----Unit 8 Is there a post office near here ?

本学期4月25日七年级组进行了同课异构活动，我们三位老师的授课内容是第八单元SectionA 部分。
本单元的中心话题是谈论街坊邻里，主要语言功能项目是如何问路和指路，能正确使用there be 句型询问或描写事情的所在位置，并且正确的使用方位介词。
本单元的重点是与社区环境和设施相关的词汇、方位介词以及there be 句型的一般疑问句及其回答。
难点是让学生运用正确的方位介词来描述各种社区设施的地理位置。
本课是一节展示课，我设计了四个环节，第一：语法的展示。
第二:对话的展示。
三：写地理位置。
四：反馈达标。
设计理念：让学生学会自主合作探究学习，把课堂还给学生，发挥学生主体作用，让学生体会学习的快乐，成功的快乐。
同时在课堂中为了更好的调动学生学习的积极性，激发学生的竞争意识和合作精神我运用了过程性评价，小组互评，学生评，教师评。
通过本课的教学我来谈一下自己的反思：
1、时间的安排上。
为了能让学生有一个充分的展示时间，我把
词汇的检查放到了早自习，上课直接由课代表来做汇报，这样做节约了时间，也让这节展示课更完整做了铺垫。
我认为效果较好。

3、语法展示环节。
一上课由1组展示语法，他们派出的是6号很爱表现的左义辉同学，他比较紧张，尽然把一个很简单的内容说错了，一个小小的失误，我也觉得有些紧张。
不过同学们还是表现很不错，尤其是5组的张中良同学，书法进步很大，展示的声音也很洪亮。
在展示的环节中我认为there be 句型的用法强调的不够。
我觉得这应该是老师的失误，考虑过于简单，有些流于形式，这让我体会到老师的及时点拨和强调是很重要的，老师导的作用恰恰体现在这里。
4、对话展示环节。
学生的展示让我看到了我们的孩子在成长，我要求学生展示环节要做到loudly ,clearly ,wonderful,其他学生学会倾听，发表自己的评价，让每个学生参与到学生中，是课堂的主人而不是观众，所以我们会听到：“I think this group is better. Follow me ....及时的点评和纠错。
4 写的环节。
这次写的环节我认为我的任务有些交待不清，课后我也在反思，可能设计的有点难，没有坡度性，如能举例一下会更好。
时间过的真快，小组合作我们已经进行了2个月，我校的高效课堂改革已经处于一个瓶颈状态，我把我的忧虑和困惑与大家交流一下。
1 课堂上让学生的讲到底能坚持多久。
有些教师认为让学生讲，讲的不透彻并且很浪费时间。
课堂上学生分了组，对面坐，但教师仍然讲的多，学生自主展示的少。
以学定教，到底我们做的了多少，我们是否坚持，这个瓶颈需要破解，如果不加以破解，我们的高效课堂就难以推进，就可能穿新鞋走老路。
2高效课堂中的评价手段如何更加的合理，达到小组平衡，达到激励的作用。
我认为一个是小组成员上的平衡，最主要的是要走入学生的心里，得到学生的认可，当然宣传是很重要的，比如我们学校要进行的期中表彰，营造一种声势，一种氛围。
通过观察，经常使用评价手段激励学生的班级、学科，学生学得积极，也更富有生机、激情。
其实我们的学生很简单，一个简单的加分激励就能让他们热情高涨。
所以，我们教师不要吝啬对学生的鼓励。
给学生一句激励的话语，帮他们插上理想的翅膀；给学生一个赞赏的眼神，为他们树起自信的风帆；给学生一个欣赏的微笑，为他们吹响奋进的号角。
3一堂好课的评价标准是什么？我们要用全新的评价方式来判断高效课堂，哪个老师把全部学生的学习热情调动起来了，他就是一位好老师，哪个学生积极参与学习，有了自己的观点和收获，他就是一名好学生。
哪节课能让学生的能力提升并培养了学生的创新能力，就是一节优质课。
让“不看教师讲得是否精彩，而看学生学得是否主动”成为我们的共识，更成为我们评价高效课堂的价值取向。
我们七星二中正走在高效课堂改革的大路上，我们期待着群策群力，期待着领导和专家的指导和帮助。
我们更期待二中的教育越来越好。
