摘要：留学生教学不仅是我国医学教育的重要组成成分，也是广大青年教师面临的机遇和挑战。
本文就青年教师在留学生医学寄生虫学实验教学中的优势与不足进行了分析，并结合留学生的特点，就如何提高青年教师的留学生医学寄生虫学实验课教学质量提出了对策分析。

医学留学生“人体寄生虫学”全英文教学探索“人体寄生虫学”是一门医学基础性学科，留学生在学习过程中因受到文化差异、背景差异等因素的影响，在学习过程会遇到一些困难。
本文通过探讨对于医学留学生人体寄生虫学教学模式和方法，认为提升教师素质、完善教学内容、改革教学方法、拓展实践基地，可进一步促进医学留学生的教学工作。

[1]湖南中医药大学（以下简称“我校”）招收的留学生大部分来自东南亚国家及非洲地区。
“人体寄生虫学”是我校为临床医学专业留学生所开设的一门重要专业基础课程。
作为病原生物学的重要组成部分，“人体寄生虫学”既是传统的医学基础课程，又是一门应用性很强、立足于临床防治实践工作的独立学科，是每位医学留学生的必修课。
由于留学生的社会环境、文化背景及传统思维观念有其特殊性，[2][3][4]因而在教学内容、教学方法及师生交流等方面均与国内生有明显区别。
笔者结合自己多年从事留学生“人体寄生虫学”教学的实践，在多个方面做了教学改革的探索，现总结如下。
一、了解教学对象，提升教师素质，完善教学内容充分了解留学生的文化背景、知识背景、个性特点和学习需求是顺利开展全英教学的基础和前提。
为此，在开课前，我教研室即主动与我校国际教育学院学生办公室积极配合，全面了解他们的国籍、姓名、年龄、性别、学习经历等状况。
我校目前招收的留学生主要来自巴基斯坦、索马里和加纳等国，这些国家的官方语言或者母语是英语，留学生的英语基础及读写能力普遍较高，但由于受本国文化的影响，其发音又与美式英语和英式英语之间存在明显的差异；而进校后他们只有近一年的时间系统学习中文，因而学生间中文水平参差不齐，如授课时用中文讲解则大多数都听不懂，为此我们在教学中采用全英语教学。

在 的年轻医生有许 多是 独生子女 ， 生活 的环 境使 得他们喜欢 表现
自己， 表达 自己的情 绪和 想法 ， 而忽 略 了周 围人 的感 受 。建立 良
个人要在社会 中生 存和 发展 ， 就必 须使 自己的思想 观念 、 好的人际关 系就 要主动 积极 的倾听 ， 年轻 医生要鼓励 领导 、 同事
思维方式 、 知识能力 以及 生活方 式 、 生活习惯 等等一 切 同社 会环 和群众充 分表 达 ， 于对方 的感觉 和意见 能表现 出极大 的兴趣 ， 对
境相适应。医生要在事业 上有所 作为 ， 不开 医院提供 的条 件 ， 不仅要会理解他人语言本意 ， 还要理解话里所要表 达更深层 离 而且 离不开领导的支持和上级 医师同事人的帮助 ， 而这一切 的获取是 次的信息 。
同样 给同事 、 病人 也有一个 轻松舒 适 的 都是有理性 的 ， 年轻 医生将 要发怒 、 抑郁 、 丧时 ， 沮 通过 自我 暗示 不充满 自信 的一种 表现 ， 调节身心 ， 来提醒 自己、 激励 自己、 释放 自己， 自己 的不 良情 绪 氛 围。同样 ， 使 一个善 于沟通 的人 ， 当是一个 善 于倾 听 的人。现 应
