you know? We've been inseparable ever since, sharing laughs, supporting each other, and making countless memories along the way.Speaking of memories, I can't forget about the time our class went on a field trip to the science museum. It was supposed to be an educational day, but it quickly turned into a hilarious adventure. From getting lost in the maze of exhibits to accidentally setting off a few too many interactive displays, wecertainly kept the museum staff on their toes! Let's just say we learned more about chaos theory than anticipated. Then there was the great debate team debacle of sophomore year. Public speaking has never been my forte, and when I had to argue a case in front of the entire school, let's just say my palms were sweatier than a sauna! But you know what? I pushed through my nerves, and although I didn't win, I gained a newfound confidence in myself. That experience showed me that stepping out of your comfort zone is scary, but it's also where the real growth happens. And let's not forget about the extracurriculars! From joining the drama club and performing in school musicals to playing on the soccer team and scoring the winning goal in the championship game, these activities have allowed me to explore my passions, develop new skills, and create memories that will last a lifetime. But perhaps the most significant aspect of my school life has been the personal growth I've experienced. Looking back at my younger self, I can hardly recognize that shy, insecure kid. Over the years, I've learned to embrace my quirks, speak up for myself, and develop a sense of confidence that I never thought possible.School has been a crucible of sorts, forging me into a stronger, wiser, and more resilient version of myself. As I approach the end of my high school journey, I can't help but feel a mix of excitement and nostalgia. I'm thrilled to embark on the next chapter of my life, but I'll also miss the familiarity and comfort of these halls. The friendships forged, the lessons learned, and the memories made will stay with me forever, shaping who I am and inspiring me to keep growing and pushing boundaries. So, there you have it – a whirlwind tour of my school life thus far. It's been a rollercoaster ride filled with laughter, tears, triumphs, and failures, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Because at the end of the day, it's these experiences that have made me who I am today, and I can't wait to see what adventures lie ahead. Thanks for joining me on this journey, and remember –school may be tough, but embrace every moment, learn from your mistakes, and never stop chasing your dreams. Who knows, maybe one day you'll be the one sharing your wild school stories with someone else!篇6My Amazing Summer VacationThis summer was the best one yet! I had so many incredible adventures and made tons of new friends. I can't wait to tell you all about it.The summer started off with a bang when my parents surprised me and my little brother with a trip to Hawaii! We had never been anywhere that exotic before. The plane ride was really long but it was so worth it when we landed and saw the gorgeous beaches and palm trees. Our hotel was right on the beach and had about a million swimming pools. I spent almost every day swimming, snorkeling, and building elaborate sand castles. My little brother kept trying to smash my castles, but I out-maneuvered him by building a moat around them filled with crabs to guard my architectural masterpieces. One day we went on a boat tour and got to see dolphins and whales up close! The whales were humongous - I had no idea they were so massive. The dolphins were adorable and kept swimming alongside our boat, jumping out of the water. I made friends with another kid on the boat and we competed to see who could get the dolphins to do more tricks. My favorite activity though was taking surf lessons. At first I was terrible and couldn't even stand up on the board. But after a few days of practice, I was finally able to ride some small waves. By the end of the trip, I was a total pro! Well, maybe not a pro...but I was pretty good for a beginner. The surf instructors said I was a natural. My proudest moment was when I was able to do a small jump over an incoming wave. I was soaring through the air for a brief second - it was an incredible feeling! We also went on an amazing hiking trip through the mountains and got to see wild animals like birds and small lizards up close. The views from the top of the mountain were breathtaking. You could see the whole island surrounded by bright blue ocean for miles and miles. Our tour guide taught us about the history of the island and the different types of plants and animals. It was fun but also educational!Towards the end of the trip, we visited a volcano that had lava tubes you could go inside and explore. It was very dark and a little creepy in there, but our guide made sure we were safe. We saw some ancient cave drawings and formations made from cooled lava. I've never seen anything like it before - it felt like being on another planet! After two weeks of tropical bliss, it was sadly time to return home. I was really going to miss Hawaii and all the fun we had. But I was also excited to see my friends again and tell them about my awesome trip. I hope I get to go back to Hawaii again someday! The rest of summer was a bit more low-key, but I still had a blast hanging out with my friends and staying up way too late. We had endless sleepovers, went to the movies, rode our bikes around the neighborhood, and just goofed around being silly kids. One night we had an epic all-night mock battlefield in the woods behind my friend's house. We used our flashlights as spotlights to scout for "the enemy" and tried sneaking up on each other's forts in the darkness. We got so muddy and scratched up from the branches, but it was totally worth it. My friend's mom was not too happy about the mess we tracked inside though...Another memorable night was when we had a bonfire and told scary stories until we were too freaked out to sleep. I'll never forget the story my friend told about the hairy man-beast that lived in the nearby park. He had us all completely convinced it was real! Every noise in the distance made us jump. Looking back,it was probably just a raccoon, but at the time we were utterly terrified. The last few weeks of summer I spent getting ready to go back to school and soaking up as much freedom as possible. My friends and I vowed to make this school year the best yet. We're all taking fun electives like art, drama, and cooking classes together. And we've already planned our first major prank on the teachers (just kidding...or am I?)So while I'm definitely sad summer is over, I'm also really excited for 9th grade and all the new adventures heading my way.I just need to power through and survive this first month of intense coursework and tests like this English essay. Then I'll be back to living it up again soon enough! This was hands-down the most fun summer ever, and I can't wait to make more amazing memories this school year with my best friends by my side.。

My name is Alex, and I'm a fifth-grader. I love English class, especially when we get to write compositions. You know what's coming up soon? The big monthly test for the ninth-graders! My older sister, Emily, is in ninth grade, and she's been super stressed about the English composition part of the exam. But I think I know just the topic that would be the easiest for her to write about! You see, last summer, our family went on this totally awesome vacation. We packed our bags and hit the road for a long road trip! It was the best adventure ever. I'm going to tell you all about it because I think Emily should write her composition about our fantastic family road trip. It would be such an easy topic for her!We started our journey by driving for what felt like forever. My little brother, Timmy, kept asking, "Are we there yet?" like a million times. But finally, we made it to our first stop – the Grand Canyon! That place was humongous. We could barely see across to the other side. It was like a giant hole in the ground, but way cooler than that sounds. After taking a ton of pictures and buying some souvenirs (I got a cute little stuffed animal), we hit the road again. Next up was Yellowstone National Park. We saw so many amazing animals there – buffalos, bears, and even some sneaky coyotes! We also got to see the famous Old Faithful geyser. It was like a huge water fountain shooting up into the sky. So cool! Our next stop was Mount Rushmore. You know, the place with the giant faces carved into the mountain? We learned all about the presidents whose faces are up there – George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, andAbraham Lincoln. It was like they were keeping watch over us from high up on that mountain. Crazy, right? After that, we drove all the way up to Chicago. Big cities are always so much fun to explore. We went up to the top of the Willis Tower (you might know it as the Sears Tower) and stepped out onto the glass ledge. I was a little scared at first, but then it felt like I was walking on air! We also went to the Field Museum and saw tons of dinosaur skeletons. I loved learning about those giant prehistoric creatures. Our final stop before heading home was Niagara Falls. We took a boat ride that went right up to the falls, and we got soaked by the spraying water. It was like being in a massive shower! The falls were thundering all around us. I've never seen anything quite that powerful and breathtaking. On our way back home, we stopped at a few quirky roadside attractions too, like the World's Largest Twine Ball and the Cosmic Crisp Apple Playground. Those little detours made the drive way more fun.Well, that's the story of our epic family road trip last summer. We travelled over 5,000 miles and saw so many amazing sights. It was a journey I'll never forget! If I was Emily, I would definitely write my English composition about this incredible experience. She could describe all the cool places we went and the things we did in great detail. That would be such an easy topic because we have so many awesome memories from that trip. She basically just has to tell the story, and BAM! There's her essay, ready to get an A+.What do you think? Does my idea for Emily's English composition sound good to you? I think writing about our family road trip would be a total breeze for her. She'll ace that test for sure if she takes my advice! Let me know if you need any other hot tips from her trusty little bro.。

初三月考英语作文篇1Ive heard a saying that went something like, if you stay in a country for three weeks you can write a book, three months a postcard, and three years nothing! I am now faced with this problem. Having lived in China for about five years, I am totally used to daily life here. That shouldnt be something to complain about, right? Adapting to a different society and culture is something to be satisfied with, is it not? Usually it would be. However, it makes writing a column about my impressions of China a lot more difficult.Luckily for me two friends from my country, Ireland, came to visit me during the summer. It was their first time in China and it was through their eyes that I rediscovered the pleasure of experiencing a foreign culture for the first time again. At first I found their remarks and reactions to the sights of daily Beijing life puzzling. They were fascinated by every little detail. Details that I barely noticed. Why did they want to take a photograph of a man selling you tiao? What was so interesting about a line of waiters standing outside a restaurant? Why was a group of elderly people exercising in the evening so enthralling?I started to recall that scenes like these once fascinated me too. In Ireland you just dont see them. It was then that memories of my first month in China came flooding back to me. When I firstcame to this country I worked as an English teacher in Wuhan. Thinking back it was the students I met in that first year and Chinese university life in general that gave me the deepest impression. In the west, student life is a combination of study and socializing with a heavy emphasis placed on the socializing part! During my first week as an English teacher in China I was invited to a student party. Having only recently graduated from university myself I still very much enjoyed student parties and gladly accepted the invitation. On the evening of the party I was accompanied to a building on campus by two students. I was led to a room and entered expecting to see people dancing, drinking, eating and chatting. Instead, I found myself facing an auditorium of about two hundred students applauding me. I was handed a microphone and asked to speak. About what? I asked with a fright. Anything came the reply! After I got over my initial stage fright I found that it really didnt matter what I talked about. My audience were happy to have the opportunity to listen to a native English speaker. They simply wanted to practice their English. In the course of the following year I encountered many such situations. I was genuinely impressed by the dedication and motivation of Chinese students. When I was a student I would rarely give up my spare time to any activity connected with study. Unleexams were approaching my weekends were devoted to having fun or perhaps a part-time job. My Chinese students, on the other hand, seemed to spend their entire waking hours studying. I understand that competition in Chinese universities is extremely intense. Nonetheless, their energy and drive put me to shame. As a foreign teacher I was mainly responsible for helping the students to improve their spoken English skills. To most people that sounds really easy. All you have to do is turn up for claand chat with your students. Thats all very well but what if your students are too shy to respond? Most of the students could read and write English very well but getting them to talk was like drawing blood from a stone. They were experts at replying to questions with one-word answers.Alcohol is the cause of and solution to many of lifes problems! Bearing this in mind I organized several parties and plied my students with booze. Once tipsy, they lost their shyneand the English flowed like water. This slightly unorthodox method effectively broke the ice and our speaking classes became a lot noisier. In a classroom noise is good, as long as it is the noise of activity. It may be true that rote learning is over-emphasized in Chinese education. Nonetheless, I found that this does not reflect the natural character of Chinese students. Given the appropriate classroom atmosphere and a chance to warm up the students I met were naturally spontaneous and instinctively enjoyed drama. In some of the role-plays we acted out, certain students became so involved in their parts that they were bordering on an identity crisis! My first year in China was also my first year as a teacher. If I said that it was all easy I would be a liar. It was both challenging and rewarding. I hope that my students actually improved their English or at least felt more interested in it by the end of the year. One thing I know for certain is that my year in Wuhan changed me for the better. Thanks to the politeneand warmth of Chinese students I conquered my fear of speaking in public and becamemore self-confident. Most importantly, I met dozens of fine decent people and made numerous excellent friends.初三月考英语作文篇2Recently, it has been reported that a girl got her feet stuck in the sewer, because she kept her attention on the smart phone. When she realized her feet were stuck, she tried hard to get rid of it, but she failed. With the help of policeman, she was set free. It sounds a little ridiculous, but when we look at the people around, we can find that the new technology distracts their attention from face to face communication.People like to talk on the Internet, then they ignore the things in reality life. No matter what they are doing, waiting for the bus or sitting at the table with their friends, smart phones are always at their hands. It seems that smart phone has controlled their lives. Life is beautiful if we can see it, or we will miss the amazing moment. Don’t let the technology controls your life.初三月考英语作文篇3How to deal with pressure? As a student of Grade 9, if you can not deal with pressure well, you may have many problems. How can we deal with pressure? My first suggestion is doing something you want to do, such as listening to music, reading some stories, and doing some sports etc.My best way to deal with pressure is to go traveling can not only help us get knowledge, but also help us keep healthy, and make us less narrow-minded. We can climb the mountains because the air is so fresh that we can take a deep breath. We can learn a lot about Chinese culture and spirit by traveling.I think communicating with your parents and teachers is another good way to deal with pressure. If you need something to help, tell your friends. They may offer you useful solutions toyour problems so that you will be out of trouble. Do not be nervous, just relax yourself.初三月考英语作文篇4Nowadays many people like to have dogs as their pets. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.Actually I like swimming think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has ended I went swimming many times with my classmates we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. Computer
Computers_are_becoming_more_and_more_important_in_our_daily_life .①Do_you_know_when_the_computer_was_invented?②
The computer was invented in 1946.At that time,it was huge. With the development of science and technology, the computer has grown smaller. Now there are many kinds of computers, such as personal computers and laptops. The computer is a very useful tool in our life. For example③,it can send some messages to foreign friends by e-mail.What's more,it can share information with others through the World Wide Web.We can also listen to music or play the game on computers. It makes us relax. It's hard to imagine what our life would be like without computers.I_think_computers_will_be_more_convenient_and_they_are_ going_to_change_our_life_completely_in_the_near_future.④
School Rules
Every school has rules for students. As students, we must obey them.
First of all, in class, we shouldn't talk but listen to the teachers carefully. We are not allowed to take food or drinks into the classroom. The classroom should be kept quiet and clean so that we can study in a good environment . Then, after class, we should finish our homework on time. One more thing, we should wear our school uniforms in school. We are not allowed to choose our own clothes. I agree with it because we can save much money and time to spend on schoolwork.
In my opinion, we should follow the school rules in and after class because they are good for our studies and life.
My family Rules
A country has its laws and a family has its rules. My family also has some rules. For example ,there are important rules in my house .
First of all, I have to be home by 10:00 pm. I think there is the danger of going home late and this rule is really true. Next , I'm not allowed to watch TV on school nights. In my opinoin, I need time to relax instead of studying all nights. Maybe my parents are strict with me in this way. Finally, the biggest problem is that I can't join clubs. My parents think that it’s bad for my study. They don't know I'm interested in running, playing basketball and writing.
I know I should study hard, but I'm old enough to make my own
decision.。
