10.乙方在聘期内享受中国官方假期。
另外，可根据乙方本国特有的节日，享受累计不超过5日的特殊假期。
11.乙方请假须向甲方提交书面申请，病假需凭医院证明。
假期在10日以内薪金照发。
乙方因病不能继续本合同规定的工作时，双方可通过协商解除聘用关系。
12.合同的变更、解除和终止：
1)双方应信守合同，未经双方一致同意，任何一方不得擅自更改、解除和终止合同。
2)经当事人双方协商同意后，可以变更、解除和终止合同。
在未达成一致意见前，仍要严格履行合同。
3)甲方在下述条件下，有权以书面形式通知乙方解除合同：
i.乙方不履行合同或者履行合同义务不符合约定内容，经甲方指出并协商后仍不改正的；
ii.根据医生诊断，乙方在病假连续30天后不能恢复正常工作的；
4)乙方在下述情况下，有权以书面形式通知甲方解除合同：
i.甲方未按合同约定提供乙方必要的工作和生活条件；
ii.甲方未按时支付乙方报酬。
13. 当事人一方不履行合同或者履行合同义务不符合约定内容，即视为违约。
