5. 利用游戏击鼓传花学习Let’s play。
教师先讲清规则：全班分为两大组，教师有节奏地敲击小鼓，两组学生同时开始传花，当教师的鼓声停止时，两组各有一名学生拿到花，这时，拿到花的学生就说：“Hello/Hi, I'm ...”。
6. 学唱歌曲：Hello！教师播放录音，学生静听。
第二次播放录音，学生跟唱。
7. 教师总结：遇到老师、同学和家长时要用Hello/ Hi打招呼；分手时要用Goodbye/Bye-bye道别。
Step 3 Consolidation and extension（拓展延伸）任务实践：交朋友。
教师先讲清楚要求，必须用今天学的单词、句子“Hello!”“ Hi! I'm...”“Goodbye”等和你想交的朋友交流，交流成功请互换小贴画。

2．呈现新课(Presentation)
（1）在学生初步了解打招呼用语后，教师播放本课的歌曲"Hello"的录音，自然引出师生之间的打招呼。

（2）教师利用这个机会及时向学生介绍自己Hello, I'm …/Hi, I'm …
（3）教师还可带上Sarah的头饰介绍Hello! I'm Sarah. /Hi ! I'm Sarah.（教师在示范时，要用手势语言辅助学生理解。对于初学者来讲，体态语言和手势语可帮助他们理解和记忆，因此教师要适时利用手势和动作甚至表情来配合教学。）
（2）通过看卡通片告诉学生"卡通"一词的发音是由英语单词Cartoon一词的发音直接翻译过来的。我们还有许多的类似之处，有时我们甚至直接用英语的单词来代表某物如CD, VCD, DVD等等。

1．热身(Warm-up)
（1）先给学生播放卡通片，了解所学语言运用的环境。内容为"迪士尼英语"中第一课的片段（Magic English----Hello）学生在他们喜爱的卡通节目中了解、学习打招呼用语Hello./Hi，边看卡通边说英语。学习语言的同时，了解语言所用的环境，兴趣与语境同时创设，学习与兴趣同时存在。
3.游戏
游戏为"听声音，识朋友，教师请几名学生到讲台前，其他学生蒙住眼睛，讲台前的几名学生之一变换语音语调和名字说Hello. I'm…蒙住眼睛的学生们猜是谁说的话，猜对的学生为本组得一分。还可以改为让蒙住眼睛的一名学生猜，是谁说的Hello，如果猜中，要说Yes, I'm…如果猜错，要说No, I'm…，猜对得一分。
教学难点：较准确读出各单词，尤其是crayon，eraser两个单词的发音。

学生猜对一件，就出示一件，学习一件。先跟读，正音；再请学生认读单词卡片。教师按次序把单词卡片贴到黑板上，用Show me your …活动巩固单词。
