二、钢筋砼构造
本工程采用砼结构施工图平面整体表示方法制图。

1、构件主要钢筋保护层厚度还应按以下要求还应大于主要受力钢筋的直径。

基础构件40mm;梁25mm;柱30mm;楼板15mm。

2、钢筋的接头形式及要求
(1)一般梁板的上层筋可在跨中的三分之一范围内搭接,下层筋可在支座处搭接。

(2)钢筋的接头应错开,任一截面内钢筋接头数量不超过50%。

3、本工程钢筋接头采用压力焊制作。

4、钢筋砼楼板
(1)、楼板的底部钢筋伸入支座≥5d,且应伸至支座中心线。

(2)、板的中间支座上部钢筋(负筋)两端直钩长度为板厚减去负筋的保护层。

板的支座负筋在梁或墙内的锚固长度应满足受拉钢筋的最小锚固长度La。

(3)、双向板的底部钢筋,短跨钢筋置于下排,长跨钢筋置于上排。

(4)、板内未注明的分布筋按Ф8@200。

(5)、板上洞均应预留,不得后凿,施工时必须配合水电各施工图纸预留孔洞。

八、地基基础8.1 根据<工程地质勘察报告>,本工程整体采用天然地基,基底标高在36.00m左右,持力层土质为第四纪冲洪的粉质粘土、粘质粉土3层,局部存在的有机质粘土、有机质重粉质粘土3-2•层在验槽时视钎探情况酌情处理,综合考虑的承载力标准值(ka)为160kPa。

1. 若工程采用天然地基或复合地基,应随时掌握持力最后一步土开挖时基底的土质情况,如果达不到持力层土质要求,应及时与设计单位、勘察单位、建设单位、监理单位共同协商,从新确定开挖深度。

避免二次开挖。

避免施工成本加大及影响施工进度。

2.如果塔吊基础设置在基底标高,可作为地基是否满足塔吊的地基承载力要求的参考,不满足塔基承载力要求时,需对对地基进行处理,确定处理方法。

8.1.1 天然地基基槽开挖至基底标高以上200mm时,应进行普遍钎探,并通知地质勘测、监理、设计等有关单位共同验槽,确定持力层准确无误后方可进行下一道工序。

提前绘制钎探图,钎探点布置视地基复杂情况间距1.0m-1.5m,钎探深度应符合规范《建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范》GB50202-2002要求。

8.2 关于施工降水8.2.1 本场区施工时,应根据地勘报告及实际情况确定是否降低地下水位,保证正常施工,防止结构上浮,同时应采取措施防止因降低地下水位对周围建筑物、道路产生不利影响。

混凝土结构设计总说明1.工程概况1.1 本工程位于xx市xxxxx,总建筑面积约13万平方米,由多栋商铺组成;主要功能层数高度(m) 结构型式基础类型商铺 4 15.400 框架结构独基、管桩2.设计依据2.1 本工程主体结构设计使用年限为50年。

2.2 自然条件:基本风压:0.35kN/m 2(50年重现期);基本雪压:0.45kN/m 2;抗震设防参数:本工程最大地震影响系数αmax=0.04(第一设防水准);场地特征周期Tg=0.35秒;场地为可进行建设的一般地段。

本工程抗震基本烈度为6度,场地土类别为Ⅱ类。

2.3 xxx工程有限公司2014.10xxx一期-4号中心岩土工程详细勘察报告书工程编号:2014-K532.4 本工程施工图按初步设计审查批复文件和甲方的书面要求进行设计。

5.8 温度作用的设计参数为地下室±12度,露天构件±25度,室内构件±15度。

6.结构设计计算程序6.1 结构设计计算程序:国建筑科学研究院空间有限元分析设计软件SATWE (2013.10版,V2.1);理正结构工具箱,版本:6.5PB36.2 高层建筑整体计算的嵌固部位为基础梁顶面。

7.主要结构材料7.1 混凝土材料:7.1.1 混凝土强度等级: 垫层 C15;柱、梁、板混凝土强度详各层平面层高表;楼梯混凝土强度同本层梁板,构造柱、圈梁混凝土强度等级C25。

7.1.2 防水混凝土设计抗渗等级:地下室局部底板、水池墙、车库顶板、车道板、屋面梁板等露天结构梁板、屋顶水箱:P6。

7.3.2 钢筋种类: -HPB300级钢筋, -HRB400级钢筋。

钢筋应符合现行国家标准的规定,抗震等级一、二、三级的框架和斜撑构件(含梯段)采用符合抗震性能指标的钢筋,即:HRB400E;其受力钢筋的抗拉强度实测值与屈服强度实测值的比值不应小于1.25;且钢筋的屈服强度实测值与屈服强度标准值的比值不应大于1.3,且钢筋在最大力下的总伸长率实测值不应小于9%;当需要以强度等级较高的钢筋替代原设计中的纵向受力钢筋时,应按照钢筋承载力设计值相等的原则换算,并应满足最小配筋率,抗裂验算等要求;相等的原则换算,并应满足最小配筋率,抗裂验算等要求。

吊钩、吊环应采用HPB300级钢筋。

7.4 预埋件:采用Q235B级钢。

7.5 焊条:HPB300级钢筋(Q235B级钢)采用E43xx;HRB400级钢筋采用E5003。

8、地基及地下室8.1 本工程地质及水文地质概况及主要土层的性质见勘察报告;8.2 根据地勘报告,基础采用柱下独立基础、管桩,持力层分别为粉质粘土3、强风化岩层;其详细说明见基础施工图和管桩说明。

8.3 基坑开挖及基础施工过程中,应采取可靠的基坑支护和降水截水措施,以防基础施工对周围建筑及环境产生不利影响,确保工程和施工安全;地下水位应降至工程底部最低高程500mm以下,降水作业应持持续至已施工结构自重能抵抗水浮力且基坑回填和顶板覆土完毕为止。

8.4 基坑支护由建设方另行委托相应资质的岩土专业单位作专项的岩土工程设计。

8.5 基础施工时发现地质实际情况与设计要求不符时,请及时通知设计人和工程建设相关各方共同研究处理。

8.6 基坑回填要求: 材料应采用粉质粘土,且应分层夯实,分层厚度不大于300,压实系数为0.94,墙体两侧同时进行,严禁回填建筑垃圾等不符规范的材料,以防地下室与坑壁间积水,产生较大浮力,对地下室带来不利影响。

地下室钢筋混凝土墙临土面、临水面钢筋的保护层厚度相对上表和图上标注的墙厚度再增加30mm,且总厚度不小于50mm。

内配抗裂钢筋网 6@200x200。

9.2 钢筋的锚固和连接:9.2.1 纵向受拉钢筋的锚固长度La和抗震锚固长度LaE详11G101-1《混凝土结构施工图平面整体表示方法制图规则和构造详图》:①本工程次梁端支座配筋构造详11G101-1第86页,次梁端部考虑充分利用钢筋的抗拉强度;度;③地下室外墙以地下室顶板作为简支支承,配筋构造详11G101-1第77页;④梁主筋于墙内锚固长度不满足要求时,梁纵向钢筋弯钩按11G101-1第55页大样采用。

9.2.2 纵向受拉钢筋的绑扎搭接长度应根据位于同一连接区段内钢筋搭接接头面积百分率按下列公式计算:纵向受拉钢筋搭接长度 Ll=ζlLa;纵向受拉钢筋抗震搭接长度LlE=ζlLaE纵向受拉钢筋搭接接头面积百分率(%) ≤25 50 100纵向受拉钢筋搭接长度修正系数ζl 1.2 1.40 1.60注:任何情况下纵向受力钢筋的绑扎搭接长度均不应小于300mm。
