高级搜索
在“高级搜索”页面中可以定义如下的搜索条件：关键字类型上下文条件查找
其中：关键字用于在对象的名称或编号义
显示查找定义：
符合以上所有条件：查询的结果同时满足定义的搜索条件(AND 搜索)；符合以上任一条件：查询的结果满足定义的搜索条件之一(OR 搜索) ；
日历中的“委派”和“不确定委派”将对该用户所有指定日期的任务全部指派给对方，系统根据委派信息自动将任务分配到被委派人的工作总揽中；对于“不确定委派”，只有用户点击“全部重置”才会取消任务指派。

搜索范围：所有上下文、所有存储库、所有产品，默认搜索范围为“所有上下文”，一般情况下不需要修改。

比如，在产品设计期间，工艺人员、制造人员就能及时查阅这些未经审阅的设计数据，及时发现在后续环节可能出现的问题，这样将错误扼杀在摇篮，用更少的代价解决问题。在变更不能消除的情况下，PDM中的管理模块提供变更请求和变更指令两部分内容。下游人员在发现问题后，及时向上游人员发出变更请求，并将请求提交给管理部门进行审核，审核通过后将产生变更单，实施变更。这个过程基本上都可以通过PDM中的变更流程实现的，它和文档管理、产品结构管理结合在一起，提供完整的变更方案，提高变更的效率。针对前面提到的设计重用问题，PDM中的零部件和分类管理可以将企业的零部件按照相似性原则划分为若干类，分别加以管理。从而实现以零部件为中心，组织相关信息，达到便于检索、便于借用和重用的目的。对国内企业而言，PDM实施还有一个更为重大的意义，就是辅助实现开发流程的规范化。目前，大部分PDM系统都会提供灵活的流程自定义功能，在实施 PDM的过程中，企业可以借机理顺产品开发流程，在一些关键点上固化流程，实现开发过程的规范化。PDM可以通过自动数据发布和电子审签程序加强控制，使那些关键任务一经确定就不会被忽略或遗忘。

3. 在页面上找到相应的编辑按钮，如“编辑”或“更新”。

4. 在弹出的编辑表单中修改需要更新的信息，并保存更改。

请注意，对于某些产品信息的修改可能需要管理员权限或其他特殊权限。

删除产品如果您想删除某个产品，可以按照以下步骤进行操作：1. 在个人工作区中找到您要删除的产品。

2. 点击产品名称以进入产品详细信息页面。
