Suddenly he stopped, because his antlers got caught(缠住) up in the branches(树枝)of a tree. He did his best to get clear (无阻的) of the branches and began to run again. When he stopped at a safe(安全) place, he said to himself, “The beautiful antlers almost killed (杀) me, but the ugly legs saved my life.”
